I wouldn't normally leave a bad review about a place because I am in the same industry but I will give this place an exception
First things first, I booked my partner in for Saturday night 15th of April as they are going to attend
the Aurora Music Festival. I decided to book them in again for Friday night so they do not have to worry about checking in at 1 am the Saturday morning.
My partner rang them on Thursday night to confirm the booking and they informed us that there was a conflict with booking. com but told us nothing about looking for a new hotel, when my partner arrived at the hotel Friday afternoon they were told that they will be a priority to be relocated to another hotel for Saturday night as there have been overbooking, I had to ask my partner to ring them before 12 am to confirm because I do not want to be looking for a hotel at 7 am (the time they said they will confirm if my partner will have a place to stay for the night or none) I was informed that the front desk staff that they were talking to had an attitude and was not helpful at all. When I thought that they were looking for a place for them I just got a message from booking com that my booking is now canceled.
TLDR: I would not book here again because the front desk staff (Ms. Marian Miranda) is just -100.

The manager who takes care of the breakfast is amazing. He makes sure everything is perfect with your order, The buffet doesn't have much variety but enough for a decent filin. Staff is superb and kind
Not much to complain about really. Great staff and they all greet you by name so you know they are paying attention to the details of your stay. They will also allow you to store your luggage if you need to travel in between stays

A newer hotel with a very nice roof bar and pool area with a panoramic view of the area. The staff were accomodating and helpful. The room was tasteful and a good size with a view to the distance. The parking was convenient.
There was a rumbling noise above our room late at night as we were trying to sleep. We were unsure of the origin and forgot to mention it when we where checking out. As a seasoned traveler, this hotel requires a deposit when checking in and one has to wait for a room check before finalizing the check out. This is a thing at many establishments in the Philippines, except for higher end hotels. This always tempers my impression of the place.

the property is well situated to walking street and very easy to get “trike rides” the hotel staff is very friendly and they’ll even help you to get the rides.

The bed, linen and towels were all new
The bathroom was not clean at check-in and not properly cleaned during my stay.
There were dead fish in the fishtank
The pool spa was not heated
The PowerPoints in my room did not work and I had a complain 3 times before it was investigated and they provided an extension cord so I could use power from the 1 working socket for the kettle
I was asked to pay a deposit but not given a receipt.
Housekeeping ignore the "make up room" light.
