This location worked well for attending a nearby family reunion (Fish Lake).

The property was exactly as described and our family had a fun time relaxing and playing in and around Koosharem. The accommodations were clean and there was plenty of space for the whole family.

Nice quiet neighborhood. Great for family runions.

We needed a base camp in town for our young men's retreat and Koosh Cabin was perfect for us. After hiking and fishing all day, the boys really appreciated a comfortable place to relax, watch movies, grill steaks, roast s'mores, and real beds to sleep in. The cabins were very clean, and the managers were great. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

My family of 20+ absolutely loved this vrbo. So much to do at the property, including friendly neighbors. So close to capitol reef Escalante, fish lake Will be staying again!

Everything was great! Communication with the owner was great, she responded super quickly to anything we needed. The area was nice to all be together but still have some space. I would definitely recommend.

We loved the property and the kids loved the little extra's like the covered wagon, trailer, fire pit and darts. We visited Capitol Reef and Grand Staircase Escalante while there. The vacation was awesome.

Natalie, the host, was very responsive. We arrived after dark and were able to easily navigate the property. It was perfect to have various buildings and the camper to sleep in. I love that even the covered wagon had a queen bed in it! The outdoor space was great! We were happy with having little to no internet access, no arguments about unplugging. Neighborhood was quiet. I recommend this space for groups.

We had a great time at the cabins, they are adorable and clean. Everything was as the website said it would be and the communication was wonderful. We will for sure be staying here again.

Loved our time at Koosh cabins. It's a remote location that allows you to disconnect, near to some beautiful Utah sites within an hours drive. Had everything we needed on site, lots of places to sleep, clean, fun, perfect weather and great outdoor amenities. You'll love your stay. My family had such a great time. Thanks for hosting us. We definitely built some memories.

What a great place to stay. We Hosted a family reunion for our children and grandkids. The whole place was incredibly clean lots of extras games for everyone. Highly recommend Koosharam for a family group get together to make fun memories. We loved our time there.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. It was close to fishing both at otter creek res and fish lake. Very much recommended for large families.

This property was perfect for our family reunion! It was simple and had what we needed. The proximity to Fish Lake is great, and it was nice to have a home base to come back to. Natalie is wonderful to communicate with and was very pleasant. We would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and great for teenagers. The girls loved he bunk house with the cute bunk beds. Lots of seating outside with some corn hole games.

We stayed the last year and love it but I don’t think we will do it again because of the of neighbors kept flying there drone over us and looking in the windows with it there was no privacy

A neat place to hang with the extended family. Grandson enjoyed the bunkhouse and we split the cooking and dining between the cabin and rec house. Kids had fun playing in the wagon (a little cool at night for sleeping in November) and throwing horseshoes.

We thoroughly enjoyed the property. The diversification of sleeping quarters was terrific The outdoor activities on the property were just plain fun for all. Great for all age groups.

We stayed here with a girls youth group for a summer camp. The cabins were clean and well stocked with everything we could need and then some. There is a lot of space for sleeping and and spreading out. We had 20 teens/adults and there was room to spare. You could easily fit 30 people sleeping indoors. The outdoor space is large enough for tents with plenty of parking for many vehicles. We loved the covered, outdoor kitchen/eating area and large gas griddle. There are multiple fire pit areas and we had a lot of fun with the horseshoe pit. The views from the property are stunning and we had quick access to Fishlake. The property manager/owners were very nice and great to work with.

A couple weeks before our scheduled stay I received a phone call from Mike indicating he was in the process of purchasing this property in Koosharem. VRBO would not allow the transfer of the existing reservations so they had to be cancelled and the payment refunded and then rebooked under the new account. Mike did everything in his power to make sure this process went as smoothly as possible and we were able to rebook the same dates with no issues. Mike was very attentive and made certain we had everything we required for our stay and even checked with us after and helped my sister-in-law recover a shirt she had left at the property when we checked out. The cabins themselves were well maintained and clean and there were adequate facilities for our group of 16 people. There was ample parking for our many vehicles and trailers and still enough room to play yard games etc. The location is excellent, providing quick access to the Piute trail and it's many recreational opportunities. We spent most of our days riding RZRs and ATVs up the various trails to the many reservoirs in the area and fishing where we actually got tired of taking fish off our lines. We also rented a pontoon boat at Fish Lake for a day and part of our group spent a day in Capitol Reef. Overall we had an excellent stay and would highly recommend it to anyone. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. Eric G.
