We had a great time! Weather was fabulous as was our place! Host was great and very responsive. Short walk to the most beautiful beach ever! Will definitely be coming back!!

The property and the views are absolutely amazing! The pictures do not do it justice. The owner was absolutely amazing and extremely accommodating. 100%, would stay here again.

We had a great time in Siesta Key, and this unit was exactly as advertised, if not better! Very clean, had everything we needed, and Dan was always quick to respond to any of our inquiries leading up to the trip. We had 3 young kids with us so being one block from the beach was perfect. This unit had two beach wagons, boogie boards, toys for the kids, etc. We left behind a bunch of toys and a puddle jumper (swimmies) to add to the collection. The pool is small and shared among a few units, so don’t count on having it to yourself. It’s really all about the beach! I would suggest bringing shoes that are comfortable for walking to dinner. It’s a really nice 15ish minute walk, so don’t bother with heels! Very very low key vibe in town. We were there during spring break so it was crowded, but that’s to be expected. None of the places take reservations so if you go during a peak time, either plan to go to dinner right at 5, or be prepared to wait. All in all we had a great time and would definitely recommend staying in this unit if the size/configuration works for your group!

Our group of 8 had a fabulous time at Hoppy's! It was perfect for us! We never used the vehicles after arriving because we could walk to the beach (2 minutes) and walk to town (10 minutes). We had four teen boys and two couples. The unit is well equipped with everything you need. There is plenty of space. The balcony was lovely in the morning to have breakfast, beach all day, back to the pool when you had enough sun, get ready and go out to dinner then back to Hoppy's lounge area to have an excellent evening! Our whole group agreed it was great! Highly recommend and Dan's service to answer all questions immediately was perfect!

We hosted Spring Break for our daughter and several of her friends. We loved this location. We were in the middle of everything—the walk to the village was so easy, we were only steps to the beach, and the place was clean and spacious. We will definitely be back!

Dan couldn't have made everything easier for us. The house is great for families and the beach is stunning!

From the start, this place made our vacation. Checkin was seamless with no issues, place was spotless and as advertised. Everything was well organized at the house so we found everything easily without having to contact Dan. Dan was great to work with and sent a google doc with tons of helpful information. The house had toys for the kids which kept them busy and we enjoyed the fire in evenings. Beach and park for the kids right across the street so prefect location for the kids. The kids (and I) were sad to leave the house and plan to visit again in the future. 5 stars all around!

It was a very easy check in process and clean property. Very seamless in getting checking and check out. did not require us to do anything to exit. Would definitely rent from Dan again.

The home, its location, amenities and the availability of the owner to answer any question, made this rental one of the best we have ever stayed at. I couldn't recommend it enough! We had asked for 2 pack and plays and 2 high chairs and they were there on our arrival. The toys, the bicycles, the wagons, the beach chairs, the fire pit and the heated pool all add up to an amazing holiday!

Advertisement said it included a golf cart. No golf cart available upon arrival. We asked to check in early because we have very small children who nap. Manager was completely inflexible re same. House was in excellent location, great condition and all was smooth but for the aforementioned snafu regarding the gold cart. Additionally, Manager Dan called my cell phone 3 times and when I finally answered (assuming it was an emergency at work) while on a dolphin cruise, Dan had the gall to ask my permission to let an insurance adjuster in the home. Not cool.

The perfect home for a first trip! The home has everything you need, you will never want to leave. The beach is right across the street, close to Downtown Sarasota and walking distance to the Village. We had the best time, we will be back!

We wanted to get away just for the weekend driving up from Miami. This place was amazing. The house was beautiful, clean, and had all the amenities you needed included all the things for the beach which was a huge bonus for us. This is walking distance to such a beautiful white sandy beach. Having access to the pool was a treat for us also. Would love to come back again in the near future.

Instead of a party, my daughter asked for a beach vacation with her friends and I thought about Siesta Key. Booking was easy as well as getting into the property. I live in the Fort Lauderdale area and drive so I brought some possibly needed household items that I didn’t need. EVERYTHING was there waiting for us, including toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and the list goes on. Something I did bring that I used was laundry detergent, although there was some there. I figured I’d leave that for others to use that might fly in. There was a golf cart in the garage that I thought we had access to, because other reviews mentioned using it. It does not come with the rental but I was provided with information to rent one at a reduced rate. We actually did not need it. The beach is a quick and easy walk as is the Village. It was quite hot while we were there so we often used the trolley or taxi golf carts. There were six of us in total and the space was well accommodating and we could have had a few more with us. Thank you for an amazing stay! We will definitely be back!!!

