This place was excellent. It was centrally located to so many of the attractions in Chicago. It was very clean and abundantly furnished with all we needed.

This condo was perfect for our family of 6 to stay and celebrate a big birthday - clean, spacious, and well appointed. We Ubered with ease into the city and my granddaughter even enjoyed the playground at the nearby elementary school.

The house was beautiful, spacious, cleaned very well. Owner was very accommodating and responsive to my needs. Would recommend!

This property exceeded our expectations! It is a beautiful, spacious, clean, and well stocked home. Location is fantastic — in a beautiful, tree lined, and quiet neighborhood. When we visit Chicago again, we will definitely return to this property!

This apartment was perfect for our group of 6(3 couples). It was clean, comfortable and spacious. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood with food markets, restaurants and bus stops nearby. Sean was easy to communicate with and the check in process went smoothly. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on a future trip to Chicago!

We stayed at Sean's place for our daughter's wedding at The Walden. It was so convenient. The apartment was very clean, inviting, and spacious, and even better than the photos. The common areas were light filled, and the extra common space in the lower level allowed for hangout space with family and friends who stopped by. Others had also rented apartments and ours was apparently the nicest. There were very simple rules that were easy to follow. Sean was extremely responsive, accommodating, and flexible when I needed to make minor changes to my stay. There were nice touches everywhere, and having a really good washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board was great. Plenty of street parking was available during the day and we used the gated spots behind house at night. I would definitely stay there again during a future trip to Chicago with friends or family.

Great stay!

This was a beautiful property in a wonderful location. It has plenty of parks within walking distance for my 8 year old son and the owner was so easy to communicate with. He even let us have an earlier check in due to our flight change which was a blessing and very much appreciated. We were visiting family and they were all within a 30 min drive. Getting an Uber was quick as well and there were plenty of restaurants and cafes. The parking was a bit of a challenge in the back but the owner communicated that to us. During the day we were able to find parking in front of the condo. I'd definitely stay here again and felt safe and comfortable with my husband and son here. 10/10!

Great location to explore the city of Chicago

We came to Chicago to make arrangements for my uncles funeral. The location is perfect and the condo was gorgeous. My mom,who has dementia did not want to leave. She was thinking it was her house. If I ever get another opportunity to stay in Chicago, I would definitely stay here again.

The dual level apartment was perfect for us 5. Loved the 3 bathrooms and their amenities (T3 hair dryer, makeup’s mirror ). Kitchen was extremely well appointed. Sean was very kind and responsive. Lock box issue at entry - he immediately helped. Immaculate and comfortable. Best VRBO experience yet. Thank you Sean.

This property was perfect for a family vacation! Comfortably had 6 adults and 2 children. So clean and had all we needed. Also was very close to multiple bus stops for easy trips to all the sites.

Check in check out not clear as some communications between emails and websites were stating different times. Confusion on whether check-in was 3 pm or 4 pm. Also was not sure if check out was 10 am or 11 am. My son was able to show me a check out time of 11 am. In any case the door access codes were disabled by 10:20 am on check out day.

Three bedroom duplex with plenty of space to spread out. Very comfortable upstairs with a sitting area and dining table off the kitchen, with another dining area downstairs next to a TV area. Comfortable beds, linens, and everything you would need. We had a few questions during the stay and Sean was very responsive and helpful throughout. I would highly recommend this home.
