The only problems we had were that some of the links we were provided with did not open or work and the smoke alarm was so sensitive to heat that we were virtually unable to cook. Otherwise the location itself was lovely.

Clean, solid place. Could hear people walking and talking upstairs, but not too bad.

The first thing we noticed was that the place felt even bigger than it was described! It was great having the ability to park right out front or in the designated spot in the alley behind the building. The neighborhood felt safe and easy to get to and from everything we needed to do. The entire unit was very updated and kind of felt like an IKEA store. Everything was clean and well put together when we arrived. Kitchen had everything we needed to eat at least one meal per day in the unit. Dishwasher and laundry was easy to use and worked great. Seemed like everywhere we wanted to go was 10 to 15 minutes away so it was just perfectly situated and if we go back to St. Louis, we will be staying here again!

We enjoyed our time there. Had an issue with noise from the upstairs neighbors. Where this is an older structure, there is not a lot of soundproofing.

Very pretty, well equipped, clean and spacious 3 bedroom and 2 bath! Plenty of on-street parking for our two vehicles. (Or adult daughter owns a home on this street, so it was extra convenient! Soft deluxe bedding, nice decor, stocked kitchen with everything you would need, including snack basket, K-cups, plenty of dish soap, papertowels, laundry detergent, etc. (best stocked rental we've ever had!). Easy to work, LARGE Roku TVs. The only complication we had was locating the thermostat -- but mgmt returned my text ASAP and told me where to locate. I would appreciated early check in, but there were other guest checking out on the same day. Rental was VERY clean. Too cold to venture out in the backyard, but looked like a pretty space. This is a great location in STL - near Botanical Gardens, The Grove, Forest Park, etc. We will definitely rent here again!

Great location with walkable streets to the botanical gardens, cute cafes and more. Home had all the amenities we needed including all the streaming channels, kitchen accessories and more. Super clean and nicely decorated, neighbors were super friendly too! Great 5 day stay for my family of 5.

Cozy and still large enough for all of us. The upstairs neighbors were a little loud at night, but we managed. Great location with the park and access to downtown.

This is a beautiful old home location in a nice neighborhood. The owners were great to work with. Plenty of room and lots of accommodations. Will be looking to stay again when we travel to the area.

The place was exactly as described. Only issue we had was the dish washer leaked but wouldn’t consider it a deal breaker. The host was responsive and left clear instructions. Great area and overall had a good stay.

Good neighborhood. Convenient to south St. Louis, CWE, Mid-Town and SLU and Wash. U. Had problems with the TV which managers were unable to correct during our stay.

Had a very nice time at this property. Good location, with very reasonable accessibility for the part of town. Only problem was we wanted to fix a few meals while there, and a full 1/3 of the lights were out in the kitchen, making it dark and unpleasant to cook in. Fix the lights and you have a great rental!

This place is so beautiful! It was exceptionally clean and had all the amenities we needed. The beds were comfortable, showers spacious and kitchen well stocked. Check in and check out super easy. I recently stayed in this property with my 67-year-old mother and my 10-year-old son. Check in was simple and we appreciated that there was parking behind the rental. The rental is much bigger than it appears in pictures! Each bedrooms was a good size with the master being quite spacious. The living area is on the smaller side, but with so much to do in St. Louis, we were usually exhausted by the end of the day and appreciated that each bedroom came with its own comfortable bed and television. Location was 10-12 minutes to everything we wanted and is also in walking distance to shops, restaurants, and plenty of green space. We would definitely stay in this rental again.

The house was exactly as described! It’s a treat the already have a pack and play too for traveling with infants!

The property was larger than we expected and had all of the accessories needed for a long-term stay, if we wanted. Seems to be recently updated as well. Cannot say enough about the Shaw neighborhood. Everything in walking (or scooter) distance. Parks, gardens, farmers market, coffee shops, restaurants, breweries. Some of our favorites - Fiddlehead Fern Coffee, Rooster Brunch, The Social Goods Marketplace, Gallery Pub on Thurman, Bailey's Range Burgers. Easily one of the most beautiful locations in STL. Management was also very responsive. So much so, that I could not keep up with their emails! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

My high school friend was getting married. So a few of us coming from different places got this place to spend time catching up before and after the wedding. The space was 1 floor; however there were stairs to get into the building and the railings were wobbly. The homeowner responded quickly when informed and said they would fix it. One bathroom is located within the room with the King sized bed. It was conveniently located 10 to 15 minutes from downtown. There is a beautiful park nearby. We were able to walk to Starbucks, an ice cream place and a delicious breakfast place called the Rooster. Parking on street was plentiful and it was nice to have 1 spot in the back. The neighborhood had a good feel to it. Overall it was a nice stay that fit our needs.

Exceptionally clean! Beautiful and spacious. Wonderful neighborhood, even met some neighbors! Close to STL and all things to see. We even grilled and enjoyed the back deck and yard. Absolutely 100% recommend this beautiful property ! I would stay here again without hesitation! Host was very quick to respond and it was a joy to book with them! If you looking at this property, don’t hesitate- you will love it !

I grew up in St L and haven’t been to this area for years. It is wonderful—adjacent to Tower Grove Park where there are so many running paths and a wonderful farmer’s market on Saturday; to the Botanical Gardens which are some of the best in the country; running distance (or quick drive for those not inclined) up to Forest Park. Lots of restaurants in the area. The townhouse is beautifully furnished. They have a new W/D, games to play, high chair if you need it. We went to a Cards game and it was only 15min to downtown. Absolutely would stay again. Loved this place!
