This property was 110% amazing for a larger group that likes a great central place to gather around. The great room was amazing and there was plenty of cozy seating for chatting, wine sipping and noshing. The pool area was extremely nice including the heated pool and lots of perks. Bikes, towels, plenty of everyday items you wouldn’t necessarily pack in your luggage. Close to the beach and we could walk to the village for great food and shopping. There is definitely a return trip on the horizon …😎 Plus Gina, the owner, made great recommendations for dinner and entertainment. We took a fantastic boat cruise too!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate my husband's 70th and our son's 40th birthdays. The house was immaculate, the pool lovely, and the short walk to the most beautiful beach was so close! Short walk to the Village, I could go on and on. We had a perfect vacation with our family. Thank you to Gina and Paige for the excellent communication and for providing everything we needed! We hope to be back some day!

The house was as advertised and worked perfect for our family vacation. Host and property manager were pleasant and easy to reach. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything about this property was perfect! You could eat off the floor it was so clean. The beds are super comfortable, the location is great, the amenities are many, the kitchen contains everything you could want, and I could go on and on! We would definitely book this lovely home again!

We had a great stay! Everything we needed was at the house. I would stay here again in a minute. There is always something which could be better, but our only real issue was on our last day the pool guy came and made the pool unusable for the whole day. I get it, but it was the only day they came out all week and it was frustrating not having a pool to use on our last day in the house; otherwise, it was a great week!

Would absolutely stay here again - beautiful, clean, close to everything, so worth it! Thank you again!

Great house for a multi-family trip. We had 4 adults and 4 early-mid teens. With that many, I would recommend also reserving the cottage. With the cottage, it was plenty of room. The house was as-advertised. Kitchen had everything we needed. There were plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, two beach wagons, and even a large beach tent. The pool area is very nice and clean. Lots of chairs and umbrellas. The pool is heated and plenty big. There is a clean, ready-to-use grill in the pool area. The location is perfect - 5 minute walk to the beach, 10 minute walk to the village. The property managers stopped by the first day to greet us and the maintenance manager was around all week taking care of stuff around the property. I highly recommend this house for a Siesta vacation. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This beautifully updated home is PERFECTLY located within short walking distances from the beach or the Village with shops and restaurants galore. The house is perfect for family and friends with plenty of space to enjoy. The pool is ideal and has all the toys, bicycles (7) and beach chairs you need. Our host was prompt and helpful with communications from the very first day we booked the property. I hope we have the opportunity to stay in this lovely family-oriented home many times in the future. You simply can’t go wrong with this host or rental. Enjoy😎😎

Perfect location to walk to the beach and village. Beautiful tropical oasis backyard and pool. The space was just right for our group, including the lovely cottage. What a special place- it feels very big, we could all comfortably gather in the great room and eat in the dining room. Beautifully updated and renovated space. The managers were so easy to communicate with and right near by if we needed anything. We got locked out at one point and they were right there with a key. Loved our stay!

Wonderful pool in a neighborhood which is very close to beach and restaurants. The house is nicely restored with that old Florida feel. the property manager is definitely great to talk to although we had no problems. Just to learn about the area. Looking forward to our next visit.

As soon as you step through the front door you feel at home. We thought the location was perfect, it's a quick walk to the beach, the market, restaurants and ice cream! Beach in the morning, lunch and fun by the pool in the afternoon!!! We also, rented The Cottage on the property which was great for your extra guests!! We loved this property...it made for a perfect family getaway!!!

This home was by far the loveliest property we have stayed at! The great room is much larger then the pictures show and could easily do large groups. The warm pool and landscaped yard was like our own resort. Easy walk to the beach. Decor lovely
