Was Great! Center of everything we needed to do. Only issue was we did not have enough tp and trash bags. Everything else was Great! Highly recommend this place. Also a Very quiet Neighborhood.

My husband and 5 kids came to Denver to visit some family and go to a buffs and bronco game. Carrie’s home is spacious, clean and comfortable. She was very accommodating and responsive. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Overall just as it was listed. Ran out of trash bags. Bbq grills burners are in need of replacement. BBQ grill needed a brush to clean the grill with. It can sleep 10 but needs more silverware and plates to serve 10. AC ducts in the house need to be balanced, basement is an icebox when upstairs is a good temp. Little stuff. Good location, close to grocery store. nice haveing a washer and dryer in the house.

We were in town for my daughters wedding, This property aloud our family to stay together.The property was great and we really enjoyed our stay.

The house was located near shopping, and restaurants, and had easy access to Broomfield and Boulder. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.

I cannot rave enough about our stay! The location and price were absolutely perfect!! The house had plenty of space for all of us (4 adults, 6 kids, and dogs). Beds were comfy, everything was clean, and we were in walking distance of the community pool, which the kids LOVED! We definitely plan to come back and recommend this place to others!!

Carrie’s place was just right! The rooms were spacious and there were a ton of new appliances which was perfect for our entire family staying. The downstairs pop-a-shot was a hit with the kids, and the cooling system kept the house feeling great during the warmer days. There is a park within walking distance with a playground and outdoor pool. There’s also an off-leash dog park around the corner that we didn’t get a chance to explore but it looks pretty great for the furry ones. This place was located pretty centrally between both Downtown Denver and Boulder, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby if you’re looking for convenience. The neighborhood was quiet, lots of families. Glad we had the opportunity to stay, and would absolutely stay here again if given the chance!

Good location, quiet neighborhood, great value. Landscaping could use some work, Icemaker did not work, Dead batteries in 2 TV remotes. Otherwise a great stay!

We were there for a graduation so location was perfect for us. House was clean and the kitchen had anything you'd need. Easy check in/out.

No issues, was as described. Property manager was very responsive

Nice, quiet neighborhood very close to public parks. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out.

This property served every purpose we needed for our holiday stay! Very family oriented and comfortable. Communication with the owner was amazing and she went out of her way to make sure we had everything needed.

Beautiful home with plenty of space for large groups. There are no shared walls with neighbors, so it was nice to not worry about being too loud. Easy communication with the homeowners and it was very nice they let us check in early. Would recommend this home to anyone

The mattresses were all memory foam and felt like they were new so they were a little stiff but it’s hard to complain about memory foam! Overall we had a great stay my only suggestion would be to have a little packet or notebook in the house with info on WiFi, check-out process and maybe local restaurants or fun places nearby. Other than that we were extremely happy with our stay!

It’s a beautiful home to stay and very peaceful location with all facilities near by

The house was very clean and perfect for our family of 4 ( but could work for a lot more people, there are 8 beds) and dog. Beds were a little firm for us but everything else was nice, definitely would rent again!
