Beautiful spacious home that is close to restaurants, beach and shopping. The swimming pool was so nice!

The house was very clean and just perfect. The location was great for access to the beaches and downtown. The pool was a big hit with the entire family!

For a spring trip, I always start with what is outdoors at a property. This was a win! Wonderful pool, fun beach access, terrific lanai and large grill. Yayyyy. The grandchildren didn’t want to go anywhere, but they did enjoy Ringling! Christine was quick to respond to our needs and concerns, and was a delight to work with. This was a great property for our family. Thank you!

We had a lovely time in this very nicely appointed home. Comfortable beds, complete kitchen, multiple tvs, and a wonderful pool. The pool temp was perfect. Communication with owners was prompt and courteous. Would definitely stay there again. Many thanks!

Perfect location with Ringling museum and small beach literally out our backyard. Also 5 min from airport and highway 41 which was easy to get to everything. Ballet and theater a short walk. Joe was very attentive to anything we asked. We will return!

My team and I was there for over30 days. We loved the peace of the neighborhood as well as the short walk to the adjacent beach. The 2 living rooms were convenient along with the heated pool and gas barbecue pit. Christine (host) was very accommodating on every front. We will definitely stay again.

After hearing about the hurricane that hit the area, I had called to make sure the property was still available. Christine said the property did sustain some damage to the patio area but the house and pool were in good working order. We drove straight from Central NY to Sarasota on Wed (24hrs). The house was in decent condition however the pool and pool area were a mess. Leaves and sand everywhere. The pool had leaves in the bottom and the water was turning green. I called to let them know and they said someone will be there the next day. The pool cleaner didn't show until midday Friday. So we only had use of the pool for a day and a half. I personally had to sweep the pool area because it was so bad. Took my gf and I almost an hour to get it cleaned up. Then we got rushed out by the cleaning person because they had an early check in. I'm glad to know the next renters got a nice clean pool and pool area like we were supposed to have. She did issue a $300 credit which ironically only covers the cleaning fee (which we cleaned) and not the 2 1/2 days i paid to look at a dirty pool.

We really enjoyed the house. It was very comfortable for our whole family! It was so nice to have a pool and they even provided stuff to play at the beach! The owner was very easy to reach with any questions.

The beach that is advertised is full of garbage and stinks. The house and pool were nice would definitely stay again.

This house was I a perfect location, close to everything and in a quiet neighborhood. The property owners are very kind and anything that we needed was handled immediately. Great communication throughout the entire planning of the trip. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay here.

We had a great time in Sarasota. The house is the right size for our family of 5. Owner is very attentive and easy to work with.

House is exactly as described. Very nice neighborhood and clean. Conveniently located to beaches, parks and other activities. Older house so it has its quirks but we would consider staying here again.

The location of the house and its layout are very convenient. The neighborhood is so nice and quiet and the marina with an amazing view (esp sunset) is just 5min walking. However, the star of our vacation was the pool. My 5yo son absolutely loved it and could stay in it all day long and so could the rest of my family. Also, nearby beaches (Siesta Key or Lido) are spectacular. I would totally stay there again.

Very cozy, quiet neighborhood, short walk to sapphire park was great. Has a pack n play and high chair, some beach chairs (very low to the ground though just fyi) and a cooler which was nice. Kids loved the pool. As stated previously, only two laundry pods and two dishwasher pods for the entire stay (one of which you need to use for check out) so consider back up supplies. Also the little private beach is roped off but we watched tons of the locals go past it to walk their dogs or still sit out on the beach on chairs. Overall would likely return!

We absolutely LOVED this property. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood, wonderful pool, and the home was just as pictured. The gate around the pool was perfect for our small boys under 5. We loved all the natural light that came into the home and the owners were very responsive. They had beach towels, chairs, pool and beach toys, and beach umbrellas to use. They suggested many wonderful restaurants which we tried and loved. We visited Lido beach every day on St. Armands and it was an easy 15 minutes away from the house. We highly recommend this home!

My family and I stayed at this property for 5 days. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The house was nice however the bathrooms were little outdated and need some work. The beach mentioned in the property description is very very small.

Awesome location away from traffic. Able to walk to the bay for Sunset. Loved Sienna beach. THE the only problem was that the slider off the dining room towards the pool did not lock. Lock did not line up. Other than that, had a great time.

When we arrived, we found the front door open. The key was in the lockbox. All the appliances worked. Only two dishwasher pods for three nights, six people. Newly updated utility room, great. Loved the induction oven. The kids and adults loved the pool. The location was very convenient, easy drive to the beaches, ice cream, mini-golf, etc.
