It was located far enough off from the main strip to allow for some down time and privacy during a very busy week. Easy to access by car, foot and bike. Close to all amenities.

We recently stayed at this property on a group trip to Ptown. It is about a 10 minute walk from commercial and very close to the nearby Stop and Shop. A good home base to explore all that Ptown has to offer.

Location was great! Close enough to the action on commercial Street but far enough away to enjoy the quiet and a relaxing walk. House was very clean and had all the amenities and essentials we were looking for! Communication and information was spot on. The size of the interior and deck space was perfect for our group that came in from different states which allowed us to hang out, relax and catch up before heading out to enjoy the town! Wonderful, clean space!

We had a great holiday weekend at Ben's property. It was immaculately clean with new appliances and enough room for all of our guests. The property was super close to Commercial St so getting around was a breeze! Thank you again and I look forward to renting in the future!

The location could not be better. At the top of the central parking lot for downtown. Short walk to the main street but nice quiet location. The house was very nice, beds comfortable, lots room. Bathrooms looked recently remodeled very nice. Ben was very responsive but we didn't need anything ! Everything was perfect.

Property was great and Ben was gracious and very accessible. Could not give a higher rating.

This house was perfect for our long weekend! We are a group of 6 who like to spend our days at the beach and nights out on Commercial St. The location was great for feeling close to the action but having tons of privacy. And the house is even nicer than the pictures! We absolutely will be coming back!

Bens place was great. Stayed for a week easy access to town by walk & beaches mostly by drive. Very easy to communicate with.

House has everything you need. It’s in a quiet location but still close to the center of town. Would definitely stay here again. Host was very responsive.

Our group had a wonderful time at this property. I was particularly impressed with the kitchen. We did a good deal of cooking, and this kitchen had everything we needed, including a nice blender. The house had stylish new furniture and is conveniently located. Ben was very responsive the couple times we reached out with questions. We would definitely stay here again!

The All Decked Out property was fantastic! The check-in was smooth and easy with the provided passcode and instructions. After we entered the property, it was very clean and looked beautiful. The entire interior appeared updated and well thought out. The property is close to Race Point beach where we visited and witnessed whales and seals swimming. It was a short walk to Commercial St. where all of the shops and restaurants/bars are located. The All Decked Out property is a great place to stay if you are looking to visit P-town and we will definitely be staying there again when we return.

I want to thank Ben for being a great host and let him know that his house is beautiful and very peaceful. The pictures and descriptions are pretty accurate and most of all I enjoyed that it was walking distance from the town center, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle.

Ben has a great property here. It’s a short walk from the heart of town, is beautifully designed, and very clean. Overall, a great option for a medium sized group looking to stay in Provincetown, and priced very reasonably for what you get.

This place is great for you and a group or family. 3 cute bedrooms, enough bathrooms for everyone, and the living space for relaxing. What we really loved was its location, close enough to walk to the shopping and entertainment down the road, but also off the beaten path. We felt like we were up in the woods, with plenty of quiet and privacy.

This property is amazing!! Perfect location within walking distance to Commercial Street. The house was clean and expertly decorated! We had all we needed for our stay. There is a grocery store a few minutes away . We were able to cook a full meal with all the provided kitchen amenities.. We enjoyed a whale watching cruise from the pier, walked the dunes to the ocean where we saw seals swimming and had the beach to ourselves. Race point beach was a short 5 minute drive and we went there twice to watch the beautiful sunset. All in all, I would highly recommend this rental property for location, cleanliness, ease of check-in and check -out and it’s beautiful upscale beach decor.

This property is big, well-appointed and there is so much attention to detail with regards to amenities. The manager is very, very responsive. There is a second property that seems to have a similar number so be clear when communicating about exactly which property you're staying in. We would definitely stay here again. Bring towels, though. They have great beach chairs, but beach towels aren't included :)

All Decked Out was very comfortable—it had all the expected kitchen utensils, beautiful BBQ grill, and everything you would expect in a well-appointed home. The bicycles were a nice touch and save on a rental. Location is off the beaten path but a short/direct walk to downtown. Could use more bath towels, and be sure to bring extra toilet paper/paper products.

The owner nick named this condo " All Decked Out". The cleanliness, tasteful , new and up to date furnishings, new kitchen and baths all live up to the name! Abundant top notch towels that seemed brand new. Every detail was thought about by the owner. We appreciated the detailed booklet about the condo including every instruction for the condo as well as recommendations for restaurants and activities in Ptown. The walk to the center took a lovely 10 minutes. The master suite was designed to look and feel like you were sleeping in the lower deck of a ship - it was incredible! We would heartily recommend this rental and hope to rent it again ourselves real soon.
