It was clean and comfortable

It was a family of 6 and our 3 kids-2 adults and one 12 yrs old who was tall didn’t like the idea of going up and down the loft esp when they just wanted to use the toilet in the middle of the night. But they were comfortable being in bed.

This time we had the 3 BR and it was perfect for the family of 6. Bed was comfortable and clean. The space was amazing considering being in Tokyo. The washing machine was perfect for us. Separate toilet from the shower room was way better. Would definitely come back at Prism, highly recommended to book the 3BR than 2BR if more than 6 people.

We went during winter and the heating wasn’t enough, but they supplied a portable one. It was not really a big issue for us.

Not enough pillows and bed was very soft. Also had to buy an air fresheners as it has a funky smell when we first came in.

Very clean room and professional staff. It's awesome that JR Oku station is just a quick 5-minute walk away, making this spot a perfect home base for checking out Tokyo. And hey, if you get those late-night konbini cravings, no worries – 7-11 is right around the corner!

location is excellent, so convenient to get around . layout of the apt is good. reception is kind and very helpful.

Don’t understand why no black out curtains, at least for the bedrooms and therefore woke up everyday around 5:30am because the sunlight. As not as clean as expected, open the curtain and dust around, seems that nobody clean it for years…. I think the staff only clean the general area ….. so disgusting.

The room was very clean and spacious, it’s very convenient with a washer/dryer in the room. Check-in process was very smooth and staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is good as it is very closed to two train stations, a convenience store and a supermarket are just a few minutes away. restaurants are within walking distance.

With only one bathroom in the apartment, this can cause a little inconvenience sometimes. Also a little noisy sometimes when the train running just behind the apartment. Minimal cold air can reach the beds that are at the loft area where can cause a little uncomfortable (hot) sometimes.

Having a whole apartment to yourself was pretty good. The room was quite spacious and had several amenities, including * Cooking facilities * Washing machine * Drying area in the bathroom Close to Nippori station which is on the Yamanote line, meaning that locations like Shinuku and Shibuya can easily be reached with a train ride. The location itself seemed residential and quiet with very little going on from what we could see (which might be a plus if that's your thing). Not a very big range of food or shops around. A little bit cramped, not much room to put luggage. Interesting brutalist-inspired aesthetic

Very easy to get into the proberty. Nice and clean. Very Nice with laundry in the apartment. Easy to get to public transportation at Oku st.

Everything was wonderful

Location of the hotel is excellent, the train station is nearby. Check-in was smooth and easy, the staff had very good English knowledge. The room was well equipped.

Access to patio bedroom was challenging, the ladder is not suitable for small children but the view from the window was great.

Bare concrete walls were very trendy. Fancy toilet.Clean.

No doors, so no privacy. Low bathroom ceiling. Not much clothes hanging space.

The property was very clean and situated close to public transport. Staff were very helpful. Specially, Tan who helped us a lot with local information. Highly recommended and will definitely stay when we visit Japan again. Arigatou gozaimasu

smart apartment with most amenities available , it would have been better with a washing machine that incorporate the drying function. good sound proof structures that kept the train noise away .

the bed mattress is too soft and easy to get back ache , if this can be replaced for a better and firmer mattress will be great!

It is a well designed self sufficient unit. Near a number of convenient shops and eating places. Quite close to the train station Staff is polite and knowledgeable.

For additional bed arrangements, the mattress is too thin. Also more pillows will be good. ,

Clean and good value ,close to train station. There is Mc Donald and 711 close to the property. They offer free baggage storage. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The room isn't spacious as expected. The lift is very tiny, if you have more than one large baggage , two x large baggages plus one person can make lift full.

The place is clean and has a small kitchenette and washing machine. The staff is nice and very polite. we arrived later than 10pm and one staff was available to help with checkin. we like the electric key with passcode and easy to lock and open. The location is close to the Oku station about 10 minutes walk distance. Wifi speed is acceptable. They offer baggage storage for us as well which was very convenient to us.

A little disappointment about the size of the room, the room doesn't have individual room , two beds were positioned separately but not in two individual bedrooms. When we made the booking the room, the room was called two bedrooms apartment. we expected two x separate bedrooms plus one x open living room with kitchen. The photos don't reflect two beds being positioned into one open plan with some partitions between. basically the apartment is a open living space with kitchen and toilet. If having lots of big luggages, don't recommend this place.

The facilities inside accommodation were great and well prepared. Room was spacious and cleaning/drying of clothes was easy - with heater in bathroom to help. TV was good, allowed for streaming service sign in. Kitchen area was also quite spacious, good exhaust system. Beds were comfortable.

We didn't find any spare bags for the bins, I'm sure it would be provided if we asked. Not many food to choose from closer to midnight (besides convenient stores)
