Very conveniently located and the house was nice, the only drawback was the amount of cleaning we had to do on arrival. The couch had a ton of cobwebs and most of the dishes that were put away still had food or grime on them. Aside from that, the host was really nice and the trip was fun.

We enjoyed our stay. The house and property were beautiful. The kitchen was well appointed. There are two primary suites, which is nice if you are traveling with others. The loft area (with two queen beds) picks up all noise, light, etc. from the living area but that's to be expected. The upstairs deck and wraparound deck/porch on the main level are perfect for relaxing. Location was close to everything we wanted to see and do. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay in Bend! This home was particularly enjoyable for our weekend stay. It had great amenities for our family, particularly the back deck. We enjoyed sitting and listening to the river roll by over our morning coffee or an evening cocktail. It was in close proximity to all of our excursions, including golf at Pronghorn, fly fishing, and hiking Smith Rock, as well as jaunts into town for shopping and dinner. We only had one vehicle, and were glad we were close to town to take an inexpensive Uber as needed when we split into groups for activities. We enjoyed our visit!

The inside of the house was very clean and very well stocked. The only uncleanliness was the outside porch furniture and tables . it was a beautiful home with a beautiful setting. We could see a couple of sections of the river below and hear it along with the wind blowing through the tall pines. We ( my siblings and their wives all over 64 years) were only disappointed that we could not have family guests over for just a dinner at the house to visit with my 95 year old parents that we took on this vacation. Loft bedroom is a little awkward for all adults staying . All things in the house worked well.

So many luxuries! We were totally spoiled. Our hostess was so very welcoming, sharing her favorite places to eat and activities to enjoy. The home is beautiful and well appointed. My favorite experience was early morning coffee on the deck, listening to the river and watching the sun paint the trees. Thank you for an amazing vacation experience.

Our family had a fantastic weekend at Suz's VRBO! The place was impeccably clean well-stocked, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. It was the perfect retreat for a relaxing getaway. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient stay!

We had a great time. The house is very comfortable, nestled in by the river. Walking trails galore are just outside the door and town is a short drive or walk away. Made the 30 minute drive to Mt Bachelor for skiing. All so convenient and a fantastic home to prop our feet up and watch the sunrise and sunset. Wish we had time to stay longer and will definitely go again.

This home was fantastic for our weeklong stay in Bend over the Thanksgiving holiday. The location was convenient to both downtown Bend (in one direction) and to Mt. Bachelor (in the other). The setting on the bluffs above the river was lovely, with easy access to a nice hiking trail. The house itself was spotless and fully equipped with anything we needed to cook a full Thanksgiving meal. The host, Suz, truly thought of everything. Communication from her was prompt and easy. I can honestly say this is one of the best vacation rentals we have ever stayed in. Thank you for sharing your lovely home, Suz!

What a lovely and peaceful home! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and especially appreciated its close proximity to bike and hiking trails The location offered views of the Deschutes River Canyon and beautiful sunrises. Suzanne is a wonderful host who made us feel very much at home.

Can't say enough about how quiet and natural this spot is. Quite remarkable considering its convenient location. Communication with the owner was flawless and the home was everything we'd expected - appointed with quality bed and bath linens and an extraordinarily well-equipped kitchen. This home was perfect for our family. The kitchen was stocked full of all we needed. Grocery store was close to purchase our food. We enjoyed the nearby access to the river(bring water shoes!).
We had fun renting tubes at the Park&Float!
We also enjoyed visiting the many Farmers and Craft markets. It was nice to return to this home and relax on the porch and listening to the flowing river. We hope to return soon, thank you!

Beautiful house with great view of the Deschutes River canyon. Very fun to hang out outside and listen to the river. It’s about a 5 minute drive in to downtown and was easy to get Ubers and Lyft within a couple minutes. The community pool and hot tub area seemed popular for people with younger kids. Overall the neighborhood was very quiet and clean.

We can’t give this home enough kudos. It is so well appointed, fantastic location and very comfortable. We would have liked to stay longer. We hope we have another reason soon to return and would hope it is available. Property manager was available and aware of the tiniest details. Thank you Suz

The home was perfect, we loved the deck especially. The set up was great for our family. Fully stocked. Only wish was that there was entertainment for kids, bikes or corn hole. Location is perfect to Old Mill area for shopping and restaurants. We would stay again!

I absolutely loved the peaceful ambiance of this home: the trees, birds chirping, the sound of the Deschutes River flowing below . Many windows and winding walking paths. My family and I spent many hours outside on the large deck talking, reading, and dining. It was perfect in every way!

My family met up here for some skiing and we had a wonderful time. The access to the river trail was incredible for morning and evening dog walks, and with the snow it was just gorgeous. Access to Mt. Bachelor was super easy and at the end of the day we looked forward to being back at the house. Great house; highly recommend!

We had a great stay! The house is awesome and close to everything we wanted to do in bend! The community it’s in is lovely and the house feels private but not secluded. AMAZING VIEWS. We even saw a couple of deer walk by the deck on our last morning there.

We stayed at RiverWild for a family ski trip and were very pleased with our accommodations. The house was well stocked with everything we needed - from cookware in the kitchen to blankets and towels galore. The location could not have been better - tucked in at the end of the street on a bluff overlooking the Deschutes River, creating a private retreat; immediate access to a network of hiking trails; and an easy drive away from Mt. Bachelor. In addition, Suzanne was always very quick to respond to any question we might have. We would definitely stay again!

The property lived up to its 5-star reviews. Communication with the owner and check-in/access were easy. There were even clean robes for us to use! The house was well stocked with everything and clean. The location was great - a lovely deck to enjoy the sounds of the river and a family of deer wandering by each morning. Access to the Deschutes River trail is an easy walk from the house. So many great trails for cycling, hiking, birdwatching, and more. The neighborhood was also clean and quiet. We had a great time and hope to go back again.

This place is centrally located and close to hiking, biking and running trails as well as great brewery's and food. The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you need to cooking at home on a fantastic deck that overlooks the river. It is truly a spectacular home! We had a great experience with both the home and the host. The home is comfortable, clean and very well-equipped. The location is close to central Bend, but extremely quiet, and the large deck overlooking the Deschutes River is delightful. Excellent communication with the Host. We would happily stay again.
