2 things. 1) building was a little old and they are under construction so we were woken up by noise and 2)They had two doors to get through to the pool and beach, the one that remained unlocked was for single person and the other door was wider for strollers. I didn’t like that we had to ask security to open the wider door for the pool and beach to let the babies stroller through. on 1 occasion they denied us and we had to walk all the way around the building through the sand to get back inside

broken washer and dryer. no light blocking curtains, it was very bright all night. LOUD air conditioner in the bathroom connected for central AC. sounded like a jet taking off and knocking sounds all night. a few very smelly blankets. (they smelled like sweat) only one key fab made it tricky for a group. Erotic pics of women’s butts and breasts everywhere. on paintings and pillows, just be aware if children are staying here.

Spacious apartment, comfy beds, great view. lots of amenities, central location, above all outstanding and very friendly owners.

Everything was perfect, could use a second key need to enter beach and back to apartment. minor inconvenience

property was amazing! location was perfect! building had a beautiful pool and access to the beach. we had everything we needed - a kitchen, 2 BR and a pullout sofa in LR. there is also an amazing porch with recliners, table and chairs so we could just hang out there. host provided enough towels and blankets and told us to contact them if we needed more. apt came with an indoor parking spot which was so helpful. loved that there was security for the building. the property manager was AMAZING! she responded immediately to anything we asked for! we asked them to take down the risqué pictures and they did so before we arrived. Street location was great - near restaurants, Walgreens, cvs, and chabad.:)

unfortunately the washer/dryer was out of order - they said they were getting a new one soon. but there were commercial washer/dryers on the 1st floor that we were able to use -$2.50 a load - and we were able to get quarters from the security desk. and the property manager offered to bring us more towels anytime we needed. bathroom was a little dated but clean.

Super comfortable apartment with a lot of beds. Great for big families or groups. Location is the best you can walk to the beach, restaurants, nightlife, pharmacies, etc.

it was like a prison. you had to have a button to get anywhere in the facility. sometimes could be a little too much. then we only had one working batch thing so everyone kinda had to go together to do whatever we wanted to do.

The apartment needs a more modern decoration. I feel the paintings of women in bathing suits all over the place it’s a bit overwhelming, mainly when you are bringing children. The building needs a bit of maintenance to make you feel that price is worth it. Also there was very limited parking space. I had two cars and one had to stay in the premises whenever found a parking. Otherwise we had to park in a paid parking lot.

Everything was clean and there were plenty of amenities within the apartment. The view from the terrace was beautiful and we loved the beachfront access.

The only complaints are that the instructions to get into the apartment weren’t clear, even the security guard had sent us to the wrong apartment when we arrived. It would also have been helpful to have supplies that would assist during a blackout since we experienced one on our last night in town.

Everything was perfect the apartment is exactly as in the photos. The balcony view is amazing and the breeze is so relaxing and perfectly to watch the kids in the pool and court from the balcony
