色々調べて選んだつもりでしたが、期待を上回るリゾート感と素敵なホテルでした。本当にこれぞリゾートホテル！！という優雅な空間で、遊べるアクティビティが色々揃ってました。子供が2歳でオフシーズン旅行でしたので、沖縄らしいアクティビティがあまりできないと思い、ほぼノープランでとりあえず室内プールで遊べるだろうと予約しました。室内プール近くに子どものプレイルームがあり、外もビーチ直結＋外のプール周辺をお散歩でき、意外と色々ゆっくり楽しめました。 スタッフさんもとても親切で子供にも丁寧で、レストランKanazawaでは特に、担当してくださった女性の娘に対する対応が素晴らしすぎて、感動しました。子供ができると、ご飯が美味しいとか、雰囲気がいいとかももちろん気になりますが、それ以上に子供に対する対応ですべてが決まるし変わるので、本当に助かりました。ありがとうございました。 朝食もHPに記載がある通り、1回では食べ切れないほどの種類があり、基本美味しかったです。沖縄そばが予想より美味しかった（予想が低かったのかもしれません、ごめんなさい）のと、サラダドレッシングでドラゴンフルーツを使ったものや、ジュースの種類がたくさんあったのは、個人的に嬉しいポイントでした。 リゾートホテルって子供がいる家族には最高だな、と思わせてくれた旅行でした。宿泊代や食事代、総合的に考えても、これだけゆっくりできて遊べてこのお値段は、かなり素敵だと思いました。いつでも行けるわけではないですが、また沖縄に行く際には、是非宿泊したい！！ですしママ友にも進めようと思います☺️ 本当にありがとうございました!

強いて言うなら、場所が若干不便を感じました。車がなかったので、外食したり観光したいときはタクシー移動で、徒歩圏内には畑と住宅街しかなく、コンビニもなかったです。タクシーだと那覇空港から30分弱、近くの飲食店や観光地から10分程度なので、車があれば便利ですね。ただ、リゾートなので、ぶっちゃけ外出しなくても十分遊べました。観光目的よりは、リゾートを満喫するのに最適だと個人的には思いました。

お部屋もメインロビーもプールもとても豪華で、ラグジュアリーな滞在ができました。バルコニーから見えるのは一面が海でとても素晴らしかったです。

クローゼット一竿分しか収納が無いので長期滞在する場合には衣服を仕舞う場所が足りないと感じました。(洗面台のコスメを置くスペースは充分ありました) 高級なレストランばかりなので、幼児を連れていると利用しにくいです。カジュアルなレストランか、あるいは託児サービスがあると良かったです。 ホテル前の青いラインで囲われたビーチは綺麗に整備されていますが、その区画を一歩出ると何故かガラス片がとてもたくさん落ちています。子供を連れて潮溜りを見に行ったら、私も子供も足を切ってしまいました。シューズを履くように注意書きがあると良いと思います。潮溜りには魚やイソギンチャクがいてとても楽しめました。

食事の予約が取れないので、外に食べに出かけなくてはならなかった。ホテル内のショップの品揃えが悪い。タクシーの手配が遅い。小さな子ども向けのメニューも無く、ショップにも売っていないので、持参が必要。プレミアムラウンジを楽しみにしていたが、時間帯に区切られていたので、お金を払った割にはお得感は無い。

this is not a good place for couples. it's full of families with kids. the beach is restrictive. there's only a small area netted. the tide goes down very low, so from 9am to 4pm ish, you're only in thigh deep water. if you try going into the water earlier, (note: 857am was about to dip in) they run after you to stop. at the only time the tide is up to have a decent swim... there is a large pool in the middle, that only those that stay in suites can use. this it was empty mostly. 2 baby/kids pools. and the only other pool we could use was full of kids with floats. there aren't enough seats around the pools so there is no where to sit. if you want to use the middle pool, you have to pay $150aud per person per day. there is no convenience store, just a gift store that sells barely anything. the hotel is near nothing at all, so you need to bus or cab or drive to get anywhere. very few restaurants, limited food/menus, and over priced. the hallways to the rooms didn't seem to get vacuumed, sand everywhere. if you want to watch TV in English, you need to pay for that. The beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable. Don't stay here if you want to swim, want to eat good food. it's very boring and the hotel attracts families, with nowhere to escape from. 🙄

Staff are all great, rooms are a good size. The food in the restaurants, whilst expensive, is high quality. it is newly built and feels clean, fresh and modern.

Nowhere to get food during the day apart from cake in the lobby. We checked in at 3 and wanted to eat but there are no options which isn’t good enough for a ‘5’ star hotel. Nowhere to get a drink during the day apart from the lobby. We’d have liked a drink on our balcony or by the pool or by the sea. The bar is only open at 6pm. No room service, even basic. Most dining options have pretty expensive menus. the cheaper option (a noodle bar) was always fully booked and we couldn’t eat there.

Everything is perfect here for vacation

Amazing facility, gorgeous location, many options for swimming and relaxing, very comfortable and luxurious rooms. Breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing.

