Our family of 5 enjoyed spring break week here! Clean and well stocked home and an easy walk to the beach. Property owners were very quick to respond to an item that popped up during our stay. As with any property in the Pointe West community, a golf cart makes the entire property easily accessible (but not a requirement). We have stayed at other properties at Pointe West through the years and this was one of the best. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was wonderful! Very clear instructions, well-maintained, and super responsive when there were questions. We had such a wonderful time!

Great place and location. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked, the a/c was strong against the Texas heat and the lenders were so responsive to any questions. We had a wonderful long weekend at Sunset Kisses!

Clean and plenty of room for our family of 5 adults and 5 children. tastefully decorated. contained everything needed for our stay. beach toys and chairs provided outdoor shower and faucet a necessity and nice outdoor area. Walk to the beach. Overall, great place to visit! Disappointed that the dishwasher didn't work but owner offered to be replaced during our stay boogie boards were all broken but that didn't stop our kids from trying them. when I told owner the hammock was torn, she sent a new one the next day, we just didn't have what we needed to put it up new washing machine detergent is needed. Owner very responsive. Thank you!

The property looked exactly as listed, house was clean and equipped with all what you need in the kitchen, bathrooms, and to make a good barbecue. Aurora and Daniel were great and replied to our inquiries quickly, and they were flexible with us when early check-in/out was needed. Location is great and in walking distance from the beach and like 10 mins away from Jamaica beach. Patios were great for night gathering. One thing is the you have to expect mosquitoes during the season, which is something nobody can control anyway but it will be a good idea to get some rush cream and/or applying repellant before going out. Will recommend the property for sure and will go there again in the future.

Sunset Kissss didnt t let us down...I was in shambles trying to find a property bc the previous host cancled during the same week we were scheduled to do our stay... i couldn't let our family and freinds down... contacted the hoist about Sunset Kisses and was booked same day... fast forward... we get to the property and we were amazed!!! Blessing in disguise!!! It was beautiful!!! Everything was put togerher so well!!! Very clear and consice instrictions about all guidlines!!! Will definitely love to go back soon !!! Highly recommended

The property fit our families needs for a senior vacation for our oldest daughter. The location was fantastic and the house was fantastic.

We stayed at Sunset Kisses for a family vacation with 6 adults, 1 teenager, and 2 kids. It is always nice to have a house that doesn’t just consist of bunk beds when you have mainly adults on a trip!😄It was rainy and cold for our stay, so the TV and speaker setup in the living room allowed for a great movie marathon experience since we couldn’t make it to the beach that day. The beach walkover is just down the road, not a far distance at all. The owners are so kind and very quick to respond to any inquiries we had. We will definitely stay here again!

A great place to stay with you family.

This was the perfect place to stay for our family going to visit west beach. The home was very clean and is very well furnished. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and feed the family. Bedrooms were well equipped with comfortable beds, floor fans, extra linens. Kids room has 4 bunk beds. There are 2 pack n plays available for infants. House is located a short walk from the beach and about a mile down the road from the clubhouse with restaurant and pool. The host was extremely responsive to inquiries, and they were even willing to refund the pet deposit after we decided not to bring the dog last minute. I would 100% recommend this property for your family vacation.

We have stayed at West Point many times. This house was by far #1!! We will be back!

Very spacious and accommodating house. Really no complaints except how much the owner communicates just prior to our stay. I messaged her on the day of our arrival to make sure that we were still welcome. She responded quickly and we were on our way. Our group of 30 had three houses. I did not actually stay at this house but the occupants gave rav reviews. So we were in and out of all the houses during the stay.

We had a great time. The house was clean and well stocked. And, the extra amenities offered in the community were a great addition to our vacation.

Very nice property, plenty of room for all of the group. Kitchen very well-stocked for cooking meals. Bedrooms comfortable. Great porches and under house area overlooking the pond. Lots of area information provided. My only wish - and this isn't necessarily an owner thing, since she did give us information about golf carts - a golf cart was really a necessity for going to the beach or the club. I think my grown family would have used the pool more had we rented a cart. I'll know next time! :)

We absolutely loved our stay here, we will definitely be coming back! Three families with kids fit comfortably. Everything was clean and there was so much provided! The balconies had a great view and there was an easy walkway to the beach

Excellent accommodations for 3 families with kids. House was well stocked compared to any other beach house we have rented.

The house was great and had plenty of room for our family of 10. (6 adults and 4 children). The house was a short walk to the beach and had plenty of chairs and toys at the house to take.

We really enjoyed the beach house for the weekend. The owners were very responsive when we asked questions. The beach house was very spacious.

Hard to leave! This property is located in beautiful Point West just South of Galveston. There are shared resort style pools, restaurants and amenities galore. The accommodations were perfect for our family of 12. It sits on a private pond and is a minutes walk from the beach. It had everything we needed to cook, grill, relax and play. Our kids enjoyed all of the beach chairs, umbrellas and toys that are made available for renters. The bedrooms were all tastefully decorated and appointed. Sunset Kisses did not disappoint!

Beach access is great. We spent lots of time on the balcony. Unit could have been a little better stocked, but it was fine.

We loved our time with family and friends at this beautiful beach house. House was well stocked, plenty of space for everyone. I loved that 2 of the bedrooms upstairs had private bathrooms and the 3rd had its own bathroom just not connected. I loved that we could grill and have a fire and roast s’mores at night. We loved the hammock, wish there was another. There just wasn’t enough hammock time😁 owner or property manager was extremely easy to communicate with. We texted the entire time and the response time was immediate. I loved that there was beach stuff available, we didn’t use it but if it was warmer we would have. Kitchen was fully stocked, I loved that there were spices and salt and pepper, dish soap, dish washer soap, tide pods, aluminum foil, garbage bags I could go on and on. The point is that it was almost like being in my own home. Many times the houses we have stayed at aren’t well stocked so we find ourselves without the basics and having to purchase every single little thing on vacation is frustrating. I didn’t realize that we would have to pay an additional 15$/Person to use the pools and ammenities. So that was new to me. It was a very comfortable stay, so grateful we got to enjoy spring break here.
