The courtyard is pretty and well maintained. The location cannot be beat! We were given an upgraded room upon check-in and personally greeted by Sol. She gave us recommendations via WhatsApp for dinner and we tried all three! All amazing. We felt our room (the large red one set back from the courtyard) was private with a lot of space. We even had coffee and cut up the fruit they provided one morning. We were able to leave our luggage when we went to favignana for two nights and use the bathroom again when we returned. We met the owner, Luna, as we were checking out and she gave us pastries from rinascente (the bakery down the street) as a goodbye gift. Very thoughtful and very warm people. The room we stayed definitely had several of the historic convent decor maintained with very high ceilings. We were able to drop our luggage easily and then park at parcheggio Vittorio Emanuele, a short walk away. Thank you for the hospitality!

A lovely complex converted from a very old convent and church. There is a very pleasant garden to relax in and have breakfast or a drink. The onsite hostess was extremely helpful and easily contacted, and made good suggestions for restaurants etc. Easy access to the harbour for trips to the islands as well as bars, cafes etc. Parking is a little further away and is charged, but only a few minutes to walk to the property.

One room in the suite had no airconditioning.

Fantastic location for exploring Sicily. Hosts were exceptional and we had great contact with them throughout. Room was a good size with all required features, plus the courtyard has a beautiful garden. It was quite enchanting.

Sol and Florencia were very helpful. They rescued us when we were lost in the narrow streets where we have no signal for Google maps. Both went the extra mile to assist us throughout our stay.

Everything was a very high standard

breakfast was offered as an extra, but we didn't add that facility, however our hosts treated us to breakfast on the second day. A wonderful story behind the property, and a good location for seeing the West of the island.
