Nice condo, really enjoyed the beach and restaurants around the area. It's a great little beach town. My only complaint is many things in the condo and building are extremely outdated. But it was really clean and roomy. I would stay again.

Perfect blend of quiet and convenience. The building was secure and well maintained. We loved being able to walk out the back door and on to the beach.

We will be back! Loved our stay - great location, and 3 bedrooms with 3 baths worked wonderfully for our multi-generational family all in 1 spot! Thank you!

The owner met us at check in, had us already signed in, made sure we knew where everything was and could find the necessary documents for an enjoyable stay. The unit is beautiful with plenty of room and lots of amenities. The beach was not over crowded and we enjoyed it thoroughly. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo was clean and well decorated. It had some nice art work and touches about the condo. I really liked how close the parking space was to the outside, pool, and beach.

Our family of eight adults and one child under two absolutely loved our stay in Catching Waves!!! The kitchen is so well stocked, the sheets and towels are of the very best quality, the mattresses were very comfortable, and the entire place just works so well for our fairly large group. Being able to all sit at the table together was so very nice! Spotting dolphins each day from the balcony was our validation that we found our OB home! It is obvious that this condo is furnished with above standard quality items with the linens, appliances, etc. The location of the "owner" parking spot for beach access was a real plus! We hope to return, maybe even more than once a year! Thank you Kimberly and Al!

Awesome family VRBO.,.We enjoyed our time on the quiet beach. Spectacular views and a quiet location. We even got to see dolphins swimming by the beach in the morning. We would definitely stay at Kimberly’s place again!

Overall we were very happy with our stay. The beach view was amazing & the unit was nicely equipped with everyday necessities. We got the impression that some of the residents of the building were not overly welcoming to children and vacationers, but we still had a great time at the property.

This is a great condo — the pictures don’t do it justice. Kim is fantastic — prompt responses and very welcoming. The condo is large, beautifully decorated, and very clean. The kitchen is fully stocked — probably the best we’ve seen. The beds, pillows, and linens are top notch. The building and beach are quiet. And we fell asleep to the waves and the breeze. The pool is heated and well kept with plenty of chairs and space to lounge. You can sit on the large outdoor porch, sit on the beach, sit by the pool, walk on the beach ... many options! Be sure to visit Salty Farms just down the road — best seafood around. This is a great experience — don’t miss out!

Property was close to the golf course we were playing. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook in every day. Nice that each person had their own bathroom. Nice ocean view.

Very nice clean condo. Plenty of comfortable beds, TV in each room. Well equipped full kitchen. Dining table for 6. Beautiful view of the beach and the pool. Excellent location near grocery store, restaurants and shopping. We will be back.

We had six adults staying at this property. The owner Kim met us and showed us around and gave us some useful information. The house was spotless. This was extremely important to us in the time of Covid. There were more amenities in the unit than I have ever experienced in any unit through vrbo. It was perfect for six senior citizens to have a lovely time, their own rooms and baths, and perfect Beach access.It was a terrific location, very close to shopping but far enough from the crowds of Daytona beach.If I had anything to say that could improve this experience that would be that there would be more hanging space for towels in the bathrooms. Also in the master bathroom, it would be nice to have a safety bar to get in and out of the tub/shower combination. This would be very helpful and safer for us seniors coming in and staying in the unit.We will certainly come and visit again!

Well located condo with balcony overlooking quiet beach. Condo is nicely furnished and decorated. Appliances are new and overall the kitchen is well-stocked. Kim is a great host. Really enjoyed my stay!

The condo was was perfect for our group of 8 with the three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We cooked a good bit in the condo and the kitchen was stocked perfectly! We will definitely come back again. The only thing that would have made it better would be more than one key fob! That was a little inconvenient so I would recommend at least to have two available. Other than that, our vacation was perfect!

Condo was roomy and kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The condo is right on beach so very little walking and the parking was easy, so many condos are so crowded parking is a problem but not here. We enjoyed our week there.

We loved the condo!! We had a wonderful trip! The pool and beach were great! The condo was well stocked with plenty of towels, trash bags, and other basic necessities. There was good seating for our family! The owner was quick to reply when we had any questions. Our only recommendation would be a king size bed In the master.

Really enjoyed the Condo

We try to rent this condo every year! The condo is spotless with all kinds of kitchen utensils, plush cotton towels, and wonderful beds and bathroom showers. We spent most of the time sitting on the balcony enjoying the sea breeze, dolphins and pelicans. Direct ocean front unit has views from every window - as if you are on a cruise ship! We had a most pleasant week there!
