We love that this property is a five minute drive from our six grandchildren. When they come to visit, they love the backyard! Wonderful place to stay in Tempe.

House was clean, furnishings were in great condition, location was convenient for our plans, yard and games were an extra advantage Would stay there again

Very nice house and back yard! The kitchen is very well equipped and beautiful. The living room is very inviting and comfortable. Lots of closet space. Plenty of hot water. Excellent heating and air conditioning system. Sliding glass door from dining room to the backyard. The backyard is perfect for dogs or children. Our dogs loved the backyard. The hosts Neven and Kirsten responded very quickly to answer questions. We truly appreciated them. Neven even added some extra security to a yard gate for our dogs. Some nice restaurants in the area are US Egg, Thirsty Lion and King’s Fish House and Top of the Rock. Great experience overall.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. House is completely stocked with everything you would need for a short term stay. Excellent communication with the hosts before, during, and after our stay. Keyless entry enabled easy check in even with a very late arrival.

Great location to visit family who live in Tempe. We spent time with a new grandson and the other grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed the backyard and all of the games and toys inside the house. House and yard were clean and we would definitely stay again when we return for another visit!

The property was as lovely as it looks in the advertisement. The hosts had everything we needed - plenty of clean towels, great kitchen for cooking breakfast or other meals, coffee, great TV selections, and fun games out back. Very nice - would definitely stay here again if we are back in town.

We enjoyed our trip to the Phoenix area. The house was close to everything. It was clean with plenty of space for the four of us. The kitchen was nice with everything you need. We loved the back yard.

We were at the house for 12 nights for a couple baseball tournaments and everything was excellent! Really fit every need that we had and very convenient to all parts of Arizona. The backyard as everybody has mentioned was really fun and my son and his friends really enjoyed it(they are cornhole experts now!). Also the kitchen was really nicely set up and had everything that you could possibly want to cook there. The big island in the middle also was really convenient to having multiple people in the kitchen at one time. Definitely a must stay!

This was our first trip to AZ. This home was centrally located allowing us to travel to several locations. The home is well equipped and comfortable, clean. My college age students and teen enjoyed the back yard amenities. Thank you!

The house was immaculate, well equiped, and very comfy. We especially appreciated the coffee, sugar, and milk, along with the provided snacks. This kept us from even having to go to the grocery store! We enjoyed sitting in the backyard, even if we did not get to play bocce. A great house - would stay here again.

We were in town as group of guys for a Bachelor Party at the WMO. The house in general was everything we needed for a more mature get-together, but the backyard was a hit. Very clean and very friendly hosts.

We found Neven's house in Meyer Park to be the perfect place for three adults wanting their own bedrooms. The house was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. The huge TV was great for movies & music. The backyard was awesome for games, grilling, and hanging out. My favorite part of the backyard was the Disc Golf basket for us to practice our putting. Thanks, Neven! We will be back soon.

This property is beautiful and comfortable. The owners have tried to think of everything to make your stay the best it could possibly be. They contacted me a couple of times to check on us and see if we needed anything. Between the comfortable furniture and beds, soft towels, well stocked kitchen, amazing back yard we couldn’t have asked for more. We will be back.

Our family stayed at the Meyer Park home over the Christmas holiday. The home had everything we needed to cook, relax, and have fun. The decor was tasteful and cozy - and they had cute Christmas decorations, which was a sweet touch. This home has been beautifully updated, inside and out. Kirsten and Neven were great communicators and were available to answer any questions. Check in was super easy. They really wanted to make our stay special, which they did! The kitchen was well stocked with every dish, tool, and appliance you need to cook. There were snacks, spices, coffee, olive oil, and a Brita pitcher. I loved having a Brita pitcher and have never seen one at a rental property. We cooked Christmas dinner and it was a pleasure to cook in this kitchen! The island and large kitchen table made it easy to gather and hang out with our family. We really felt at home here. The living room had a huge comfy couch with lots of games and an array of beautiful children's books. I am a school librarian, so I loved this touch and was impressed with the book selection! The beds and linens were cozy and comfortable with plenty of blankets and pillows. Bathrooms were clean and updated with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available. The backyard was really amazing! The covered patio was nice because we got some rain, but could still enjoy being outside. The fire pit was wonderful and we used it almost every night. There is even a gas grill, which we used as well. We have stayed at many VRBO and Airbnb properties all over the country and this one was one of the best!

This home was the perfect place for our family during our visit to the Tempe area. It's close to Arizona State University and Mill Avenue where we had a a couple for great meals. We were a short drive to the Zoo, Botanical Gardens and Old Town Scottsdale. The home was immaculate. It is very well appointed with a great well thought out layout that worked well for our family and would be well suited for a few couples too. It's like a brand new house with the full remodel having just been finished. The furnishings are very stylish and of good quality. Our beds were all very comfortable and we had great sleeps in the quiet neighborhood. Kirsten and Neven were terrific hosts. Neven greeted us warmly to get us checked in and made some great suggestions that helped us make the most of our stay. It's clear that they put a lot of thought into making this a great vacation rental property as it really had everything we needed. We had a lot of fun playing bocce ball and cornhole in the evening and the firepit was ideal for the cooler night. We were all so impressed that we plan to go back and stay again very soon to take in some Spring Training baseball games. We have already recommended Kirsten and Neven's home to friends. ◦ Kirsten and Neven were friendly, helpful, and considerate host. I would recommend this place to love ones anytime. All the rooms were neat and clean. My bed was a dream, so comfortable I didn’t want to get out of bed. The bathrooms were immaculate and the rest of the house was so cozy.
