This place was the perfect place to call home. It is central to many locations and also close to the airport making getting around very easy! I also loved that there was a grocery store within walking distance that made it easy on nights we wanted to stay in. The hosts were also very responsive to any communications. Highly recommend!!

The location of the property was very convenient to everywhere that my family and I needed to go. The property is absolutely beautiful and very comfortable and clean.

Loved the cleanliness and the location! It’s hard to get away from the traffic but this location is literally down the street fro Sea World and you don’t have to get on the freeway. The location is near numerous restaurants and within 30 minutes of all parks. My family will definitely stay here again.

Property was exactly as described. Apartment was clean and very spacious. We stayed for a Universal trip and it was a quick and easy drive to the park.

We stayed over the weekend for a friends birthday. It was the perfect centralized location to everything and the shopping plaza next door had everything we need

Very close to the convention center and parks, the beds are soft and comfy and the patio was nice for relaxing in the evenings.

Towels had holes in them could not use, by accident someone entered our apartment unannounced, I declined pest control after finding dead cockroach’s and my wife was extremely unhappy at pool with construction staff cutting pavers and heavy dust at pool during the week days, many unhappy people at the pool as well plus minimum supplies for a 8 day stay Not sure we would stay there again for the 4th time and would look for a deep discounted rate if we decide again..

The property was as advertised. Everything is modern. All of the beds are platform beds and very comfortable. The pillows are flat, and the unit could use more pillows per bed. It is a 5 minute walk to restaurants and a Publix, which are all on the property grounds. Approximately 13 minute drive to the airport and Universal, and 15-20 minute drive to the Disney parks. Owners replied in a timely manner for any questions.

Our family of four adults had a great stay. Upon arrival for 4p check-in we encountered the cleaning team still finishing up - which delayed our access by about 15 minutes. The property was as-listed - a couple of notes: decent water pressure but temp not very hot, beds were extremely soft, proximity to groceries and dining (all within walking) was fantastic. All in all, a great stay, and would visit the same complex again in the future.

This place looks just like the pictures! It was very clean, nicely decorated and roomy. It has a nice balcony area that was perfect for gatherings as well as enjoying the afternoon sunshine. Since the apartment is on the 4th floor it was a peaceful retreat after hectic fun filled days. Reservation was quick and easy and the owner provided all the information we needed before arrival. Entry codes worked perfect and all the supplies provided were as promised. In addition, a small mall area is only a 5-min walk away for supplies or groceries. The refrigerator filter needed to be changed and upon contacting Paul, he ordered the filter right away and we got it the next day. Paul and Ana were very kind, attentive and replied right away to our texts. If we go back to Orlando, Florida we will definitely stay here again!

We were 3 ladies attending a convention at the Orlando CC. The condo was as described, clean, remodeled and stocked for our needs. Security was good! Could have used better quality TP and soaps. Other than thst, all great!

If you’re looking for a clean, spacious, fully functional and equipped second home to keep you cozy and refreshed after long shopping days….well, you’ve got it right here. It’s secure and conveniently located, minutes from the airport and minutes to all major shopping areas.

There are several aspects of the property that are desirable... The location was excellent for what I needed in terms of being close to the Orange county convention center... Having a gated community was also very nice... Upon entering the property, you can tell it was updated and very nice as well as being quite large.. it had a nice balcony as well... The bathrooms were good sized and clean... The washer and dryer were also very nice and large... There were many issues with the place that would be red flags in terms of ever staying there again... If you want to cook, this is not the place... the appliances were fine however there is a huge lack of items to cook with as well as china... the bowls, for instance, were suitable for a child but definitely not a grown up... there was a lack of cooking items and the pans were definitely not suitable to cook in... The couch was about as comfortable as lying on cement.. i have never sat on such an uncomfortable couch... The beds were extremely uncomfortable and very difficult to sleep on... There was a lack of towels, as well as toilet paper and paper towels along with no dish soap to wash anything by hand... we had to buy several things to accommodate this.... If you are wanting a very clean place with a good location at a good price, this would be the place but if you want any sort of comfort and accommodations, it would be difficult to recommend...

Family vacation to Orlando. This property was close to everything and easy to access. It was just what a vacation property should be.

The property was beautiful, lots of amenities close by. I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony, everything was awesome from entrance of property to room. I will definitely book again.

This condo and resort were perfect for our family vacation. The condo has the perfect amount of space and amenities. It is in a great location, close to all the amusement parks, without having to stay on their property. The resort itself had great pools, easy parking and so many restaurants close by.

The place was nice and pretty clean. Could use a deep clean with under beds, which were gross. I also tried to contact the owner via text regarding a broken blind, but no response. Like all the other comments regarding the extras, minimal toilet paper, only one dishwasher pellet, no laundry detergent and no extra blankets or pillows. Publix is close and so are a lot of other ways to get around. Would recommend a fan for separate bedrooms and beach towels if you want to use them for the pool. All in all this was a very nice place and would recommend and would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was spotless and the beds were comfortable. We received quick responses to any questions we had or info needed. I loved the large veranda and ate breakfast out there almost every morning. It's 15 minutes from the airport and to Universal Studios. It was about an $11 Lyft ride to Univeral Walk and the parks. The pool and spa area were clean and nicely kept as well. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Property was exactly as pictured and portrayed in the listing. Could not beat the location as it is close to all the parks and many restaurants as well as store in walking distance. Owner was quick to respond for any needs that we had during our stay.

It was perfect what we needed for the weekend while we were competing in a competition at the Convention Center!

Great location for a family trip to Universal and only a 20 minute drive to Disney Springs. We were overall happy with the condo. The floors were not cleaned properly ( lots of crumbs & dirt) the the last renter. Due to this the floor in the kitchen/dining & living room was covered in small ants when we arrived.