Had a great time with the family within easy walking distance of an incredible beach. Plenty of room for a family of five.

Location is key! Just a block away from the beach access, and away from public parking so the beach wasn’t packed. The house was also only about a half mile from the village which was nice. They had plenty of beach chairs and toys for the kids. House was well stocked with essentials. We had two couples and 5 kids between us. We set up the middle bedroom for kids with the trundle bed and twin hide a way. The two year old slept in the pack in play in the master closet. Check out was the easiest I’ve had, which let us enjoy the last morning instead of rushing around and cleaning. It was overall a great experience!

The property was awesome!!! Everything was perfect. Too bad they didn't allow us to use the golf cart.

We had an amazing time staying in Hoppy’s Beach house. This place has everything you need! You don’t have to bring anything for the beach…it’s all there! Located across the street from the beach and a 10 minute walk (we are fast walkers) to Siesta Village. Dan is incredibly quick to respond to your questions and will give you suggestions to places to go to in Siesta Key. The home is clean, comfortable, and convenient. Check in and check out was easy! Thank you so much. Wish we could have stayed longer!

This house worked perfectly for our family. The house included all the beach accessories- chairs, sand toys, umbrellas, wagons. Beach access right across the street and less than 1 mile to the main road with restaurants etc. would def stay there again!

We had 9 girls stay and it was a weekend for the books. Location is amazing, Dan has everything you need for the beach. Took a walk into the village every morning for coffee. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Definitely will recommend to anyone!

Great experience, location is perfect for walking to siesta key main beach with lifeguards - 3-5 minutes tops. Also siesta trolley stop is 2 min walk (best way to get around the island). House was clean on arrival and beds very comfortable. I didn’t cook but kitchen is stocked with pots and pans and utensils. No issues and Dan is very responsive to questions. I’ll be back as soon as possible!

Overall we were pleased with the property. First the pluses : close proximity to the beach, availability of chairs and umbrellas for the beach, 3 bedrooms and clean accommodations! Now the minuses: on the original web site it stated a free golf cart and each corresponding messages it was stated a free golf cart . When I called and spoke to Dan about this it was not provided due to “liability “ . I would have never even considered it but we had planned on using it and even booked the condo for this very reason. We ended up spending extra money to rent one for the week that I felt was unfair . The other downer was the dishwasher does not work or if it did it was very poor results so we ended up washing the dishes by hand the whole time not a deal breaker but disappointing. Overall a great time at the beach with my family ! P.s. remove the free golf cart if it’s not really going to be allowed to be used . I’m 62 and my wife had foot surgery so that was a must due to her mobility!

We loved our stay! The house is beautifully updated in every room, but also super comfortable and inviting. The location couldn't be better. Two min walk to the beach and 5-10 min walk to town (restaurants, grocery store, coffee, etc). It was fully stocked with beach chairs & umbrellas as well as everything we needed in the kitchen and bedrooms. Communication with Dan was super friendly and easy. Will definitely rent here again!

We had a family getaway to siesta key. It was our first time on the island. Location was fantastic. Quick walk to the beach. Rooms were very clean and spacious. The shared pool was great for our kids ages 4 and 1. We also went to an orioles spring training game, which was not a far drive. Dan, the property manager, was very responsive which is always great when renting. Overall great trip.

Location, location, location! This property has everything you are looking for in a beach getaway and vacation! Walking distance to the best part of Siesta Beach, fantastic walking and running access surrounding the property and short golf cart trips to Siesta Village for everything you need!

So many extras-beach chairs, coolers, sand toys, bicycles, coffee, soaps etc. great location..walk across the street and boom! You are walking in the softest, cleanest sand I’ve ever experienced. This unit is equipped with everything you need; comfortable, modern furnishing. I highly recommend

Dan was so helpful and communicative. The condo is a great location, the golf cart was amazing and they have everything you could possibly need! Amazing place to stay while in Siesta Key!
