Asiallinen hotelli mukavalla sijainnilla. Alue oli mieleinen monestakin syystä: Kivoja katuja, myymälöitä ja nähtävää helposti kävellen lähellä. Myös 2 isompaa markettia/ruokakauppaa lähellä. Metropysäkki lähellä ja oikeastaan kaikki lähellä mutta silti sopivasti sivussa keskustan tungoksesta. Aamupala myös ihan OK jos sellaisen haluaa. Jouduin itse turvautumaan lähinnä paahtoleipiin ja hedelmiin vaikka monenlaista oli tarjolla.

Great location, comfortable beds and pillows, good shower pressure and plenty of hot water. Concierge, front reception and roof bar attendant very friendly. Buffet breakfast was a great variety and good food. Rooftop pool is lovely with great views. Water a good temperature after a humid day travelling about.

Housekeeping got forgotten on the first day, but was rectified within half hour of us arriving back in our room although the lady that attended did not seem very happy that I had called reception to let them know. Bath towels were not that soft or large and only 1 provided per person. I did ask first two more but they got taken out of the room again so I ended up going to the top floor and getting pool towels instead and taking them to the room each day. It seemed easier to do this than ask everyday and wait. Given only 1 coffee sachet in room.

Pas de rangement pour habits dans la chambre. Dans la salle de bain jolie espace coiffeuse/maquillage avec miroir mais manque un tabouret pour s’y installer. Le petit déjeuner sucré est décevant pas de chocolat chaud et très peu de choix sur les aliments sucrés.

Ausblick aus dem Hotelzimmer und von der Bar wirklich außergewöhnlich. Sehr nahe bei KL Tower und Petronastowers. Geräumig, große Zimmer. Cooler Außenpool.

Teppichböden passen nicht so gut zum Rest, der sehr modern ist. Überfüllte Frühstücksecke. Buffet sehr auf Maße ausgelegt.

Quality of breakfasts was poor. Client service wasn't on the sufficient level.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Die Zimmer sind modern und schön. Der Ausblick aus unserem Zimmer im 15. Stockwerk war toll und es war außerdem leise.

Friendly and very helpful staff, great location with good access to KL centre.

A little disappointing after our previous trip there earlier in January. Breakfast buffet had been better with more options and delicious cooking which we found lacked this time. And the use of stained bedsheets and linen in the rooms. I was shocked when I asked for the sheets to be changed as there were stains on it, for it to be replaced by further sheets which had stains. Towels were the same.

The parking at the hotel has to be done by a valet. The car has to go into a car lift to get to the parking floors.

La suite aveva una vista magnifica e oltretutto disponeva di due servizi, comodissimo! La piscina con vista skyline incredibile . Colazione molto abbondante con piatti della tradizione asiatica ma anche alcuni tipi di dolci più europei, ottima!

Het ontbijt was lekker, de kamer ruim met elke dag nieuwe flesjes water. Faciliteiten in de kamer helemaal op orde.

Wassen was erg duur (je betaalt per item, eurootje per sok). Verder is het wel even een stukje lopen naar het centrum.

This hotel was book for my parents to celebrate my dad’s 70th birthday. Unfortunately my mum fell sick in December and was in a coma for 5 weeks and sadly passed away. I have been calling the hotel to explain the situation and try to get a refund, the staff I spoke to were very rude and even put the phone down on me. They do not reply to emails and booking.com haven’t been over helpful with this matter either. Disgusting customer service !

Der Pool auf dem Dach, sowie insgesamt der Ausblick vom Hotel (wir hatten ein Zimmer im 18. Stock).

Die Zimmer sind relativ klein, mit zwei großen Koffern hat man etwas Probleme. Das Zimmer war leider nicht ganz sauber, wir wurden von Ameisen begrüßt. Außerdem lag unser Zimmer direkt unter dem Pool, wodurch man teilweise Geräusche durch den Betrieb des Pools hört. Nachts war es jedoch leise. Der Früchstücksraum ist etwas klein für die große Anzahl an Gästen.

Actually the room was much better than I imagined. I have to say the photos on the web didn't look attractive so I didn't expect much, but when I checked in I was quite surprised. Buffet breakfast variety is quite limited, especially fruit. When I was here, the only fruit they had was pineapple for 2 days in a row. The security staff outside the lobby was not really helpful. I'm a solo female traveler. When I was carrying a big luggage (20kg) with both hands full of bags, he just watched me walk to the car without helping.
