Our condo was one of the best we've had anywhere & we've been to almost all southern beaches. We were there for a family wedding, and were so pleased with the Avalon. Having chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, etc. that we could check out at the desk was a real plus. The parking garage had plenty of spaces for us. The Avalon was in walking distance of restaurants, beach shops & other stores plus there was the trolley. The only problem: we typically do a bit of cooking. The kitchen was VERY poorly stocked--just a couple of skillets & a casserole dish. One of the VERY nice ladies at the desk brought us a large pot from her home so we could do a shrimp boil. We will definitely stay there again when in Clearwater.

The check in was easy and the staff was super helpful. There are fees for parking, resort, and for us a pet, but they were up front about all of that.

Great beach location. The property is centrally located close to lots of dining options, was very clean, on-site parking garage, beautiful ocean views from the balcony, easy check-in/out & friendly staff.

Condo is spacious and clean. Gulf views cannot be beat! Everyone was so friendly and helpful with any request anytime. We will definitely return again.

We loved our stay at the Avalon. Everything was clean, beach access so close, chairs & umbrellas available. Walked to nearby dining & shopping. A new favorite for sure!

Room has a great view and easily accommodates 6 people - enough privacy with 3-1/2 baths. The room was very clean, no concerns. The facility itself - very clean as well. The staff made the in/out process easy and were helpful with the facility features and policies. Parking is adequate and we had no issues in using the public overnight parking, it is well lit and conveniently located. We were a large party with multiple vehicles. This stay exceeded my expectations.

Prperty was clean and had everything we needed. Every employee was pleasant and friendly.

Everything was great, walking distance to everything, beach was in the backyard!!!! Beautiful scenery will definitely go back. Floors could have been cleaned a little better but other than that I will be going back.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. It was completely booked when we stayed but we still were able to get a great parking spot and got to use the beach umbrellas and chairs and they even had beach toys for my niece to play with! I do wish I had realized that the booking we stayed in was on the 5th floor level right next to the pool and bar area. Noise was not an issue, however, I didn't even open the curtains to the window in the room I was staying in because people could see in - not so much during the day, but definitely as it got darker. So that was a bummer. BUT the views from the other two rooms were amazing. It was super clean and smelled nice as well. Not stuffy like some places on the beach can be. The AC worked great! Would definitely stay again with my family!

Went with friends and family for spring break. Stay was great. Neighborhood was great. Proximity to beach is great. Really enjoyed the stay!

The Avalon has a wonderful location. It’s on the quieter side of Clearwater Beach. Great location with easy walk to the beach. Plenty of restaurants and stores around within easy walking distance. Great pool on the fifth floor that also has a small bar that provides drinks and pizza has a convenient workout room. The staff is very accommodating and provides beach towels and beach equipment. overall great place to stay.

We had a great time staying at the Avalon. Great location right on the beach. Nice pool area. Although the pool could be a little bit bigger and include a hot tub. Walking distance to plenty of nice bars and restaurants and not too far a drive to Philly spring training games. Overall great place to stay.

It was exactly as advertised and the views were amazing. The location was also great as it is not as busy as further down the beach.

The place was spacious and beautiful. Great location! Parking was a plus. Great view of the gulf. Quiet part of town but still close to everything. Staff was incredible.

Amazing views, pristine property, convenient location! Everton in our family enjoyed our time. Only suggestion would be to improve the couch- not one of us could sit on it without a backache within a half hour…..even some toss pillows would help! But hopefully if you’re staying at this property you are not sitting on the couch much!

I was very impressed by the service at this property. The front desk girls were helpful and happy to help. When we needed anything they were there to help.

It was a great experience with great amenities. I don't have any complaints. The condo itself looked better in person than the pictures. The only odd thing was one of the outside areas where others could sit had a view into the condos bedrooms. It was a little different but also increased the outside space we had. All in all great experience, and we would stay there again!

We loved the unit and the location was perfect! We all hope to return soon!

This is our second trip down to Clearwater and we had another wonderful stay! The property is clean, convenient, well-maintained and the staff is always friendly and very helpful! Great location as well! We look forward to coming back again!
