Property was adorable, and the neighborhood itself is very nice with multiple parks and nice sidewalks for evening walks. Interior of house is a nautical type theme and while some items (like peeling quater-round) are in need of repair, the house itself is darling and functional.
"Lake" in the backyard is a fun touch and nice to sit and watch day or night.
House has a nice big kitchen and two living rooms.
Beds were comfy
Keurig and k cups provided
The best Catholic Church I've ever been to is about 3 minutes away (St Thomas More)
Other things that I wish I knew:
All bedrooms are upstairs
The toilet paper is single ply
The peddle boat was unusable, filled with dirty water.
Garage is not available for use
I would definitely stay again!

The home was very clean and it truly exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The apartment itself was immaculate, and the interior design had a touch of luxury. One of my favorite aspects of the property was the backyard. It was like having a retreat in the middle of the city. We spent hours outside, enjoying the fresh air and sunshine while fishing in the nearby pond and playing a round of golf. It was a truly unforgettable experience, especially teaching my girlfriend's son how to fish for the first time. The entire stay really felt like a mini vacation.

Very beautiful outside. Quiet neighborhood. Very peaceful. Enjoyed the paddle boat. Lots of sleeping space. Perfect for me and my friends to just get away and relax for the night. Love the flowers and trees just adds to the beauty.

We spent the weekend visiting our Arizona family and they were please to visit us at the rental! We spent Saturday outside on the patio putting on the green and pedaling the pedal boat across the lake. The lake is not clear for swimming but it is really nice to enjoy esthetically. The kids loved the yard and there was plenty of seating to accommodate our group. Plenty of great restaurants and shops close to location.

This property is better than the pictures show. Very clean, lots of space, comfortable beds, little putting green, paddle boat, fishing rods…..everything you would need. Close to the grocery store, good restaurants, airport and nascar track.

My wife and I were taking our son to college & chose this as our "home base" while in the Glendale area. It was fantastic! Very clean & quiet. The property manager was very welcoming & communicative! We enjoyed our time!

BRING YOUR TEAM
If you’re looking for a team / staff retreat this place was by far the best set up. We comfortably fit 7 in the house. PLUS the putting green & dock & paddle boat make for some super fun moments. We even brought a cornhole set and had plenty of room to elplay and enjoy the sunset. It was wonderful. Truly. Even better was Tanya’s communication and hospitality. Truly, top marks.