Staff communication was hit and miss. Some people were amazing, but others seemed flustered, inexperienced, and did not seem to know what they were doing. We arrived at around 4pm, were greeted by numerous lovely staff, but then stood around waiting for ages to be checked in while someone just stuffed envelopes behind reception and others seemed to have the sole job of standing to the side? It was a bit confusing. Then, even though it was well past check-in time, our rooms weren't ready although they did their best to do so as quickly as possible. Finally, they said they would give us 1500yen off our rooms if we elected to not have them serviced daily, but didn't make it clear that it was a credit, not a refund, so we lost out on that. Also, you really need to book evening meals in advance and since you won't be able to eat out unless you taxi or have a car, this can be a bit stressful. These experiences did not take away from our overall enjoyment of the place though!

The French toast served at the breakfast buffet is exceptionally delightful.

The reason why I chose this hotel is because I heard great things about the breakfast buffet at Ryukyu Hotel and Resort Nashiro Beach. After reading an interview with the hotel manager in a magazine, I was inspired and decided to book a stay here. Although the breakfast buffet was indeed excellent, it didn't fully meet my high expectations. Many things are really good; however, it was average overall. Additionally, the restaurant's size was not enough for the number of hotel guests, so most guests were waiting outside in the morning. The swimming pool was fantastic, but apart from the jacuzzi, there was no hot spring. It's a shame. Anyway it'd be a good choice for couples or families with children aged 7 and above. The staff were really friendly, especially the bellboy who was fluent in English and very polite. Also I had dinner at the Japanese restaurant on the second floor, can't remember the name though. Tried the sea urchin rice bowl there, and the waitress who served me that day was amazing. She had short hair and left a good impression on me. She was super friendly and attentive, and her service was really impressive. I visited a restaurant with my 10-month-old baby, and it was quite a fancy place that wasn't particularly baby-friendly. However, despite that, she took good care of us. I was impressed that the baby cot was already set up as requested. And it'd be nice to have a small laundry drying rack on the balcony for wet swimsuits. Finally, I'd like to compliment the cleanliness of this hotel. Both the bathroom and the bedding were really clean. I'm not sure if there is a cleaning manual, but if there is, I think the person who created it and the one who executed it are both remarkable. ★ I highly recommend this hotel. ★

On the first day of your arrival at Okinawa Airport, you can easily reach the hotel by taking the hotel shuttle bus. However, if you are traveling from the northern or central part of Okinawa, you'll definitely need a rent-a-car because the hotel is located in the very southern part of Okinawa. Additionally, it's a bit disappointing that the hotel supermarket has a limited variety of beers.

This is one of the larger hotels in Okinawa. The rooms and common areas are modern, spacious, clean and well appointed. All rooms seem to have a balcony and view of the ocean. We really liked the pool/beach area. There are several pools to choose from including a lazy river type pool (there is no actual current to push you around, but it is still a fun feature). The grounds are well landscaped, it really feels like a high-end tropical resort. The breakfast buffet was amazing, one of the best ones we've seen in Japan. There was a very large variety and the food was delicious. We also had the BBQ dinner, the price was typical for Japan (expensive compared to other options), but the food portions were generous and our waitress was very nice and personable. We enjoyed lunch in the noodle restaurant as well.

We were surprised that when we checked in early we were told we could not use the pool facilities until after 1pm. I get the idea of crowd control, but in other cases where we arrived early to a hotel (both higher end and budget) we were always welcome to use the amenities upon arrival while we waited for the room to be prepared. That being said, we were allowed to use the beach area and we still used the towels and chairs provided until 1pm when we walked over to the poolside. The only thing I felt that was missing from the pool/beach area was some form of casual/light dining option. I didn't notice any way to order drinks by the pool either. As far as I knew, if you wanted to spend a day using the pools, you would have to dry off, change into regular clothes, and then go dine in the hotel. It wasn't a problem for us at all, but when I think of a resort (particularly of this price range) I think of spending the day outside using the facilities and finding a place to go eat on a patio in my bathing suit or having food brought to my poolside table. I did see that some people brought drinks and snacks from one of the hotel stores to have while they were at the pool.

the beach itself is a bit of a catfish. I booked thinking I was going to a nice clean beach however you couldn’t really swim in the water or walk barefoot on the sand they even had signs recommending you rent water shoes …Also the restaurant options were limited if you are a picky eater and there was nothing close by to fill that gap

Omg. This place is amazing. We stayed in one of the club rooms and found everything was perfect.

The resort is beautiful, a great place to relax at the beach or poolside. The rooms were very large and all had their own balcony and sea views. All the staff were very freindly

The beds were very hard. The location is quite far out if you're using public transport, you will need to take more than one bus to most places. Would recommend getting a car if you stay here and want to explore Okinawa. Most the food is set menus starting at 100 per head (nzd). Would consider how much you want to spend on food before booking.

Breakfast was very good! Alot of Asian style cuisine but you can also find curry, and intercontinental breakfast. Location is average, it is on the southern part but very chill and peaceful

The rooms are exceptional, large, nicely designed, great bed. The breakfast is overwhelming, the offer includes everything I could imagine. The staff very friendly and helpful.

The availability of food an drinks during the day and evenings is extremely limited: to start with, there is no room service. The restaurants that are available are mostly fancy, totally overpriced set-menu offerings. There is no pool bar or terrace restaurant, where you can enjoy a drink and a nibble outside at a nice evening. Now, let’s be fair, that might be a cultural thing, me coming from Europe. But for me that was a bummer. And by the way, they charge you for the parking, really, in the middle of nowhere and with abundance of space….

lovely ambience and front desk and F & B staff were very helpful and courteous.Food quality and presentation at Kanazawa and Milano were great.Service staff were helpful and knowledgeable of the menu and wine list.
