Nicely decorated and extras. Communication was great and hosts helpful. Condo itself wasnt super clean, mostly kitchen and dishes. Tried using the hot tub but it was dirty and had a horrible smell. Patio is not directly off the unit but a shared area.

Very welcoming! Sally met us at checkin and showed us around and there was much to see!
Lots of amenities and very well kept. Location couldn’t be better. And right next door at the marina was a cute pub with lots of local wine, drinks and food. Would recommend for sure

This suite is perfect for those wanting a comfortable stay in close proximity to Sakha Bluffs. It is well situated with access to lake shore and a stroll to the main beach. It’s close to town but out of the hustle. Lots of little extras made this accommodation feel pretty special. Thanks for the attention to detail. It was much appreciated along with the late check out on a cold April day!

Beautiful suite and lakefront property

We booked in the off season during a local youth hockey event. The wifi was awesome and we were able to easily work. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed. We liked the common bbq area. Our players (2) joined us for one night before we went home and they enjoyed the hot tub. Parking was easy to use and close to the unit. Easy walk to a great little pub next door that has awesome food.

Skaha Suites was a fantastic place for our Family Day weekend getaway. Fully equipped and in perfect condition when we arrived. Sally greeted us and walked us through the property showing us everything to make our stay comfortable, including the lakeside hot tub (which we enjoyed both nights).
I would highly recommend this property to families looking for a fully equipped home for their Penticton stay. We were all super comfortable and well rested for our local activities. Will be back next year!

10/10 place to stay! The location is incredible, it has a hot tub & 2 docks in the back (this is where we spent a majority of our time!). It was super clean, the hosts were incredible & replied super fast. Couldn’t recommend this stay enough!

Our stay was amazing! The view was amazing! The place smelled and looked very clean and inviting! The property manager replied very quickly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable!
We enjoyed the first night in the hottub by the lake and the second night the hottub wasn't quite warm enough yet, so the owner let us use his personal pool to make up for it! Extremely touched by the level of customer service!! Thank you again :)

Great property with excellent comfortable facilities. Nice dock and hot tub on Skaha Lake, water stays shallow for a while, would be great for little kids. Allan the host was awesome. Excellent stay overall!

Our second trip was as good as the first! For us, having the outdoor kitchen and beach access allows us to visit with my Penticton family with ease. The suite’s kitchen is fully stocked which allowed us to have a huge family feast. Walking over to the public beach and local pub was extremely convenient, as well. We will be back next summer, for sure! ❤️

We had such a lovely stay. Allan was super helpful and his property is beautiful. We were steps away from the private beach on property. Cleanliness was great, the kitchen had all of the essentials.

The property is new, like new, the host/owner is very nice and accommodating. There is a small beachfront with a dock. The water is shallow 0-3' for approx 100' out with a sandy bottom. It's a great place to stay for whatever you have going on. Highly recommended. We plan to come back to this place. Lots of useful amenities.

We had a fabulous time staying in this lake front property. Allan was a great host, and the property is well equipped with everything you might need. We enjoyed the use of the standup paddleboards and nothing beats relaxing in a hot tub, watching the stormy Okanagan weather. We would definitely return for a future visit.

What a find! Two bedroom, gorgeous suite in a prime location with amazing hosts. The suite was immaculate and the layout was great, perfect for for our family of four.
We have two teenage sons, so one slept in the second bedroom and the other one slept on the pullout couch. Bright with high ceilings, stunning kitchen and bathroom and complete with every ammenity (and little extra) you could ask for. It was beyond our expectation. Outside, the dock, the firepit, hot tub and cooking area were amazing.
Allan and his team have thought of everything and he was an exceptional host. We have become raving fans and we can't wait for the next trip.

The home was beautifully decorated and very comfortable for our family of four. Allan was very communicative and a pleasure to meet and visit with as he gave a tour of the property. It was a short stay for us but we will definitely be back to enjoy this home and the beautiful lakeside community.

Lovely property and location. You're in the guest house of an in incredible lakeside property. You have access to the gorgeous deck with grill, hot tub, boating access, etc.
The owner and property manager are very responsive and showed such nice hospitality. I would love to return there!

Folks if you’re looking to have it all then this is your vacation home! You are greeted with a delicious bottle of wine when you enter the lovely carriage house that is beautifully appointed with a gourmet kitchen. The property shows its pride of ownership. You get to enjoy all the beach toys (some are free and some you rent), a beautiful grassed yard and a lovely private little beach and jacuzzi by the lake with a 200 feet long deck on the water with sittings. Two tiled outdoor sitting areas; one with two brand new barbecues and one with an outdoor fireplace. Complimentary beach towels, soft drinks and snacks. We couldn’t ask for a more perfectly splendid holiday!

We had a great time and Allan was so accommodating. I typically prefer total privacy but having him nearby was like having a concierge. So much to do for the kids - paddleboat, paddle boards, swimming off the dock, fridges stocked with drinks and snacks in our room. The property was just built so everything is new and very clean. It is a perfect family spot!

This was our favorite rental property. The property had everything and more. We were able to use the paddle boards, private beach, hot tub, and outdoor BBQ. The location is a quick walk to Skaha Beach, spray park and playground. It was perfect for our family. Thank you Allan for being a wonderful host!

We were thoroughly pleased with our stay at this property. The property manager was extremely accommodating and really goes above and beyond to make your stay the best it can be. I love how close Penticton is and Oliver for wine touring.

The only problem? .. Our stay was too short! Excellent location to enjoy the lake and be close to everything else we needed. Allan was a friendly helpful host and gave us our space to come and go as well. Recommend!

The perfect vacation home
My family and I had the best stay here! Allan was accommodating, friendly and very welcoming :) There is so much you have access to and are only a short walk from the beach! We were talking about when we would be coming back before our stay ended. If you are looking for a place to stay when visiting Penticton look no further.

Amazing host
We stayed at Allan’s property for a week with our family. Allan was the most gracious host we have ever encountered through Vrbo. The condo had everything you could possibly need and more. The kitchen was well stocked, and it was very put together. Allan was available to answer all our questions and went above and beyond to ensure that we enjoyed our stay! 5 Stars across the board. The unit is brand new with everything you need plus more. The beachfront location is fantastic with hot tub, BBQ and outdoor fridge. Allan is a great host. We'll absolutely be back!

A relaxing stay on the lake
We felt very lucky to find this great rental in Penticton. The rooms were bright, clean, and well-appointed. The hosts had clearly thought of everything (including a fully equipped kitchen and toys and activities for the three toddlers we brought with us). The rental is located in a beautiful area, and the hosts offer use of their private beach/yard (fully fenced) and various amenities (hot tub, canoes, fire pit, outdoor kitchen, patios, etc). Incredible value here, and highly recommended.

Lakeside luxury
Absolutely beautiful home and location. Very comfortable beds even the pullout couch. Light and airy feel with large windows and decorations. All the amenities one needs. The outdoor areas are great especially the hot tub. Will recommend this home.

Loved our stay!
We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely return. Allen was the kindest host. It was very nice to have him walk us through the property and show us where everything is. Unfortunately the weather was a little wet and so we did not get to use the beach/dock area but my I look forward to returning so that we can.
They have EVERYTHING you would need to have a fantastic beach/water day and bbq.
We did use the hot tub and it was glorious.
The apartment was spotless! The personal touches really made us feel special... hand written notes, welcome wine, etc. Seriously, above and beyond!! Trust me, you will not have any regrets choosing this rental.
