We loved this location. Walking distance to the beach, beautiful golf course, and nice grounds. The unit was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. I only wish they had updated cookware (Teflon-free of PFTE/PFOA/PFAS).
We enjoyed every minute of our trip and look forward to staying here again. Thank you Vacasa!

I would highly recommend this location, it is everything we needed in a two bedroom, two bath, a full kitchen, plenty of seating, and great jacuzzi.
My only complaint is that the television provides only about 5 stations.

The location was perfect for what we needed to visit family. Our dogs loved the patio and we didn't worry about floors- they're all dog proof. There was plenty of places to walk the dogs too. We used the bbq once and it worked fine. There's a super market and other stores very close by.

Excellent condo for It’s location, quiet and walkable to the beach. The unit was clean and the service Vacasa provided was above and beyond what we’ve experienced other places. We will be back, thank you!

One could not possibly access the beach with a "short walk"... it was easily 1½-2mi, depending on the route, with an average of 30 minutes walk-time.
There was nothing that stood out here, and the response/hold time for communication with the property manager was longer than one would expect.

Liked the location and size. Furnishings were a bit dated but ok and clean. A washer and dryer would have been a useful addition as well as a few pods for the coffee machine. The pool and hot tub were nice although the weather didn’t cooperate for much use.

We left early because this place had only one small couch, that was situated about 5' from the TV that didn't work and a small chair. Very uncomfortable with no place to really relax. Furniture was different than what was in pictures. Plumbing problems.

Location is great, close to markets and restaurants and several great beaches to choose from.
However, the condo left a lot to be desired. We have stayed in other units at this complex and this one paled in comparison. The primary bedroom smelled of mold the entire time, very few supplies were provided for an 8 day stay. The kitchen had the bare minimum; no baking dishes, no coffee filters, no potholders, etc. The ice maker was malfunctioning and left a huge frozen block of ice in the freezer and didn’t make ice consistently.

The description is accurate. Also, it's close to outstanding hiking trails in the hills by Laguna Beach. Had 3 of my grandkids with. Real good place for families.

I booked this listing for me and my family
I loved this location it was super convenient and nice for me and my family. My husband recently passed away so I booked this for me and my kids to stay while we got ready to attend his funeral and memorial on June 3rd 2022. It was pretty close to the funeral home / mortuary. It gave us a comfortable place to stay with out having to drive long distances. We were also close to family and friends who we had time to visit with. .

Good Location
The condo is located in a good and quiet area. A couple mile walk to the beach, easy drive to restaurants and Dana Point Harbor. The condo had the basic requirements, was clean, close to hot tub and pool.

Excellent location and rate
I booked this for a conference I was attending at the nearby Ritz Carlton and it was a great property that offered privacy and security within a gated community as well as easy commuting distance to the hotel, golf, beaches, restaurants and shopping.

Quiet Stay in Dana Point
My husband and I wanted to stay near the beach and explore Dana Point and surrounding area. We had a lovely stay in this comfortable two bedroom, 2 bath apartment. (We would return with another couple and would have ample space)!

The condo did not meet the description
The description of the condo was not accurate at all
The furniture is not like in the picture and is very outdated
Kitchen is not large and gourmet
Did not smell the ocean breeze as the condo was a mile away from the beach
No nice place to sit outside view of the parking lot
The description needs to be changed so people don’t get disappointed
As a plus the unit was clean and the beds were comfortable

Disappointed in our stay
Disappointed in our stay, the apartment was not as described, ex: it does not have hardwood floors, the bedding does not fit the bed, queen flat sheets for a king bed so they don't stay on the bed, napkins balled up under the kitchen table to keep it from rocking, etc The apartment did not have a pool access key available and it took 16 days to get it Our stay was 20 days I would not deal with Vacasa in the future

Everything wa wonderful but the property really needs a smart TV in the living g room. Cable there is very very limited and most people can access their own content, but a smart tv is needed.
