Vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel , fijne kamer op toplokatie, zeer schoon

De badkamer faciliteiten waren minimaal alleen wat douchegel en handzeep. Geen bodylotion . Mis een glas (bij alle andere door ons geboekte hotels wel)om te gebruiken bij oa tandenpoetsen. Jammer van deze kleinigheden. Verder alles ok.

Tout était parfait au niveau des chambres et de la réception. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très propres et insonorisées. Très bien équipées avec des appareils de qualité.

Un petit bémol pour les cocktails servis sur le roof top. Caipirina convenable, mais Mojito dans lequel j'ai dû chercher pour trouver le rhum. Nous aurions bien retenté l'expérience, mais le bar du roof top était fermé l'après midi. La piscine est trop petite. Au niveau de la réception , les personnes étaient charmantes. Un point supplémentaire pour la seule personne parlant français et qui nous a donné de précieux conseils. Dommage que les autres personnes de l'accueil ne parlent pas un minimum français. Heureusement, mon époux parle bien l'espagnol, sinon, j'aurai été fort embarrassée.

Wij hadden een familiekamer en deze was boven onze verwachtingen. Heel ruim, 2 aparte slaapkamers een ruime living met over keuken en een ruime badkamer. Elke dag kon je vers water nemen op de gang en lagen stukjes fruit ter beschikking. De dames aan de receptie waren super vriendelijk en hadden steeds goede tips voor uitstapjes of waarschuwden in onze geval voor een feest in de stad waardoor straten waren afgesloten en het moeilijk zou zijn om met de auto op pad te gaan.

Een heel leuke rooftop met klein zwembad maar dit was niet verwarmd wat wel wat jammer was. Gezien de kleine oppervlakte hiervan zou dit perfect ecologisch verwarmt kunnen worden.

Sniadanie nieco ubogie ale nie można też mieć większych zastrzeżeń Miejsca parkingowe nieco wąskie raczej tylko dla małych samochodów ale jest !

The overall hotel is lovely, very clean , modern rooms and really friendly staff. it's in a perfect location amongst bars and restaurants but is still quiet of ask evening, and it's a very short distance to the mariner and beach,

I would have liked to have sampled the pool and bar area but it wasn't open during my stay as it was still only mid February but it certainly didn't spoil things.

Leuk apartment voorzien van alle comfort De bedden hebben een zeer goede matras. Al het personeel was zeer vriendelijk. Het hotel is gelegen in een rustige straat vlak bij de zee en het centrum.

Het ontbijt was ok maar vrij basic

Yolanda and Carmina at reception were so friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. We would return again to Odyssey

Номер великої площі з двома спальнями та величезною терасою. Зручно, все сучасно, є кухня з посудом та всім необхідним для приготування їжі. Кавамашина та духовка-мікрохвильовка допомогали швидко та смачно поїсти. У готелі на -1 поверсі є пральні машинки. Дуже зручно, якщо треба щось попрати. Тераса у номері - найулюбленіша частина! Особливо взимку на сонечку! Ми приїхали раніше 15 години але номер вже був готовий, тому ми заселились трішки раніше, за що Велике дякую! Кожен день прибирали номер та міняли за потребою рушники.

Сніданок! Практично не має з чого вибирати. Мінімум страв, кава (з ідентичної кавамашини, як у номері) та сік. Ми були 2 рази і вирішли більше не ходити.

Расположение замечательное, в самом центре города. Приятный персонал, отель новый. По нашей просьбе организовали завтрак раньше обычного времени.

El hotel simplemente perfecto, habitaciones grandiosas, baños grandes, todo nuevo casi sin estrenar. Magnifico . Y ademas la ubicacion perfecta a pocos minutos de todo.

In truth, the breakfast was not exceptional. Actually below par for the amount we’re paying. On the other hand we stayed for 10 days which is much longer than most guests. Waiting the same breakfast every morning was boring after the 3rd day. We wish to especially thank Carmina, one of the front desk receptionists. She was always cheerful, kind and helpful. Wonderful service.

See above about the breakfast. Also the staff on the rooftop terrace/bar were not very friendly or helpful. They need some training in customer relations.

Appartments are high class with really nice touch in look and feel. The best we have stayed in.

The last five days started working on the unfinished floors with noise from 8:30 in the morning. The staff did everything they could but the owners did not care

Location and views

The best thing about this accommodation is that they have a great staff, very friendly and helpful (Carmina is the best). The location is also great as it is few meters away from the beach, from restaurants and bus stations. The rooms are large and clean.

Unfortunately there wasn't a small fridge in the room, that would be helpful when the breakfast is very basic, without any vegetables, or when you want to keep your drinks cold. The swimming pool is very small, not made for swimming.

Location was perfect : very close to the beach and the port .Very friendly and helpful staff ( reception team is amazing ; so is Nico from breakfast ).The room is very clean and spacious and the beds are very comfortable.

The location is great. All city attractions are within walking distance. The room was super clean as well.

There were no or very few hangers in the shower. The breakfast is very basic and minimal. The lady at the breakfast reception not quite friendly (although the rest of the staff were helpful and nice).

Perfect location between the old town and city beach. Great beds (also the sofa-bed) . Really quiet. Really nice breakfast especially freshly pressed orange juice and gluten free bread and cakes. Staff very friendly and helpful

Outstanding staff. Many thanks for all the help! Asked for extra coffee and received with no issues. Asked for restaurants recomendations and information that exceeded our expectations. Asked for new bedsheets and they were changed right away. We received a birthday surprise from the hotel. Beautiful spacious and lighty rooms with amazing view. There is a rooftop with a small pool with sunbeds and fine bar. The water was clean and the beds comfortable. The view to the Santa Barbara Castle is amazing. The breakfast was delicious (especially the fritata which in my opinion should be more)!

The room could benefit from pairs of disposable slippers.
