Clean property with nice comfortables rooms

Not great for walking to attractions and parking is difficult

Very close to Enterprise Center, the Gateway Arch National Park and other downtown attractions. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Clean and good for a short visit to St Louis. Comfortable beds.

The room is a bit basic and felt a little empty although it has everything you need for a short stay. I thought it was a little expensive for what you get.

Nice and bright. Bedrooms were clean and beds were nice! Blackout window curtains were amazing!

Abbiamo avuto una brutta esperienza con un altro albergo di Saint Louis e ci ha aiutato a sistemare la situazione! L'albergo è situato in zona super centrale, camera ampia e confortevole, grande bagno tutto perfettamente pulito! Buona la colazione dalle ore 6 alle ore 10. Un ottima sistemazione nel cuore di Saint Louis ad un passo da tutte le attrazioni! Ancora un grande ringraziamento a DelShannon per averci fatto sentire a casa e aver reso il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel ancora più piacevole!Tutti gli hotel dovrebbero avere personale così gentile, preparato e sempre sorridente come lui! You could have let bookings.com know you didn't have any rooms!

I liked the room, location, proximity to the city

I was unaware there was no on-site parking. All parking needed to be paid for. Also, after booking with booking, I knew the amount, but when I checked in an extra fee was added, it has now come off and the money is back to my account, but the clerk didn’t mention it when running my card.

Breakfast not good. Please see below. The staff was nice.

The room was clean but there were thimgs that disnt work like plig ins for the phone, icebox, the shower door didnt close all the way and NO HOT WATER. The site didn't show that there was no parking and that it would cost $45 night. Needed to wait 30 mins to get my car. They NEVER went to go and get it until i showed them that my keys were still on the desk. No food for breakfast unless you wanted to wait for service to bring out more needed to wait 20 minutes and them there was so many guest thst it was first come first serve. No clean diskes. No juice. Blinds broken....and the list goes on and on.

The facilities were nice and location was great. Modern looking breakfast area with open floor plan. Building was right in the center of down town, just a few blocks from the Enterprise center, so perfect for those attending an event there.

Had arrived and staff had said they will let me know when a room was available. A big rush of people came in and had to go back up to the counter for them to get us checked in again without their notice of a room's availability. One thing to be aware of is THE PICTURE DOES NOT MATCH THE BUILDING'S EXTERIOR. This is practically a skyscraper downtown, not the run of the mill Tru as described in Booking's listing.

Poor breakfast and the system. time for breakfast is 6am to 10am. we went at 8:30 first day and 7:45 on 2nd day, but most items were gone and no refill. My family almost had nothing for breakfast.

Room size too small. Though we had reservation, it took more than 30 min to check in because at front desk they said they cannot find my reservation and then all of a sudden they said okay, found it. The soap , conditiner, body wash bottles were empty. We used what we brought from hone.

Construction made difficult travel and check in.

Conveniently placed to everywhere we were going. Keisha I think was her name and Dave were excellent. Vallet was super helpful. And breakfast was okay

When asked for rooms to be freshened up. Only clean towels were brought, no bed linens, trash not taken out, and bathroom supplies not refilled. Also there is no free parking like the website says.

The location was the main thing for us. We needed to be walking distance from fun and it was perfect!

All the staff seemed very friendly and the lady on the front desk was extremely helpful. Breakfast was a little bit of a let down; No fresh fruit over the three days I was there; I did ask, but he seemed very vague as to why I was asking.

location was great, it was very clean for being such an old building. Quiet in the rooms and the soaps were nice and conveniently already in the shower. Staff was very kind and were accommodating about power going off in the room.

Parking was an additional $45 per night and you could not park it yourself in their garage. Other parking options included a less than secure church parking lot nearby that clears out at night. When my husband plugged up his phone for the night to charge, half of the power went out in the room, including in the bathroom, and did not come back on. the hotel did offer for someone to come out but it would’ve been an hour, and since it was night and we were already going to bed, we let it slide.

breakfast was awful when we were even able to grab any. there was no food out for anybody to eat. I was only able to grab one egg. Wasnt even water available. I was also told there was free parking when I purchased the room and then I even made a phone call to clarify there was free parking in which I was again told there was free parking. We showed up to the hotel and was told there wasn’t free parking. Proceeded to pay $40 in parking tickets for 1 minute over the parking meter time. aswell as a $45 valet the next night. I am not happy with the tru by Hilton and it’s false advertising.
