The description stated city centre location. This is definitely not located in the city centre. This needs changing.
The outer door would not lock. This was rectified during our stay.
The staircase to enter the property was a fire escape staircase and was not suitable to climb with a suitcase. We are both pensioners and struggled climbing it with our bags.
We booked because we are on a long-term UK stay and need a washing machine. We were disappointed to find the washing machine was not working. This was resolved when the hosts allowed us to use a machine in another apartment.

It was an amazing flat, with everything included. Furniture is new, modern. Kitchen is integrated, so it's easy to cook some meals. The view was great, the flat was fresh, well ventilated.
I think everyone was just perfect.

Very spacious place in a quiet area but not far from the city centre. There is a large supermarket nearby.

The description needs to say that there is a steep staircase for access to the apartment. We had a small dog with us and had to carry him up the stairs. It would be very difficult for a couple with small child, or a couple who are not so strong on their feet.

We stayed here over Christmas. The apartment is central but tucked away in a lovely quiet area. It is light and airy with high ceilings and large windows. Lovely decor and all the amenities needed. The bathroom is great, with a large rainfall shower. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return again.

Everything this is a hidden gem, enjoyed my stay very comfortable, so much so I extended and I have already booked to return. The only thing that was missing was a standing lamp in the Living Room.

We are an older couple and the access was not suitable for us. Although the flat was clean and well presented, it was within an old building that clearly had some structural problems

The apartment was clean.
We had two elderly dogs, the apartment is advertised as dog-friendly. Sadly this is not the case as the access is purely by a rickety, steep, open-stepped and open sided fire escape. Our dogs, at 40kg each, had to be carried up and down as one nearly fell through the side and the other was too terrified to go up or down the fire escape. There was nowhere grassy for them to do their business either. None of this was mentioned in the advert. Also, no instructions on how to operate the hob or cooker, with some of the icons virtually unreadable on the cooker buttons.

Excellent location for meeting up with friends daughter and only a short walk into city centre. the apartment was very spacious and having tea,coffee and milk there to use was lovely.
A little tricky to find, didn't realise it was a private road on a junction but once that was sussed all good.

nothing only the oven shelves needed cleaning before we could use it. but the guy who cleans the flat was very helpful and found me a clothes airer when I was struggling with the one in the property.

Very nice apartment - great location, close to city centre, but also quiet. High ceilings, big windows let a lot of light in. Hosts reply to any queries very quickly. Would stay again.
Wifi was a bit weak. The dog wasn't happy about the metal stairs going up :)

The apartment was lovely, the photos don’t do the size or cleanliness justice. And we were massively impressed by our host - super attentive, checked we’d settled in okay and it made all the difference thank you!

The apartment was very comfortable and clean, it had everything we needed for. our stay. The location was great as we had no car we could get a bus to the station, bus station even the airport. The owners were very helpful. I’ve found it very hard to find a fault, as my husband is in his 80’s and not far off, the outside staircase was a bit awkward getting a large case up & down but that’s being picky.

The place is amazing, the windows let in so much light, the apartment is spacious with plenty of room to breathe. A beautiful apartment with the owners in contact at any opportunity. Definitely recommend!

Nice spacious clean apartment. Very clear how to get in/use tv/wifi etc. Nice to have milk,tea,coffee and chocolates.
The kitchen tap was dripping.

Lovely apartment, brilliant very private location. Plenty of room and facilities. Enjoyed my stay very much. Bed was far too comfy didnt want to get up! Slight issue that i did have was dealt with very quickly!
