My family enjoyed their stay at the Cozy Home. The property name"Cozy" is so fitting! Lacey is a fantastic host!

The house was perfect! Exceeded our expectations on every level. Clean, quiet, beautifully decorated with loads of little personal touches that created a serene & welcoming atmosphere. This was our second stay at The Cozy Home downtown Mckinney. It is a hidden gem for sure & has quickly become our first choice for lodging when we are in town.

The property itself was wonderful. The online photographs do not do it justice. Lacey ensured we had a smooth and seamless check in experience. The property is located in a quiet, historic neighbourhood and had everything we needed for our stay.

This was the cutest little house. Very clean and decorated so perfectly. Lacey was the sweetest and made sure to stay in touch and also made sure we we had a warm welcome with a bowl of snacks. The popcorn was delicious by the way!

Super close to downtown McKinney. Cute house inside and out. Fast response from owner with answers. Watch instructions on how to work the smart thermostat - it was a little tricky at first.

We stayed here for 4 days. The place was clean, well stocked. Very comfortable for our family of 4. The hist was great to work with. Communication clear & helpful to any of my questions. Highly recommend.!!

Beds were very comfy. House was very clean with clean linens. Well stocked with necessities. Good location to downtown with wonderful places to eat. The Yard and Cadillac Pizza were our go to’s.

The property was more than what we expected. It was clean, nicely furnished, and in a quiet neighborhood. The property owner was great in keeping the lines of communication open. I highly recommend this little gem to anyone looking to get away for a few days.

We stayed for the weekend to attend a wedding at Chandler Gardens, which was only a 15 minute drive. The Downtown Square is a few blocks away. Home is easily accessible, clean and cozy. Truly enjoyed staying here.

This tiny house is so beautiful. It is well decorated, stocked, and so clean! It was a bit far from the downtown Deep Ellum and Carollton areas we hung out in but I find that I preferred it in the end. Traffic was less moving away from those areas! Lacey is an amazing host. She is sweet and very thorough in her communication. I definitely will book this home again if we return to Dallas!

This cute little house did not disappoint at all and was the perfect stay for our family. Besides being adorably decorated, it was in a great location and the host went out of her way to take care of all our requests. We are planning to return to McKinney during Christmas and will definitely re-book this place!

We were in need of a small home for a short trip to McKinney and this was the perfect place for 4-6 people to stay together with enough room to spread out if needed. It was close to our destination, the highway and to downtown McKinney. While we were not at home for long periods of time, it was very quiet when we were there and comfortable. The house is tucked away in a neighborhood with lots of history and that was enjoyable to drive around and see. The house itself was well stocked with all the basics and the host even lent us a blender for our stay which we were grateful for. Bathrooms had plenty of linens, necessities and wonderful all natural toiletries. All the bedrooms had closets, TV's and an abundance of natural light with room darkening shades which helped in the afternoons. Our host was always quick to respond to any questions we had and that was nice. It was truly cozy staying in such a stylish, comfortable little home that felt just like your own home.

This baseball family thoroughly enjoyed this well-decorated, everything-you-need, modern-elegant little house! We were in town for a long weekend tournament in Melissa and found everything we needed nearby: ZPlex Fields, Super Target, Allen Outlet Mall (ohhhh dear!), but only for the big things we needed for the weekend. The house had all the little things that someone needs for a late night arrival: coffee already waiting, Q-Tips, Shampoo and Body Wash, etc ... We will definitely be back next time!

We stayed for three nights and it was perfect size and perfect accommodations for all 5 of us. Loved all the extras that were provided and the property manager always answered our questions or when we needed help. The location is great and if you like to walk, which I did, the historical square was a brisk 25 min jaunt. LOVELY time

This home is immaculately clean and beautifully decorated! It is charming and peaceful while being a close distance to downtown McKinney and all the shops and restaurants. Beds were super comfortable and we enjoyed this home very, very much!! We hope to be back soon :)
