Perfect size for us, with various spaces for catch up chats. Luxury room sizes. One room past the dinig area had an uncomfortable mattress and heating in some rooms had been turned off. This couple were cold during the night first night. Also 5 yr old leant against concrete railing top and it gave way. Very heavy but lucky she wasn't hurt. Overall though we did have a fab time and were grateful to have a comfortable house for a family get together.

Family getaway for Matariki weekend.
The house was very adequate for the 12 of us (10 adults, 2 children) with 6 good sized bedrooms.
Great living spaces but only 8 dining chairs around the table.
If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs, as the trucks were extremely noisy on the Friday night. Saturday/Sunday nights were much better.
Overall, our 3 night stay was very good.

We had a great few days in this beautiful home which allowed us to stay together and enjoy time with our families! With many lovely bedrooms and lot's of great space and even with the weather not playing ball we still had a fab weekend in Fox Manor!!

Great for extended family holidays
4 of the beds were very hard and uncomfortable
Guttering above kitchen skylight is broken and lots of dripping one night and nxt night with rain felt like overflowing . Could here it in bedroom next to kitchen.

There were 11 of us, with four families. There is plenty of room to have time out, with bedrooms having a private space, plus places outside of the bedrooms to find a quiet place. The communal lounge and dining areas big enough to cope, and the outdoor area widely used as the weather was glorious.

Awesome Break Away Weekend!
We had a really great weekend. The house was great and spacious enough to not be in each other's way. Will definitely recommend it!
