Awesome house and amazing views. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay for the most part. The house was great, and accommodated many couples well. We had one maintenence issue that left one bedroom unusable. Thankfully no one was hurt however, the response from the management company was not helpful or hospitable. We were able to get in touch with them very quickly but nothing was offered to accommodate our guest that were left with out a bed. Eventually the company offered us some reimbursement, after a bit of back and forth. Loved the house, didn't enjoy the management company...

Home was clean, lots of room for the entire family to enjoy. 3 level home with steep stairs. Not suitable for elderly people. Nice, big game room downstairs, living area on mail level, and small rooms on upper level. Washer and Dryer worked. Pretty views all around home. Jacuzzi is outdated and needs upgrade, very limited toilet paper and paper towels. Local recycle center we found in Boone. Nice firepit. Thank you for a lovely stay. Christina

What an awesome property. We had a blast with 5 couples. The views are amazing and the location is very close to Boone/west Jefferson. We will definitely come back. Plenty of space for all to stretch out. Definitely recommend the late checkout option.

This property is amazing. I cannot say enough great things about it. The lower level is perfect for games or watching movie. Sitting on the deck is the most relaxing time.

Group of friends reuniting for a week. The property was perfect for our needs - plenty of bedrooms and GREAT bathrooms (enough and in the right spots). It was so comfortable. We used all facilities - fire pit, hot tub, projector tv, pool and ping pong tables, we ate on the porch every night … couldn’t have asked for better! Highly recommend. Perfect distance from Boone; we also went tubing, hiking, zip lining. Grandfather Mtn is not to be missed! All in all a great week.

Quiet, clean, great amenities, beautiful interior and exterior, great support from property manager. An outstanding place to bring a large family or a group of friends.

The only recommendation would be to have a solid plan for trash removal if you are checking out on a Sunday. Initially it seemed that it wouldn't be an issue for us but after 3 days in the house with 9 people, there was no way we were transporting the trash back to our homes 3 hours away. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend the company and the location. The views were breathtaking and you could see the sun rise and set each day. The home felt really secure as well.

Plenty of room small downstairs shower. Couple of maintenance issues

My friends and I wanted a quiet weekend to relax in the mountains and this was a perfect place to do just that. There were 10 of us and there was plenty of room. The views from the top of the hill were spectacular especially on a clear star filled night. The pool table and ping pong table were a hit, we had a tournament, it was so much fun. Hot tub was great as well, clean and large. The only thing I will say is bring your own knives and pots/pans, theirs are dull and not the best for cooking for a large group. But overall this place was truly wonderful and we had a great time.

This house was exactly what we were looking for. It made for the perfect mountain trip. The house was clean, spacious and looked just like the pictures. There was plenty of space and privacy, the house was easy to get to and close enough to town for anything you might need. The hot tub and theater room were a great bonus. We would be happy to stay here again!

We had a great time over Christmas at this property!! Enough space for everyone comfortably (we had 3 teenagers, 2 couples and an uncle). Really enjoyed the ping pong table, pool table and theater!

The house layout provided privacy and space as needed, but also has ample amounts of entertainment area. We loved seeing the stars at night and the windows, wrap around porch all made us want to spend the majority of our time outside! Everything was super clean and the kitchen was well equipped. We would definitely stay here again.

The home location was great, the views were awesome, the main spaces and overall shape of the house was solid. The amenities were lacking. Pool table was pretty much unusable. Foosball table had a significant crack in it causing issues. The projector in the movie room was poorly calibrated, where the projector was about 40% larger than the screen, and even then it was faint (unusable essentially). Hot tub worked great from what i gather (i did not use it personally). We enjoyed the house, but felt there were certainly pieces that need fixing.

House was clean yard had a few dog piles in it. Had access to garage which was great for Rain day. Room above garage floor squeaky and since we had young kids was a bit of an issue. Fire pit area uneven with rocks could use improvement. Could use some stairs built into the hill for easy access to yard. Yard was great for kid play and tossing a frisbee. Hot tub was nice add. Overall good experience

Pictures of rooms is very good in reality they are much smaller. Rooms above garage doesn’t have great heating. Fewer number of toilets compared to what needed for a party of 14 people. Shower in basement is super small one can barely go in and out. View is average. Hot tub had lot of foam when we used looks like cleaning liquid wasn’t drained properly. The property has 1000’s of rules and one can easily get overwhelmed with them. Worse was you can leave only two trash bags anything above it will be charged 5$ per trash bag though they already include cleaning fees. Nearby dumpster is several miles away and closed on Sundays so if you checkout on Sunday you should take bags of trash home.

We had a wonderful time & the property is beautiful. Couldn't ask for more!!

This home suited everyone’s wants and needs. It was a couples trip and nothing fell short. The beautiful views and quiet neighborhood was very relaxing. We will definitely return and recommend to our friends.

Wonderful house and property!

This place was fantastic. Roomy enough for our whole group (6 adults and 6 kids) and with lots to keep everyone entertained. We will definitely stay here again. My only “gripe” is that you are only allowed to leave 2 bags of trash behind. Yes, there are directions to the dump, but they are closed on Sundays. For a place that can accommodate as many people as this place can, that’s not a lot of trash, especially if you’re cooking meals there too. Still one of my favorite places that we’ve stayed though.

We enjoyed the property. There was plenty of room with lots of fun games to engage in with the family. Limiting garbage bags to only 2 upon checkout on a Sunday when the dump is closed is a bit ridiculous - especially since the house accommodates 14 people. We did take the trash to the dump on Saturday but ended up with 6 bags of trash that we had to haul home. I recommend an alternative option for People who check out on Sundays. Overall- we LOVED the weekend, the property, and the beautiful view.

Several family members shared the house and it worked great! Nice features are hot tub and game room! Great garage!
