The house is fantastic, perfect actually, 10 out of 10. Very spacious and clean with a great little patio with a view. Fantastic location. I didn't realize the property was managed by Vascasa when I booked. Anytime I've stayed at a property managed by the owner, checking in early or getting an extra 30 minutes at check out has been no problem. Not the case with Vacasa. Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am, period. They won't work with you. This house is great, but I'd rather rent from a real human being than a company like Vacasa.

Perched over the Deschutes river looking over the Old Mill District - you can't ask for a better location for your adventures in Bend, OR. The property is managed by an professional company, communications before, during, after was perfectly time and exhaustive. No complaints.

Great close location to all the Bend activities, walking distance to the Hayden Homes Amphitheater. Quality home with high end bedding and well stocked kitchen. Would definitely recommend this and stay here again.

Very nice home. Typical checkout process for VRBO is a little irritating. Why am I washing linens when I paid for cleaning? Management never responded ti me regarding early check in or late check out. Management not helpful on why house resets itself to 64 degrees every few hours.

This home is spacious and clean. Easy walk to Old Mill district and the river. Kitchen has everything you need, and washer/dryer is nice to have.

Wonderful property in a great location for an adult getaway for three couples. Having two bedrooms with king size beds was fabulous for our party. Great views and we really enjoyed the patio when the heat wasn’t too intense. Kitchen isn’t super well stocked but it suited our needs well. Our only real complaint was about the AC unit. We were there on a very hot weekend (104-105 degrees) and the AC just couldn’t keep up. It was set very warm when we arrived and remained uncomfortable that night. I reached out to the management company but by the time we heard back from them the next day we had it livable. If it weren’t such a hot weekend I don’t think it would have been an issue.

The house was clean, well equipped, and at a great location (near the Old Mill District). The views from the house are nice. We had some issues with limited hot water. The property management is via Vacasa and you can’t get a real person but you have to text them. They promised to look into it but during our short stay they didn’t. Also, Vacasa offers a late checkout which you have to pay for while in other places they don’t nickel and dime you for that. Finally, you pay both Vacasa and VRBO fees. I would not rent a place again through Vacasa.

We went as two families (6 total) and the space was perfect. Easily walkable to great places, a wonderful view and great space for us all!

This property was amazing! The location can't be beat. Best of all there are two rooms with king size beds, so no couple gets the short end of the stick. We had the kids share the room, with the two double beds. Everyone was comfortable and happy. The house was immaculate. I can't say enough good things, we will be booking again.

Great house with a very nice view and wonderful location. Walking distance to the Old Mill district. Owners were very easy to work with when we wanted to host a work related dinner gathering that was above the house guest limit. Very accommodating! Would definitely stay here again.

My family used this house has a base to explore Bend and the surrounding areas. The house is well stocked and in great conditions. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, great technology and we even parked in the garage during a storm! We love this house and were sad to leave!

This property had more than enough space! Big, we’ll equipped kitchen, large dining table and comfortable living room and beds. We did run out of hot water when the big bath tub was filled - fine when we just took showers.

We loved our stay! Close to Old Mill, Down Town and Mt. Bachelor making this a superb week long getaway for the family.

This is one of the best places I've stayed in Bend. The place was clean, had great walking distance access to restaurants, trails and lots of fun. I definitely would like to go back if I find it available again.

What a lovely home! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Bend. This home is in a great location and feels more like a house a than a TH. Comfortable beds, stocked kitchen and a great floor plan. We will be returning.

The house was just what we needed. The main master on the ground floor with bathroom was perfect for my parents and upstairs we had another king room and a separate room with 2 full beds for our kids. The home is clean and has that Bend vibe. Great centrally located location and private too.

All in all… excellent. Property very clean. Music across the street at Old Mill was way too loud Friday and Saturday nights.

We recently returned west for a family visit. It was wonderful, but our hosts' home made it even more special! This charming spotless home allowed us to have a memorable family reunion. The kitchen is well stocked! and we were able to have "safe" and relaxing meals. Wifi is amped! And there is a lovely view from the deck and balcony. We all agreed! We definitely want to return!

We had a great time in Bend! The condo was centrally located to everything we wanted to do…concert at Les Schwab, helicopter ride at Bend airport, college tour at Central Oregon, mountain biking at Mt. Bachelor, floating and fly fishing the Deschutes, rock climbing at Smith Rock, disc golf at Pine Nursery. We especially loved being able to bike or walk down to Old Mill to eat or shop. We will be back!

This house fit our family's needs perfectly. It was very spacious-both the bedroom areas and gathering spaces. Everything that we needed was there. The place was quiet and super clean. We had minimal contact with the property manager, but our questions were very promptly answered. Highly recommend this place.

This property was lovely and spacious. The decor was clean, minimal, and modern, with a touch of Western charm. The kitchen was well-appointed. The beds and bedding were of nice quality and comfortable. The unit was nicely located to major roads and shopping areas. That being said, it is immediately above a major intersection/traffic circle that is busy all day long. The traffic noise took a bit of getting used to, as we live in a quiet suburb; however, the trade-off is easy proximity to everything in Bend you want to see by foot, bike, or car. Neighbors were nice and quiet and the row of homes are all well kept. The towels were a bit tired and were generally in various dark colors--we prefer white towels in a rental, mainly because it is super obvious if they are clean or not. The unit was very clean overall and we had a wonderful vacation. Thank you!
