Very much enjoyed out 3 day stay in Council Bluffs. The apartment was just as advertised, clean and very nice. Neighborhood was fine, fairly close to downtown restaurants. Overall, it was a great choice for us.

Our family had an awesome time staying in this unit during our trip to visit the Omaha zoo. The communication with the host was awesome and the unit was so cozy! We would definitely stay again!

This unit was so cozy and met every need we had while here. It was fun to cook in the kitchen, the living area was so comfortable and the interior design was so pleasant and uplifting. It was so nice to have a washer/dryer available. Thanks again Eric for all you were able to do for us Our host was so helpful and accomodating.

Communication pre during and post were above and beyond. We asked for an earlier arrival due to flight and he made arraignments with his staff to accommodate. During our visit the city lost power and Eric sent us 15 min update from the power company and offered to replace any spoiled food without us even having to ask. Property was spotless and very welcoming. I would highly recommended booking with Eric!!!

This is an excellent place to stay. We brought our kids (4 and 6) to the local zoo and wanted a small place nearby to spread out and stay in different rooms. This checked all the boxes beautifully! Absolutely would recommend. Pros: -location (great distance from the city). -host (was excellent communicator, very clear). -size & layout (perfect for our family). Cons: -while the location is great, it’s next to a 24-hr food warehouse. So the truck/trailer noise from the west was quite a lot all night. The rooms are on the east side, so it wasn’t a big problem but worth noting. -more noise from the queen bed. I know it’s silly but every movement was quite noisy. -the building is a quadplex and the only bummer was being able to hear the unit above. One night, they were just living their lives until midnight and made for a hard time going to sleep. Minor! But again, worth noting. None of the cons would limit us from going back!

Traveled to the area to watch Creighton volleyball. It was a quick 10 min drive downtown Omaha. The unit had everything we needed. The unit is adorable with great decor. Very well done. Host was great. Super responsive, flexible and helpful

The apartment was beautifully decorate and had everything we needed to feel right at home and the beds were amazingly comfortable! The neighborhood made us a little nervous but once inside we felt totally comfortable and we didn't experience any problems! We would definitely stay here again.

We came to the Omaha area to visit the zoo and a few other sites. We had a wonderful time and hope to come back in the near future. We were pleasantly surprised that this condo was close to everything. It's only a few minutes from the zoo and old market area. The neighborhood has a few commercial properties and also an area of historic homes with brick streets just a few blocks away. The inside is exactly as pictured. It was extremely clean when we arrived and provided everything we needed during our stay. Also, Eric was so helpful and went out of his way to answer our questions. Check-in was easy. Overall a great experience!

I looked at many places in Omaha, but I’m happy we stayed here. It was close to where we wanted to visit in Omaha, and it was so comfortable and nicely decorated. Everything was high quality and even better than the pictures. The host was very nice and wanted us to have a good stay. The price was very reasonable. If you are older, there are no stairs. I highly recommend you stay here if you are coming to the Omaha area.

I thought the apartment was well appointed, relaxing, and I would look to stay there again if coming through the area. It was by rail yard, but I honestly did not notice any excessive noise and thought the place to be better than a hotel.

The apartment was gorgeous. Clean,everything that you need was there. Owners were awesome keeping us updated. If we need to go back we will definitely stay again.

Nice place to stay .

The location was convenient to all we planned to do. The unit is spotless and well maintained with high end fixtures, furniture and decor. The bed was very comfy and we slept very well. And the owner was exceptionally easy to communicate with. Our expectations were exceeded.

Beds were extremely comfortable. Shower was awesome. Easy to communicate with Eric. About an 8 minute drive to the conference center. Close to historic district. A bit noisy-but sound machines were provided and did the job. Loved the decorations and information on the area was provided. Easy parking.

I was pleased that the owner's have improved the quality of the mattresses. The place was well decorated and great care was taken in adding nice finishing touches throughout the place. I was pleasantly surprised that the furnishings are meant for guests to get comfortable and relax. Thank you for a wonderful weekend getaway.

Eric is great to work with! We have stays at his property several times and always enjoy our stay. Property is close to many nice places to visit.

Wonderful decor, cozy, clean, welcoming. Highly recommend. No can opener or regular coffee pot with filters (just a Keurig), but other than that we had everything we needed for our weekend getaway.

We enjoyed having a cozy and beautiful place to come back to at the end of our busy family fun in Omaha each night. The apartment is clean, modern, and perfect for our family. Our son said, "I love the apartment. I never want to go home."

The owner did a very good job of remodeling and making the apartment warm and cozy. Beds were comfortable and apartment had everything we needed. We were in the Omaha area to drop our daughter off at college at Creighton University. The unit is located approximately 10 minutes from downtown Omaha. It is located in a more industrial area but the neighborhood was very quiet and we felt safe. We plan to go to Omaha several times a year and will stay at this unit again as it works great for us.
