Easy in and out. Great location for our needs Access to the garage was nice for the car, as the road is busy.

This house is ideal for a beach vacation. It is 3 levels , so it does have 2 flights of stairs. First level is garage, second floor is main living/ dining and kitchen with laundry room and powder bath. All bedrooms are on 3rd level, 2 have great views of the beach with an outside screened terrace on both levels. The house is very clean and all baths and the kitchen have been redone very nicely. We really enjoyed our stay, it was right on the beach with a great view and a direct path to the beach! Very close to Siesta Key Village and all the restaurants and nightlife. Just as pictured. Would recommend !!!

We were pleasantly surprised by the lovely home and beautiful views. The house was very accommodating with all the amenities you could need and want. The walk to the beach was easy and quick to the powdery white sand. All the beach accessories you could need are in the garage. My favorite was sitting on the comfy lounge chair reading my book hearing and watching the waves rollin.

We had a wonderful stay the open floor plan was very confurtable and the balcony looking out to the beach was great for morning coffee , enjoyed the walk down the nature trail on our way to the beach , centrally located for everything . The host was on point with quick responses and went well out of his way to accommodate us with any questions or concerns.my only issue was the cooking and dish ware where limited for those who intent on cooking and grilling all your meals We will be back for sure we had a hard time leaving and ended up extending our stay . This was the perfect location right on the beach and a short bike ride or walk to the village. the property has lots of amenities, like beach toys, chairs and even a big tire wagon to pull everything to the beach. we were able to use both of the garages, we loved the balconies over looking the beach with a good water view. the beds are very comfortable with really comfy pillows and extra in the walk in closet. Andrew the Property manager was very easy to contact and very helpful as well! we loved our stay.

Great property for multiple generations! The kitchen is super well equipped. But there are a lot of stairs. Nice and private with a short walk to the beach and plenty of beach accessories provided.

Great location on the beach, just a short walk away. We enjoyed ourselves. The room that shows 2 twins is actually a queen with a single. We had to make other arrangements on our set up, but it worked out. I requested to speak directly to the owner to ask questions before our trip, but had to wait on email responses as he did not return my call as requested.

If something stopped working no # to contact for help, second day tv in great room stopped working. Great except for that.

Gracious and accommodating host, and a conveniently located beach paradise. Beautiful home, very private, but still just walking distance to the village and all the action. Absolutely enjoyed our stay and even though we spent the majority of our days on the beach and evenings in the village, we enjoyed our time in the house with the amazing views in the extremely comfortable set up. Looking forward to coming back, and hopefully staying at the same amazing place.

This was our first time using VRBO and we couldn't have been happier. The property was exactly as described and was in a perfect location. We had a private path to the beach, a 10 minute walk to the Village, and were right down from Beach Access 10, which is a trolley stop. In the backyard, we saw rabbits, lizards, and all kinds of birds. The view from the porches was amazing. We never closed the blinds facing the gulf! I recommend this property to anyone looking for a perfect Siesta Key experience.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property was immaculate when we arrived and it was extremely well-stocked with kitchenware . It is a superior location and the walk out to the beach from the home is easy and pleasant. Easy walk back to the main commercial area as well. One pearl is to make sure you bring your own toilet paper, shampoo/shower products, and paper towels, as you are supplied one roll of each paper product only, and no shower/bath supplies. So if there are more than two of you and you're staying longer than a weekend, you'll need extra supplies.

The owner was very accommodating and quick to respond. The layout of the place is great. Three stories single family home. Great kitchen space and balconies. 100 yard walk to the beach on a private path.

This was a wonderful place to stay for our traditional Thanksgiving at Siesta Key Beach. We have been coming to celebrate Thanksgiving in this area for six years and this house was by far the best fit for our family! Very well stocked with everything your family would need, a wonderful screened in deck area, private backyard with a private beach access. Even a garage to park your car. Very modern and updated, very well-kept and clean. The Christmas parade even goes in front of the house for easy viewing. We hope to stay here again in the future for our next family Thanksgiving at the beach. Thank you for allowing us to stay at this beautiful property.

Less than one week after Ian ravaged SW Florida we were checked into this water front paradise on Siesta Key. Fortunately water and power were restored quickly and the owners scrambled to clean up debris on the property. Andrew was great!! He kept us up to date on the status and confirmed our reservation within 2 days of the storm. We live in Sarasota and had family coming from all over for a memorial service so it was a huge relief! The condo itself was great with easy access to and beautiful views of the Gulf. Accommodations were very comfortable for the 4 adults who stayed there and the kitchen and dining areas were amazing. We had dinners there that handled 12 people easily on the huge screened deck and could have seated more inside. A great place for anyone looking to relax at the beach or take a short walk into the Village for entertainment - you’ll never want to leave!

This property was exactly as listed. However, a few oversights made it a little inconvenient. Sleeps many, but property only provided towels for 3-4. No biggie, bring extra towels. Now, this one was the one that prevented this place from getting 5 stars. After returning back to the rental, late one evening, walking into the kitchen, me and my guests witnessed the dreaded Palmetto bug(ADULT COCKROACH) scurrying across the counter tops. Took pictures of them, but I realize that this is Florida. The humidity and dampness is a breeding ground. So, other than the towels or lack thereof, and the cockroaches x3. this place did not disappoint. My buddies were impressed with my choice of choosing this property. Also, if anyone in your group has trouble navigating stairs (elderly non mobile in a wheelchair) this property has stairs and has 3 levels.

This was our first time visiting Siesta Key. The house has a very good location. It is on the quiet side of the beach. The beach is a short walk from the back of the house. The reason for the 3 stars is that the house needs a lot of maintenance. Too many things to mention in this review. We had an AC issue which the property manager quickly resolved.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The layout is really good. The house is clean and well maintained. The decorations/furniture are nice and the house is very comfortable. The house is nicely furnished, kitchen had everything. The beach path and the yard are very nice. The double garages were great for storing beach gear and parking a car. The property manager is very nice and excellent communication. The location is terrific. Would stay again if in the area.

The upgrades that have been completed recently were lovely. The local was perfect and walking distance from food and shopping and the views can’t be beat!

We had a great time here! There were 7 ladies here for a bachelorette party! Enough space for everyone, great beach area, and a short walk to downtown! We spent a lot of time out on the screened in porch which has a wonderful view of the gulf!

My wife and I grew up in Sarasota so we hadn’t rented on Siesta on previous trips due to the number of family members in the area. It was a fantastic decision as we had more time to enjoy our vacation as family came to visit us and spend time on the beach instead of driving to visit with them all individually.
