This was our second time renting this property and the experience was once again fantastic. Great house, great location and great hosts, what more can I say!

This home is beautiful! It is clean, and has absolutely everything you need to make your stay easy and fun! The pool is perfect. The outdoor space is so quiet and great for a weekend getaway. The host is so helpful and responds quickly. The home has the most comfortable beds and has such great space for movie watching and a huge kitchen! We will be back. I would recommend this home to anyone!! Pet friendly also!!

Stayed here for my husbands 50th birthday. 11 of us total Booked both of the properties right across the street from each other. Couldn’t have been better. The property is as described. This property is wonderful! The location is 5 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale and 5 minutes from the 101. Even though our temperatures were cool, I spent every afternoon sitting outside by the pool in the quiet and peaceful backyard. I would highly recommend this property! It was very clean, well equipped and a no-stress way to stay in Scottsdale.

We were on holiday to spend time with family members. The kitchen was large and had plenty of room to prepare Xmas dinner. There are dog parks within 5-15 minute walks. The owner's were very friendly.

We had a wonderful stay. Plenty of room, spotlessly clean, beautiful heated pool and outdoor area. We would stay here again.

My family and small dog enjoyed our stay at this property so much. It was so clean and had every amenity and kitchen item you could need. Definitely the best VRBO property I've ever stayed at. It was so easy to check in and the instruction booklet was so helpful. And the location to other things in the city was fantastic. The only issue was that the master bedroom runs about 10 degrees hotter than every other room in the house, so that room got very uncomfortable at times and there was no using any sort of covers at night while sleeping due to the temperature in that room. But other than that issue, everything was perfect and I would recommend this property to others.

The home was extremely clean. Everything you need is there. The open floor plan is great if you have a little one. The home is much larger than it looks to be from the outside. The backyard is really enjoyable as well. We had to contact the owner for a pool question and they were extremely quick at answering our question and solving the issue. This home is also very centrally located. It's an awesome location that is close to many things a vacationer would want to see. The home was perfect in every way.

In the past, our experiences with vacation rentals have been good but not great. This was by far the best property we have stayed at. Everything in the pictures is how it presents. The house and yard were clean and well cared for. Stores and dining are a 5-10 min drive at most and parks and playgrounds were all around. The owner was very easy to communicate with and super pleasant. We were all extremely happy with our experience here!

House was nice and clean. Only downfall is that tv did not have any local channels to watch the news and could download free app to watch.

Everything one would need and great convenient location.

My family of four and our dog stayed for a week. The property is central to all the great Scottsdale restaurants and most importantly for us was the quiet, peaceful neighborhood and surroundings. Great parks nearby to walk our dog to. We spent time in the fun pool every day. The owners provided some great rafts and pool toys that the kids enjoyed. The property owners are very responsive and easy to communicate with. We will stay here again if we return to the area. A very comfortable and relaxing stay.

House is in a great location, nice neighborhood with a lovely back yard and swimming pool perfect for nighttime swimming and relaxing after a full day. Very clean and nicely appointed with everything you might need. We had a small internet issue and the owners responded very quickly to fix the issue. We would stay here again when in the Scottsdale area.

We (me, my wife, and our 8 year old daughter) were looking for a centrally located house with a pool to spend most of the kid's spring break. This place totally delivered! The house was as clean as the pictures when we arrived. We were never more than ~20 minutes from anywhere we were going (farthest points were probably Taliesin to the NE and the Heard Museum to the SW) and we had no problem finding many good food options in between. Our days were generally an outing or 2 followed by a couple of hours in the pool before dinner. The pool and yard are beautiful and very private. The shed had some floaties and pool toys that we very much loved having. The house itself was perfect for us with a couple of seating areas and nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Maryann was great about making sure we were set with access before we arrived and also provided a nice list of things to do and all that. I absolutely will look for this house when we return!

Everything was excellent as listed, wouldn’t change a thing- even with rain on one of the days of our stay we were able to still use the pool. Hoping to return.

We couldn’t have asked for a better house to stay for our girls trip. We had a party of 5 and had plenty of room. The house was well stocked with everything we needed, and the heated pool was amazing! We mostly used Uber or Lift to get to Old Town and it was usually less than $10 for an XL. I’m not surprised this place has so many 5 star reviews.

Once again, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Pool House. The home is very clean, spacious & comfortable. The Pool house is well stocked with all the things needed such as toiletries etc. The beds are very comfortable & kitchen is well equipped. There is a relaxing patio/pool at the back of home with grill, table & chairs to enjoy the outdoors. All of this comes with superb communication with Maryann & Ralph. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & this home is highly recommended. Thank you Maryann & Ralph.

This property is absolutely lovely. We had contemplated canceling since our group was reduced to 2, but we are so glad we did not. We kept referring to the house as our "Presidential Suite" at a resort. The house was clean, well-appointed, and very very comfortable (didn't want to leave the oversize chair in the living room). What a great place to relax and enjoy a quiet celebration weekend. Thank you for your hospitality and great care you take of your property.

We loved the house during our vacation. It was perfect for what needed and we used the pool quite a bit. Almost every place we went to in Scottsdale was around a 10 min drive away or less which is great when you’re traveling with small children. We will definitely look at staying here again the next time we go to Scottsdale.

The house was in a very quiet neighborhood, with quiet neighbors and was very well equipped with a fully private yard to the rear. The house was very comfortable with high end appliances and well appointed rooms, everything was in perfect working order and gave a real homely feel for our family. The exterior of the house was also very well kept and the gardeners and pool cleaners did a fabulous job maintaining it. The owner was an absolute pleasure to interact with and nothing was too much trouble. The pool was also really good for the kids with a approximately 8 foot deep end. We have been lucky to stay at some really nice VRBO homes but this one felt like one we would really want to live in. We stayed for 16 nights and absolutely loved it!
