Wow what a great gem of a find! My husband and I wanted a quiet spring break this year for us and our two children (3 and 5 years old). It is a great house with plenty of living space. It was so nice to be able to put the kids to sleep and still stay up and relax in the living room without them waking up- huge parent plus!! The house was extremely clean and adorably decorated! They had a few games to play as well which was a nice family touch. The house was equipped with everything we needed for the week between kitchen supply’s and also soaps, shampoos, conditioner, etc. They really thought of everything! We used the balcony daily as well for a nice relaxing time outside. The best part about the stay was it was within 5-8 minutes from everything we wanted to do (parks, restaurants, ice cream, zoo, children’s museum, the walking trail, etc.). We never had issues figuring out a fun adventure with so much around it. Location was wonderful!! It also seemed extremely safe in a quiet part of town. The town house was also very quiet itself. We truly fell in love with Greenville SC after this week and we cannot wait to come visit again soon! Thanks so much for everything!

We spent 2 great weeks here where we had easy access to Main Street, restaurants, river trail and unit has everything for a party of 4. Would definately do it again!

I would absolutely recommend renting this property for a small group. My husband, adult son, and I spent four nights at this beautiful property. It was recently remodeled and is beautifully decorated. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked--there was even an air fryer! The property is in a great location as it is easy walking distance to town and several local breweries. The owners responded quickly to our questions and left us helpful information about visiting Greenville. When booking this property I was concerned about the off-site parking, but parking is very close and convenient.

All the previous reviews were spot on! The owners were tentative and quick to respond to any questions we had. The townhome itself was extremely clean, perfectly decorated and well equipped with everything you could possibly need and then some! The location was great, we much walked everywhere. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Greenville.

We had a great stay at this home. Very clean. All things needed for a long stay (pots, pans, knives etc). Very convenient location. Can walk to children’s museum, library or downtown. Starbucks is right next door! Host was very engaged with excellent communication! Would highly recommend.

Fantastic new townhome minutes away from Downtown Greenville. The house is very well equipped and comfortably designed. Owners are easy to work with and communicate often. We will stay again next time we are in the area.

Ralph is fantastic and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed- best communication I’ve ever had from a VRBO host. The townhome is gorgeously decorated and is really, really well stocked. The location is in a historic neighborhood about 15-20 min walk from downtown. Did it many times, great walk and nice neighborhood. Starbucks steps away which was a bonus. Highly recommend! Would stay here again for sure.

We had a lovely stay at this property. The home is exactly as it appears in the photos and was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. Then only downside to the property is no parking at the unit but spaces are available at an adjacent lot. Downtown is an easy 5 min drive away with lots of shopping and restaurants.

This place should get a rating of a 10! It is in the perfect location to absolutely everything. Ralph & Carrie have thought of every detail in this townhouse. The beds are super comfortable, the living space is cozy, the outdoor space is one of a kind. Communication was superb. Everything was top notch! Can’t wait to return!!!!

My family and I spent a wonderful 5 days in this beautiful home in Greenville. We particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the home and the comfortable beds and linens. The home is conveniently located to many local attractions and eateries. It was a pleasure working with Ralph and Carrie!

This has to be one of the cleanest, most well-kept rental homes our group has ever stayed at. It truly felt like a home away from home. Ralph's home was ideal for a long weekend in Greenville. It was absolutely the cleanest rental I've stayed in, and the location was perfect for trips back and forth into downtown. The space was a great size for my partner and parents, and everyone loved sitting on the porch. Ralph was also an excellent host - great communication, hospitality and very responsive. The kitchen had everything you could need and the beds were really comfortable! We're already hoping to book here again when we return in the fall!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this immaculate and beautifully decorated newer townhome! The owners were wonderful to work with and this property had all the comforts of home. Super comfy beds, clean, abundant linens and towels, blankets, and a well set up kitchen made for an easy stay. We were able to walk to the farmers market and to Unity Park very easily. We were also close to everything, making this property, a great homebase if you are exploring all things Greenville and the surrounding area! We will definitely stay here again!

We met my sister for a weekend visit and could not have been happier with this rental. The house is cozy, updated, and in a great location. The owner added some thoughtful gestures that made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They were available for any questions and checked in to make sure everything was going well. The porch are was our absolute favorite to sit and visit while enjoying the perfect weather. When we get back to Greenville, this will be the only place we look to rent. Everything was perfect from beginning to end and we could not have been happier! Highly recommend!!

