The host, Hunter, is the man. Very responsive and positive energy. Townhouse is in walking distance to highly rated restaurants and a food court. We would stay here again. Oh, comfortable beds too :-)

We wanted a convenient, easy walkable location and this was perfect! Food, attractions, shopping and convenient to highways. We really enjoyed it. Host was fabulous to work with and made the whole experience a pleasure. Home is lovely and very comfortable with pretty much all you need.

This VRBO was absolutely perfect for our girls weekend. It accommodated 4 ladies very comfortably. Bedrooms/bathrooms and all common areas were wonderful and clean! The location could not have been better to enjoy downtown Greenville by walking! The host/owner was phenomenal with responding to questions I had. He was extremely accommodating when we had a minor change in our plans. I will absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, safe, walkable, and very convenient location to stay when wanting to enjoy company in downtown Greenville!

So close to the park!! Everything is walkable right from the townhome; no need to drive after you park (unless you're going to grab breakfast at Mountain Goat!!!)!! Loved the place and the town!

Once we got oriented and realized how close everything was, this spot was perfect for what we wanted. Parking was easy and the little complex was really quiet (possibly because it was the week between Christmas and New Years). It was an easy walk to everywhere downtown, plus the park. I booked it for the proximity to the park and the easy access to the Swamp Rabbit Trail and it couldn't have been closer to that. I was pleasantly surprised at how well stocked the condo was. The K-Cups, shampoo, condition, body wash and even Q-Tips means that if you forgot anything you didn't need to run out to the store (although Publix is about 1 mile away and a nice walk). I came with a friend who loves to cook and he was thrilled with the quality of the cookware. Normally you find castoffs that people don't care about but here they were quality pans. There were also plenty of food storage containers which came in handy! My recommendations: get some sharp knives (we found only 1) and let people know how much will be available before they pack. There were a couple of negatives. For me the beds were too firm. That's a personal preference but something people should know when booking. And the condo is close to the train track so we did get woken up by the train a couple of times, but it wasn't every day and didn't detract from the overall experience.

Everything about this property was to notch - location, accommodations, amenities. Walkable to downtown, Falls Park, etc. never had to move the car! Hunter always replied very quickly. Would stay again!!

This is a perfect place for 2 couples to stay for any occasion in downtown Greenville. Walkable to everything downtown so you can park in front of the townhouse and never get in your car again. Loved our stay here!

This townhouse is in walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in downtown Greenville. It is clean and has very comfortable king beds. Hunter was great to work with and I highly recommend this townhouse for your next visit to Greenville.

This was our second stay at this great, comfortable property. Awesome location to be close to everything in downtown Greenville, but off the beaten path. Great communication with Hunter and will definitely stay here again.

I rent from VRBO a lot and this townhouse was one of the BEST! The owners have really put a lot of thought into it for a rental. From labeling drawers to light switches. Most comfortable beds which mean a lot! Location is unbelievable for downtown and the park. Never had to get in our car. Would highly recommend this rental and will rent again.

The townhome is located within walking distance of downtown Greenville. The home is clean and the kitchen well stocked with appliances, utensils and cookware. The instructions for entrance, leaving, use of technology and check out process are clear and easy to follow. Communication was easy and responses prompt. There is a Public grocery store less than 1 mile away. Downtown offers great entertainment, food and shopping. The farmers' market is a must do. We will be back!

We were in Greenville to celebrate our nephew’s graduation and selected the property for location to family and downtown. The property was clean and ready for us ahead of promised time. The two suites with king beds was great for two couples. I would recommend this unit.

Perfect for our one night get away!

Our group consisted of two couples. We were looking for a weekend away within a four hour drive of our hometowns. The rental is perfect. We parked the car and walked to restaurants and the trails. Greenville is beautiful and the river is calming. The house is clean and very comfortable. Underground Coffee earned our business twice this weekend. We checked out Sunday and all commented on how much we enjoyed the rental, it’s location, and downtown Greenville.
