My sisters and I made a surprise visit to Chattanooga for our Dad’s 75th birthday. We were thrilled with our stay at your “home”. It was exactly as described-great location, wonderfully decorated, outfitted with everything one could need and perfectly neat and clean! Contacts from beginning to end were excellent! Thank you for an excellent experience and a fun family weekend!

Finding a quick getaway with teens that everyone will enjoy can be a challenge but Chattanooga delivered and this rental made our trip even better. The location was quiet but we were just minutes from food and fun. Home is very well maintained and some of the most comfortable beds of anywhere we’ve stayed. We weren’t expecting the driveway to be as steep as it was but we had a lot of laughs going up and down it. We will definitely be back to Chattanooga and won’t hesitate to stay here again.

From the moment we arrived we were so impressed; beautifully decorated and very clean. Well stocked kitchen (may I suggest dishcloth and dish towels, colander, more wine glasses be included?) which made meal preparations easier. All beds and the twin sofa beds were incredibly comfortable! This quiet neighborhood is in a fantastic location for getting around town. We fell in love with Chattanooga and plan to return for another trip - and will book this property again without hesitation!

Our family of 7 enjoyed they stay. Overall, the property was accurate as listed. There are lots of stairs to get into the property. It does have an aptly described steep driveway. To get into the house, you walk up another flight of stairs for the main living area and master bedroom. If you’re looking to use the twin couches as beds, keep in mind that they are in an open loft area. You’d have to be a very heavy sleeper. We ended up purchasing a blow up mattress to use in one of the bedrooms so that we could close the door. We did walk to the Riverwalk, but I’d be wary with small children. The neighborhood was quiet and nestled away from the main road. This house was good for us for the three nights we stayed. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a drip coffee pot. We’d happily stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed every part of the home and those who owned the house were very responsive. It was clean, in a nice part of town and had no issues with parking. Couldn't have asked for much more.

This property is exactly as advertised in pictures and descriptions. Beautiful property built on a hill with a steep (short) driveway that was no problem for our midsize SUV. Beds were very comfortable, house was perfectly clean and well stocked. We were in town for a tennis tournament and there was plenty of space to spread out and rest. And when we were ready to go out, everything was within a quick 10-15 minute drive. Planning to be back for our next trip to Chattanooga!

We were very comfortable in the home; a few cleaning items were brought to the attention of the owner and remedied quickly. Cleaners showed up early Sunday morning as we were in the process of packing up the car to leave which delayed our departure by a few minutes. Otherwise we were satisfied and would definitely stay in the property again.

Loved every minute

It was extremely clean, tons of space, close to downtown. It was a comfortable home. Lots of natural light in the home. We loved the art and unique decorations. My kids were very happy. Yes driveway steep. My husband didn’t have a problem with it and pulled up it. It bothered me a little and I got out and walked up the driveway. Parking on street is easy. 😂. We’d definitely stay here again.

We came for a short stay in Chattanooga to visit the Cumberland caverns. This property is beautiful. Seems new. Great job to who designed the interior. Spacious and clean. Kitchen has more than you need. The garage is very steep but beside that the house is in a great neighborhood, near tones of restaurants and cute little stores. Neighbors were friendly. We loved it! 5⭐️

Liked just about everything about this property. Very pleased with our stay. Steep driveway was the only thing we had a little issue with. We'll worth the money. Made our stay in Chattanooga for a wedding very nice.

Excellent location. Quiet neighborhood! Easy to anywhere downtown and Xways! Good local food, drugstore, etc. The home was obviously newer, with little evidence of extensive visitors. Beautiful decor, well equipped, separate spaces for our family of four. Downside: Within 24 hours we reported to the ‘manager’ our desire to have access to screened porch. Covered in cobwebs, spiders, dust/dirt. It was never cleaned! We had to wipe down microwave and fridge. Few dust bunnies and cobwebs on light fixtures. Info states driveway is steep. (Very!). We would probably recommend to others, but not for Seniors.

This is a great space for our recent stay in Chattanooga! Really nice property for our family, close to some great restaurants, and close to Downtown.

HOUSE WAS CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, AND WELL APPOINTED. WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN

We loved this property! It was super clean and brand-new. Great location to downtown… Only five minutes to all of the activities. The only downside to the layout is if you plan for kiddos to sleep in the loft on the couch beds, you have to be ready to either go to bed or hang in the master bedroom. Other than that, we loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. Very clean and well appointed. Kitchen was well stocked and included hand soap and dish soap. In addition, there was plenty of extra toilet paper. The driveway is very steep but the garage is a very good size and fit 2 SUVs without a problem. So close to downtown and in a lovely neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again!!

The house was perfect! It was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated! It had everything we needed and was spacious for our group of 8 to spread out and relax. The property management was friendly and helpful! If you need a rental home in Chattanooga, I recommend this one!

great house, great location. fit my family of 5 without a problem and could have easily fit a few more.
