Breakfast was good, but only two options available due to the kitchen facilities. Program of Events were good, but majority held at the other resort.

The transportation, and lack thereof results in a constant battle with the Staff to book a private car at an extortionate rate. Team were unwilling to help with AlUla metered taxi booking multiple times, and left us often feeling stranded and frustrated in such a remote location. Hotel Manager had no idea about an international cycle race taking place and road closure throughout the entire weekend, despite various cycle teams staying on the property. A Hotel should not be charging full price, when such an Event is occurring and impacting the Guests.

Perfect place! The caravans were a great choice. Very comfortable, beautiful private deck. The whole resort are is incredible with a lot of nice areas to chill, drink tea&coffee. The Habitas pool is of course spectacular, great to go for a morning coffee. We loved the open air cinema as well. Breakfast was great. Cant wait to come again, worth the penny.

The location and the structure ! Amazing site and place. Hospitality and kindness of the staff. Very professional, we felt like at home.

location is beyond spectacular, so serene and the location of vans is very considered and appropriate to ensure visitor privacy - the food provided onsite far exceeded expectations - very tasty and nice variety of options. staff at restaurant were very professional and efficient. access to the pool and art installations and the amazing trampolines at the resort is appreciated and a wonderful bonus for those staying at the caravans - the resort wellness facilities are beautiful. the ginger tea at the caravans and wellness centre is very nice.

the logistics team needs attention - email and whatsapp communication is time consuming and still they get the transport incorrect. logistics is the major problem at habitas - service level is not in line with the brand - hire your own car is the best option - transport arranged by habitas is very expensive and not reliable. that and the inefficient reception staff at the vans let the habitas brand down - i will note that once upper management was aware of the issues they acted in a very prompt and effective manner - i appreciate rubial and andika for their care and concern expressed - they have a good customer service approach. all the buggy staff are happy and kind - special mention to turki for his good vibes. some confusionbetween the wellness daily options and the reality - if a sound bath is advertised as being outside under the stars - it should not be conducted indoors due to weather without notice. management is aware of these shortfalls and i feel confident will rectify.

للأسف شاهدت جلسة تسمى بجلسة تأمل كان فيها ممارسات بعيدة جدا عن ثقافتنا الإسلامية والعربية ، تقريبا جميع الفعاليات التي تقام داخل المكان لم تناسبنا وبعيدة عن ثقافتنا! كرسي الحمام في الليل يخرج منه حشرات صغيرة عند فتحه ، ممنوع اشعال النار امام الكرفان، ممنوع استخدام الفرن والموقد داخل الكرفان! الحمام داخل الكرفان صغير جدا جدا اعتقد اللي وزنه اكثر من 80 لا يستطيع استخدام الحمام ، رائحة الشيشة كانت مزعجة جدا في خيمة الاكل ، اتمنى تخصيص مكان خاص للمدخنين. للأسف هذه الملاحظات افسدت التجربة اتمنى إعادة النظر في هذه الملاحظات واخذها على محمل الجد. كل التوفيق.

Once the Caravan restaurant didn’t respect the order and sent another thing because they didn’t have the ingredients, without informing the client.

صادف الجو جميل جداً ومطر خفيف الكرفان نظيف وشِرح الموظفين ودودين جداً وخلوقين،، الاكل غريب ولذيذ وصراحةً كانت تجربه تستحق اتوفقت فيهم ولله الحمدلله واستمتعت القيمه مقابل الخدمة اللي شوفتها اشوفها ممتازه جداً

بعض الشبابيك في الكرفان يبغالهم صيانه الجلسه الخارجيه مع المطر طلعت فيهم ريحة غير مُستحبه

This resort is outstanding. Everything about it is amazing, from the staff, to the beautiful location and the facilities of the main Habitas resort. It is really beautiful

The AC noise

The breakfast was ok. Nice ambience, friendly staff. Good location, interesting concept. It was nice you could use facilities of the second hotel with the pool. Great that they have shuttles and it is convenient in terms of logistics.

Some things during the breakfast were not prepared well - e.g. fruit bowl smelled rotten and tasted like fungus, haloumi was overfried, sunny side up eggs were overfried. In general OK, but not the standard of a 5-star experience. Serving time was over 40 minutes. Too long to wait. The room was missing kettle, cups and other cutlery. The temperature at night was hard to regulate - it was too cold at night if not switching on AC and too noisy to sleep when AC was on. They could have offered heaters instead. I didnt’t feel any personal touch when I asked the staff to help me plan my trip and recommend what to see. I got more help and engagement from a regular AirBnB host in the previous location where I stayed prior to Habitas. I am not trying to say the stay was not good. It was good, but for the price I paid the service can be slightly better.

Clean and it is a different experience staying in a Caravan. My second time and im still enjoying it. The Welcome ceremony is new. I stayed last May and this time i noticed they added more caravns too. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. At the breakfast tent , the Indian lady, i forgot her name is amazing as well as Maricel. They need to add more staff during breakfast because they are getting busier. On our second day, there was one guy, who doesn’t know between, the acai bowl and a smoothie bowl and he even argue with us, that i dont like! I asked the indian lady which is which and we were right . So, I literally told the Indian lady to teach him . For me he was rude! But over all stay was perfect. My husband and my sister in law enjoyed the trip.

I guess they need a bigger parking space and must well lit too.

it was an exceptional experience, the caravan was cozy and well equipped, activities and facilities were great, the staff were friendly and professional especially Reem, Maha, Ahmed, Thamer and Mahfouz.

Very nice location to get away from it all. Loved the tented common areas especially for breakfast. Food was well presented and plentiful. Staying in the caravan in the desert is a unique and memorable experience. In a private valley but with easy access to the tourist attractions. On the high end of the price range but worth the treat!

عدم توفر مواصلات سهلة للانتقال إلى المدينة أو إلى المواقع السياحية . عدم توفر ممشى مرصرف لمحبي المشي . وجبة الافطار تحتاج إلى خيارات أكبر وموقع أجمل . ألأسعار مبالغ فيها .
