Convenient location, close to shopping, stores and Peoria Sports Complex. Property was clean, house was perfect for the 3 of us, here on a travel baseball vacation. Owners were very responsive to our needs. Neighborhood was quiet and well taken care of. AC went out in the master bedroom (the rest of the house's AC was working) just prior to our stay and the owner reached out, offering alternate locations which I did not take them up on; ultimately it was repaired within a half day of the issue and did not impact our stay. Great place, would definately stay here again.

This house has it all!! We stayed for a week while our son played baseball at the Peoria Sports Complex and Surprise Stadium, both very close. The home was clean, beautiful and had all the amenities. Laundry, garage, pool, etc. We definitely hope to be back!

This is a fabulous property in a great location. We used it for a family get away to see the Mariners at Spring Training.
Everything about the home was perfect from the 3 bedrooms, open living/kitchen area, pool room (which we used a lot), to the outside living space and pool (also used a bunch).
Erin and Elise (Team Cadaci) ensured our stay was perfect. They communicated pre trip, during trip, and post trip.
We plan on returning to the greater Phoenix are in the near future and would absolutely stay here again and again. I would recommend this property to anyone!

Communication was great. Beautiful and spacious house. Loved the pool. The TV could of had more channels but overall our stay was more than 5 stars. We will come back if we get a chance to.

The place is "as advertised." The pool was great. Easy to enter and used the garage openers for access most the time. The pool table was a nice extra. The washer/drier were easy to use. The only problems we had is we somehow got locked out using the sliding glass door to pool. (Still don't know how someone exiting and closing could cause it.) TV entertainment was limited to Netflix, and not sure if that was on someone else's account. We bought a simple antenna so we could watch the first Thursday Night Football game on local channels. Left attached for others.

This is a beautiful home that is comfortable and includes the perfect amenities. The pool was perfect and the place we hung out morning and night. The house is laid out nicely and very accommodating. The price was so worth it and we can't wait to return!

The property had everything you could need down to a dog bed for your furry family member. We had plenty of room for 3 couples and a baby. Would recommend this property and hope to return.

My family and I stayed here to surprise my dad with Superbowl tickets. The rest of us just relaxed in the pool and played on the pool table at night. The house was beautiful and all around amazing. We hope to come back and visit soon! :)

Property was as advertised. Great House with everything you need for a comfortable stay !! We have been coming to Arizona for 30 years and have never stayed in Peoria .We were in town for a Family get together .

Amazing property and amenities. Enjoyed thanksgiving with my 90 year old mother who is in a wheelchair and even the bathroom was wheelchair accessible! We plan to be back soon.

Arizona Baseball 2022
We rented this home for our son’s baseball tournament. Perfect family house to relax, swim and do laundry after the hot days on the field. Great location in proximity to baseball fields. Perfect way to travel with the dog and family.

Very clean, well -equipped and stocked with pantry items and supplies. Being December we paid a little extra to have the pool heated and it was perfect. The pool was also very clean and well maintained. We had a minor issue with the TV and Team Cadaci was very responsive and resolved the issue. The neighborhood is quiet, has a playground, and good places to walk. Convenient to grocery stores and 101. We would definitely stay here again.
