Very nice small property. Owner did a great job utilizing the space available. Host was great at communicating before and during our stay.

Super cute and clean rental! Yes it’s small but pictures are accurate and it was plenty of room for a quick nights stay. There was an issue with the AC unit but the owner immediately addressed it. Will definitely recommend and stay in the future.

It was honestly a cute little spot in Starkville, right near the district area. I was only there for one night, and it was perfect. Better than any hotel room I could have booked!

This was the BEST place to stay for a quick getaway to Starkville! The location is perfect! Everything is walkable from here! When I visit my daughter who lives in Midtown, we walk everywhere! The room was clean, the little coffee area was cute - all the little details were just right! The heated floors in the bathroom felt so good! I will definitely stay here again! Thank you for the perfect stay!

We were in town for our son's graduation. I found Downtown Game Day Studio and the location was perfect.
The property was in excellent shape. All of the furnishings were top notch. Michael was an excellent host providing the spotless space with directions to area resturants and other needed places, directions on a/c, wi-fi, tv, was printed and easy to find.

The place is small but has such a comfortable feel. It was extremely clean and I enjoyed having the coffee availability. Will definitely stay there again. The property manager was super nice and answered my calls.

This was my third time to stay in this property. It works perfectly for my needs. The property manager is very responsive to any requests. I was very pleased, as always.

This property is perfect for my needs when I'm in Starkville. Everything is spotless and well appointed. The heated bathroom floors are a special extra in a very nice bath. I never hear any outside noise. You can't really even hear the AC or heat when it runs. The space is tiny, but all I need. And I appreciate having the reserved parking spot! Good job, Michael!

The owner was very communicative and helpful so that check in and instructions for everything were displayed. It's a small but very well appointed room with everything you would need.

We loved our stay! The place is tiny, but we didn’t need any more space. The heated floors in the bathroom were a fun surprise! It was very insulated from outside noise, which was nice! Bed was very comfy!

I stayed for a few days during the move-in process, and it was a great experience. Very clean space, a little small but comfortable and had amenities needed like refrigerator and microwave and coffee..I would definitely recommend it for a short stay.

My daughter and I stayed overnight while attending MSU student orientation. It was perfect! Clean and I felt very safe. I would recommend and will definitely use this location for future stays.

Hogan Place is exactly what we needed for a quick weekend away. Great location, very cute and clean, the perfect weekend cottage. We will definitely be back soon- especially for a game weekend.

Long Weekend in Starkville
This property is the perfect spot if you need a place for a quick weekend stay! We loved it and all of the available amenities. It was extremely clean and well stocked with supplies for comfort. The host was very informative and hospitable. Reserved parking in front was very nice. Definitely recommend.
