The lounge had comfortable seating for 5 and 3 needed to sit on a bar stool. We planned to have a meal in the house rather than go out and expected a dining table also.

Fantastic location, a short walk to all of the famous city landmarks. The property has been recently refurbished, and continues to be maintained to a very high standard. Spotlessly clean throughout. Would certainly recommend!

Nothing at all

A very well presented property in a brilliant location for exploring Bath. Only a few minutes walk to both the Royal Crescent and Bath centre. 200 yards from a superb fish restaurant. The bedrooms are spacious and beds comfy. Plenty of bathrooms. Good facilities.

The underfloor heating system was a little complicated to manage anything other than a boost, if needed. The property managers say they are going to provide more instructions. It’s a great property to use as a base for exploring, not for a big group to spend lots of time socialising in as the main rooms are more limited in size.

No option for single beds… when staying in a group many prefer a single bed.

Fantastic location right near Bath city centre. Lovely house, was super clean and we'll prepared for guests.

Easy walk to town. Good on street parking. Spacious. Great kitchen and kitchen utensils.

Customer service was top notch. Quick response time. House was beautiful and comfortable. Excellent location. Carpark was close and easy to get to.

It can be a little noisy at night with windows open. But once the noise dies down I slept really well.
