The owners are sooo nice and helpful. If you need anything they are there when you reach out to them.

The neighbourhood seems 'stinking' (sewage), but it's not really up to the owners to influence. Maybe it was just caused by a few rainy days or something like that.

The attention of the host was impeccable. The collection of the keys was super easy and straightforward. We could park our car in front of the door. Excellent service, we really enjoyed our stay.

Comfort

It was very convenient to have conditioner and TV-set with Netflix channels in the room. The room is rather big and tidy. The hostess is very polite and friendly. The station of ADO bus is rather nearby.

The room is rather far from the hotels' zona, but we got there by bus. The furniture in the room is not very new and modern but it has all necessary things.

Great location, plenty of space, clean and has all needed to cook. Also you can see a lot of coatis from the balcony.

All good, but I will recommend a different sofa bed.

The best was localization- it's not touristic part of Cancun, it was very important for me. There's a lot of good places to eat nearby. The best was Los Carbones for supper! It's close to the OXXO. Flat was clean but humble. I like the host- curious and protective. We had a small fridge- very cool.

There was a power failure when we arrived but I understand that this was just accident. For those who are afraid of animals: there were a lot of Coatis, but they are harmless.

I highly recommend BedAway for your stay in Cancun. Such a great place to stay that I returned during my time in Cancun. Host is wonderful, she went out of her way for me. Thank you Paulina ;) For this second stay I was in a different room, equally as nice. Balcony has all day sun. Air con 10/10. Wifi 10/10. Facilities 10/10. Shower pressure 10/10. Location is off a main road, within uber/taxi ride to supermarkets and malls. Thank you for helping me to have a wonderful stay in Cancun.

Everything. The property itself exceeded my expectations as a solo traveler. Clean facilities, everything is functional and the attention to detail is shown. I was able to meet the owner, Paulina, and she went above and beyond for my staying to be a pleasant one. Since is more of an Air bnb feel, I bought my food from a local Walmart a mile away. It’s near the center of town, therefore to get to the beach I recommend either taxi cab or Uber.

The only thing has nothing to do with the property, but the location is far away from the taxi section. With that said I was able to get around through Uber and in spite of what the news reported about their issues with the taxi cabs, I didn’t have any issues at all. They try their best not to drop you nearby the taxi cabs to avoid any issues.

We loved this place! Paulina was very helpful! We rented a car and with car this apartment is perfect. It was 10 minutes to go to the center of Cancun and hotels area. Close is a green park with many koati!!! I really loved them. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the area was calm.

The neighbor's dog barked all night.

I highly recommend this accommodation, esp if you are a single traveller. Regular and easy communication with the host. She made sure I was safe and comfortable before I even arrived. Entry is via information provided on whatsapp. There are stairs and no elevator, if you are in one of the higher level rooms. The entry into building way has very high steps so hard to carry heavy bags over. A handrail would be useful and make it safer. Not recommended for people with mobility issues. Great wifi. Bed was very comfortable. Location is on a quiet street off a main road. Had some issues with Ubers. Make sure you set a pinn up before you take ubers. One driver did not pick me up and I was charged for it as I had not set my PINN at that point (we dont need them in NZ). Many taxi drivers did not know where the road was, so refused to take me there. Balcony is lovely in the morning sun. Water pressure is good. Kitchen is very useful to make breakfast, coffee, light meals. There is an Oxxo down the end of the short street, to purchase water etc. If you require more towels, tea towels, clothes hangers, etc, just ask. Host even offered to drop me off at the AOC Bus station. Very lovely! I will return ;)

A safe, a clothing rack to dry clothes on and a hairdryer would be useful.

Everything was great! Paulina is very welcoming and attentive, made sure we had a pleasant stay.The apartment itself is spacious and clean, comfortable bed and hot shower. Located in a quiet neighborhood to the north of downtown Cancun, close to the ferries at Puerto Juárez if you are heading to Isla Mujeres. Will definitely book again on my future trips to Cancun.

The apartment was clean and organized. The location was out of the way of the tourist trap areas. Very close to El Meco ruins and ferry to Isla Mujeres.

The bed was a little too firm for me. Someone's dog barked for over three hours one night.

The landlord was very helpful and kind, everything is fine here. I would like to stay here again if I will come to Cancun again.

I liked the size of the apartment, cleanliness and order, the fan, the absence of parasites (for example, bedbugs and ants)

The room was large enough, the bed comfortable, the shower large and the room was clean. There was ample cutlery and dishware. There was a small skillet and a (far too) huge stock pot.

The location was inconvenient unless you had a car. The hall isn't air conditioned so climbing two flights of stairs became annoying. Had problems with the internet, the stove and the tv and was made to feel I was too stupid to follow instructions although none of the problems were caused by my incompetence. Even the cleaning lady couldn't get the tv to change languages even though she had done so on another tv. Every room should be provided a manual for the electronics since we're supposed to deal with issues on our own. No washcloths provided. I got coffee on one of the bath towels and was told I'd only be charged $2.50 to wash it. We went and bought our own towels and washcloth.. A handrail needs to be installed on both the up and down sides of the steps going up and over the small wall of the entrance to the air bnb. Precarious. The management became more helpful after finding out I was there for surgery. There was no microwave available but I was brought one so I could heat up warm packs for medical use. If you're a business person and will be gone from your room most of the time and have access to a car you'd probably do fine here. I hope other people have a better experience than we. Perhaps things will improve once this air bnb makes it through its teething pains.