Booked this property for a long weekend and couldn't have been more pleased! We were traveling with another couple, so the bedrooms both with their own en suite was perfect! Stylishly appointed, the property was bright, clean, with comfy beds and loads of nice pillows. Totally walkable at just over a mile from downtown. Would definitely stay again and recommend. P.S. if you are headed up to the Ceasars Head...stop in Travelers Rest at Upcountry Provisions for a to-die-for breakfast/brunch and pastry shop. Wow! Scrumptious!

Very clean property and close to all of the major attractions (e.g. Falls Park, local museums, and state parks for hiking). We use VRBO's a lot for trips with the kids, but this was the first time we had a host (Mr. Braun) that proactively made sure we had everything we needed - from providing a handbook on local attractions/eateries, as well as checking in periodically via text message. It's rare we've received this level of service in the past. We probably needed another couple of days to see everything we wanted to see, but will definitely try to get back here again.

Ralph and his wife’s home was spacious, spotless and was well stocked with everything we needed for a lovely stay. Beautifully decorated and the most amazing natural light too. They are exceptional hosts! Conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, museums, parks, all while being in the most adorable neighborhood. We will be back for sure. My husband and I had a wonderful stay! The property is so clean and comfortable. Great for a quiet getaway. You could walk into the city but we drove. Location was great for us while visiting our daughter at Furman. Great communication from host and every thing we needed was there.

If I could give a 5 plus review I would. My daughter and I stayed at this convenient townhouse in Greenville. First time visiting Greenville to check out Furman University and Clemson. My communication with Ralph was surpassed my expectations. Easy check in and out. Keyless entry, which made it super easy. Starbucks right in your back yard, so close to downtown Greenville, close to Publix, drugstores, gas stations, Haywood Mall etc. The inside doesn't even look like a rental. Best place I've stayed at yet! You really need nothing except your clothes to stay here. Owners thought of everything, from shampoo, conditioner, soap, towels, blankets, Keurig, toaster, all pans, dishes and beyond for the kitchen. Nice full size washer and dryer if needed. TV in both bedrooms and a large TV in the living room. Also this place is CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN. (take it from someone who is very meticulous). You definitely won't be sorry you stayed here. We stayed here for a few nights while my daughter visited Furman University and it was perfect. The place was immaculate, with wonderful designer finishes throughout the townhome! Bed's were super comfy, towels were fluffy, dishes were fun and trendy, everything was very well put together. The location was perfect, 12 min drive to the university and 5 min drive to downtown. Also loved that we could walk over to starbucks in the morning!

We LOVED this property! It is in a great area with a Starbucks right across the street and a quick drive to downtown. The condo is adorable and decorated beautifully. Nice little balcony to enjoy your coffee or cocktail. The kitchen is well stocked. Beds we very comfortable and the linens were wonderful. Ralph was very helpful and checked in with me to make sure everything was ok. He also was able to do an early check in as we were driving from Virginia and trying to outrun Hurricane Ian! I would definitely stay here again. Absolute 5 star property.

The accommodations/cleanliness/communication with the property manager and location were perfect. This wonderful townhome was close to Downtown/Swamp Rabbit Trail and our friends home. We loved our stay and plan to use again on our next visit to Greenville. We Highly Recommend!

We were extremely comfortable and couldn’t but happier about the location, walking distance to downtown Greenville. The description and pictures don’t do justice as to how beautiful this townhouse is. Communication with the host was wonderful. They texted us numerous times to make sure we were comfortable and to see if we needed anything to improve our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Honestly, I hardly even leave reviews. We love staying in VRBO. The attention to detail to make you feel at home was amazing. The AC was awesome (we like it cold). The beds and linens were incredible! We have been to Greenville a lot and the area is in an excellent location to everything! This is a FIVE star star all day long! Not to mention the host were incredibly attentive and we just simply felt welcome into their home.

This property is beautifully styled and has all the amenities you could want. The location is walking distance to the Swamp Rabbit Trail and an easy starting point for driving to the beautiful hiking trails of the Carolinas. Our host was always available via text message and yet was not obtrusive. We would highly recommend this property!

The property was beautifully decorated and we had a lovely welcome package awaiting our arrival. The hosts were very communicative and helpful during our entire stay. We have never had such an easy checkout check list. All the beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space for our family of four to spread out but still enjoy one another. The unit was under a 5 minute drive to downtown Main Street and next door to a Starbucks.
