Hotel Staff behaviour was very good.Everything they will provide whenever you want.room was very clean.Hotel food quality was tasty.

Very good location, amazing staff who are extremely helpful. Lovely rooms with good facilities, air conditioning, complementary toiletries. Food was very good, chief would take requests and make me what I wanted! Staff always available at the end of the phone and willing to help.

My breakfast was included, but surprisingly, they asked me for money for the tea they provided with breakfast. When I started asking questions as breakfast, I included why should I paid for tea ? I told them I will write that in the review than they said no no thats OK. Please do not write in the review. Also there was no tea orcoffee in the room although it was in booking. Com add. I did not have hot water in the bathroom, and they said I have to put hot the water switch on for half an hour to 45 mins, and then I will get hot water. So I had to use cold water in the bathroom. Service person Mr Salman was good at his Job.

Crown Palace Residency is good location and very convenient to Airport transfer. Staffs are friendly and helpful while our stay. Owner is good and kind hearted person to support in case of any requirements you needed in Dhaka.

I feel, if they add and give more option for break fast is quite good. Also need one hot or soft drink in the break fast menu. I feel difficulty using phone, because its kept very close to bed corner in my room...so in normal timing its inconvenient to attend the calls. Better they should arrange it in study table or near TV is fine.

If there could be more hot water for the shower, it would be great. (For me, the shower water was still cold... Maybe it depends on the person though...)
