The room was great, bed was comfy, breakfast was good!

The bathroom had hair all over the wall, the toilet was disgusting, the water pressure sucked and the sink doesn’t drain. We were up all night both nights because people above us were stomping, yelling, sounded like jumping on the floor. You can hear everything in this hotel, walls are paper thin. Every time a toilet flushed, it was so loud!

Very clean and the staff were excellent.

The room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable.

The ice machine on the first floor didn’t work well

I hate the branding of Tru. It seems cheap, haphazard and confusing. The super heavy room doors (must exist for a reason), slam shut with a loud band and vibration if not manually closed slowly/softly. I think I was the only guest that manually closed the door - everyone else let them slam shut, day and night , which max it nearly impossible to relax/sleep. This is the 2nd Tru brand hotel I’ve stayed in and will be the last one!

Low water pressure in shower.

Clean, newly built hotel. Rooms are comfy and spacious. Close to the university where we needed to get to. I liked the colorful decor too!

OH...you wanted to shower? You'd be better off standing under a watering can used on house plants, it probably has WAY more pressure than Tru by Hilton. The water pressure was nonexistent!!! Took forever just to rinse the shampoo out of my hair!

The complementary coffee was available 24/7. Stayed here for a week while my dad had open heart surgery. It was so easy to walk from the hospital to the Hotel. We felt very safe and the people that works at the Hotel the whole staff made sure we had what we needed. They went above and beyond.
