An older hotel but clean

This obviously is not a 5 star hotel but instead a budget hotel. The bed was clean. The floor was slightly dirty. There were clean towels. The room could use some updates in the bathroom and it could use some new power outlets to be able to charges phones and such. Again this is a budget hotel and was not bad like all the reviews painted it out to be.

The Customer service is the best thing because all the staffers I dealt with was helpful and courteous but the hotel is just dated…

Roach in check in area. Room smelled strongly of weed due to gap between our room and the room next to us. Room had nice flooring but otherwise needs updates especially in bathroom. Room was clean enough. Maintenance was cleaning pool when we arrived.

Check-in was easy and quick. The property is older and so is worn down, but the room and bedding was clean. The area is convenient to everything.

This motel is so dirty. The rooms are not clean, flies in bathroom. It smelled and outlets did not work.

I had booked this place online since it was close to the college and my son. The pictures looked nice and the reviews weren't too bad. However, upon opening the door, we were greeted with a much needed update , pest control and a thorough bleach scrubbing. I went back to the office and told the gentleman about the roaches. He gave me another room. Much better looking and cleaner but had to stomp on a few bugs there too. We didnt take the offer of the other room since my husband had already went to get some Raid and we were exhausted. Found out that the laundry machines were outside and looked like they had seen better days. Was looking forward to cooling off in the pool but after seeing the room & washer, i was doubtful. I didnt sleep at all. We left our bags in the truck just so we wouldnt take bugs home with us. We left the light on to keep the bugs in their hiding spots but that didnt work, they still came out and waved hi. I went to use the little coffee maker and that was filthy where you put the water in. I gave up after that. Since we had plans for the day, I didnt get back to the front desk until after 4pm. We checked out. There was no refund for leaving early. No offer of compensation for the roaches. We spent the same amt of $ for a 2 night reservation there, that we did for 2 nights in New Orleans at a great place,($330) I will never stay at another Days Inn. The roaches have it made there!!

Property needs maintenance. Housekeeping did not show up 1 out of 3 days. Front desk staff was great.

The property was really run down. Dirty towels laying outside of rooms. Inside our room there was dirt just piled in the corners in the bathroom. There was a bag over the smoke detector. There was a tissue paper stuck in the peep hole on the door. When we arrived for our stay the room was really hot. The air was not on. Not very good when you arrive at 10 pm tired and ready to shower and go to bed. 4 people in our party. We were only given 2 towels while we were there. Went and ask for more and was given two really thin pool towels. Hope to not have to stay here again

I think the property needs a big renovation. Breakfast area has 4 tables, coffee was bad and they ran out of food . It is pricy for what you get- this will only be the option when the other places around town are booked- but will not be my first option.

The room has bugs and smelled. I had to give my card for $40 deposit even though the room had been fully paid. Then I was charged another $126. I stayed one night and then checked out. Now trying to get money back for days I did not stay, the deposit and the $126 but credit has not been processed.

Room was looked clean, but the roaches crawling around and the suspicious black spots the ceiling ruined the stay.

I would’ve liked breakfast.

The check-in office was dirty. Even the Mat outside was filthy. My room had multiple problems That had been partially disguised… Looks like someone painted part of the bathtub with a paintbrush… The room smelled real bad.. there was trash in the parking lot in places, and there were weeds and grass growing inside the fenced off pool area…

Old property. Refurbished cheaply. Our room was clean. Good air conditioning.

It was a friendly environment

The hotel state was horrible. They had roaches they wanted me to go to another room and I found two roaches so it’s two in there is roaches all over. He could’ve just refund my money because he knew that there were bugs in the hotel.

It was close to restaurants

You have to be looking for the hotel or you will miss your turn.

Roaches rat hole in wood. Yes tgey are cheap but i had to put a 40 hold on it once i arrived.

Upon arrival, the initial room we were assigned had burn wholes in the comforter. I was told I had booked a smoking room. They did move us to another room for our stay. The staff was kind and helpful

Rooms smelled like pot, beds in the first room were uncomfortable and I was given a 2 queen instead of the 2 king room I booked. They moved us no problem and it was much better including the beds. Construction workers were staying there and it was loud. In a pinch for a night sure stay but don't expect anything. Also, my credit card is pending more than what the agreed upon charge would be so I'll probably have to handle that in a day or two as well.

The room was pretty clean but still had a odor.

I was warmly greeted at both my check in and my check out. I will be glad to stay there again

Roaches in the room. In serious need of renovation. Two towels in the bathroom for three people. The front desk had no additional towels.

I was in town for a funeral and just needed a place to sleep and shower. I got the last room at this place. The bedspread had multiple holes from burns, the toilet ran all night, the ac was off despite the fact that the outside temperature was nearly 100, and the shower had plumbing issues. The breakfast was possibly the worst I’ve ever had at any hotel. Extremely limited options, poor quality, unappealing, unappetizing, and very disappointing. Unless you absolutely need a place to crash instead of sleeping in your vehicle, you probably want to avoid this place altogether.

Very professional and looking forward to my next stay.

Too many trucks in the parking and music too load over 2am

My son got stuck in the bathroom. I picked up the phone in the room to call the front desk, no service. I then used my cell phone to call the front desk to tell them the problem, whoever answered the phone just laid it down. I could hear talking & the door chime. I held the phone for another minute or so before I hung up. I then walked to the front desk & told the attendant the problem. He said there was a complaint about that very door the day before. The front desk attendant told maintenance but apparently they did nothing about it. The front desk attendant had to kick the door in.

This was the worst place I have ever seen. The door wouldn't close. The floors were not clean. The bed was uncomfortable and not necessarily made up properly. It was totally disgusting. We did not stay. We left promptly. Will never stay at a Days Inn!
