We had a great stay at this lovely house! Mercedes is very nice and her team had the house in top shape for us. Beautiful interior, spacious, huge kitchen and space for cooking and grilling. Golf cart was the perfect addition so we didn’t have to carry supplies out to the beach. Would love to stay here again!

We rented this home for a weekend getaway with friends. It was absolutely perfect for a relaxing weekend. The property is well maintained and has everything you need. We did need assistance with something during our stay and the owner/property manager answered our call to help. She was very friendly and we were able to take care of what we needed. We will definitely rent this house again in the future for our beach weekends!

This rental exceeded our expectations in every way. The location was away from the hustle and bustle, incredibly relaxing, right on the beach. Plenty of seating for large groups both inside and out. The views were amazing from almost every room. We’ve stayed at many rental homes and the attention to detail was far superior to any other we’ve stayed at, from the welcome bags to the coffee bar, you couldn’t ask for a better host. Highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful home!! We thoroughly enjoyed the house and its location. Loved the style of the decor. Simple elegance. The views are amazing. Enjoyed coffee on the porch with each sunrise. Everyone had a great stay, from the small grandchildren to the adults!!

Family trip for 11 of us. House was great and very spacious. Right on the beach and the golf cart was a huge convenience as was the elevator for older guests. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Responsive and helpful when asking any questions. Highly recommend!

The moment we pulled into the drive way, we knew this was going to be a a very memorable trip. Just absolutely gorgeous. Everything was set up so you didn’t have to worry about anything. Close enough if you needed something you can go get it but far enough away from all the hustle bustle. Will definitely stay again, and are already talking about our next trip.

Our family loved staying at this beautiful property! The location is superb, and the house is well stocked for larger family gatherings. The property management and communication was also excellent. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything needed to have a lovely visit!

Rented this house with 10 family members for Thanksgiving week and it was fantastic. The house was great. The triple bunk beds were great for the young kids, the other bedrooms worked well for everyone else. The kitchen was perfect for thanksgiving dinner, and all the beach toys were very convenient. The outdoor fire pit and heaters were really helpful with the cool November weather and made sitting out listening to the ocean very pleasant. Highly recommend!

Everything about this house was great.
Upon entering the house, we were greeted with a welcoming aroma that reminded us of a spa. There was a customized welcome sign for us, accompanied by a bottle of Prosecco. It was a great touch. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and it had top notch appliances. The dining table was big enough for all 14 of us to eat together and play games. The elevator was very helpful for people in our family that couldn’t make it up the stairs very well.
My kids loved the unexpected ping pong table, and we enjoyed the 3 bikes that were included. The interior design was fine very well and the bathrooms were amazing! My son is still talking about the shower. We will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful and Elegant! Upon arrival and entrance… Presentation was inviting and welcoming with iced down wine and family billboard and Thank You card and information/instruction folder for our stay.
All accommodations and amenities were amazing.

House was as presented in the listing. Wish the ice maker worked told property management company, but no luck. Small issue. overall experience was excellent. would highly recommend. we will be back.

Amazing house on the beach!
This house is spectacular. It was spotless and well organized and had plenty of space for our large group plus some of our cousins who visited for the day. The amenities, furnishings, decor, etc was truly excellent. We will be booking this house again next year and can't wait to come back!

Perfect Family Getaway
A++ With such a large family it’s so hard to get everyone together but with a beauty like this who could resist! As soon as you walk into the house it smells like you’re walking into a Ritz-Carlton. This place is over the top gorgeous! From the showers to the details in every room to all the spectacular views! We had 3 infants in the house and the house even came with a large playpen. While on the beach we met the neighbors and they were so kind they even put on a little firework show for our family one night. We will definitely be staying here again. Well done!
