We came to KY for our family vacation in our continuing effort to visit all 50 states. My wife and I along with 9 of our children ranging from 26-8 years of age arrived to a beautiful home, which was comfortable and spotless. The kids immediately spotted the pool and couldn't wait to jump in. We dealt out the rooms and everyone was more than comfortable for the week with plenty of space and privacy. Once we settled in Sam arranged to greet us. He filled us in on all the amenities along with suggestions for local attractions. We enjoyed everything; the pool, hot tub, fire pits, playground, trampoline, game room, Blackstone griddle, and more. The neighborhood was peaceful and enjoyable as well. We enjoyed many walks around the lake with picturesque views of the sunrise, sunset, and wildlife. Everything was perfect! Our host, Sam, thought of everything. The only thing you need to bring is food. He had an abundance of everything you can think of, pool towels, bath towels, pool toys, bikes, kitchen supplies, even an air fryer, and blender. Literally everything, If you forgot something, it's probably there. He even left a basket of various snacks and brought us fresh tomatoes. We stay at VRBOS every year and this is the first time we didn't have to go out to grab something. We truly enjoyed staying at this home while exploring KY. It was a pleasure meeting Sam and we greatly appreciated his hospitality.

Great place. Pool and new hot tub area were a hit with the kids of our group. Great location near lots to do, but in a quiet neighborhood. Sam is a wonderful host as well.

This is our second stay and will definitely be our go-to rental when we travel to visit our extended family! The house is fully stocked and well appointed with plenty of space to spread out or gather The pool and hot tub were great Nice big table inside for eating together or playing games All in all I can't think of anything more we could ask for!

Wonderful property that worked very well for our family reunion. Pool was a hit with the whole family. The grand kids all loved the treehouse and trampoline. There is a very nice hot tub that really soothed the older folks muscles too! The house was very comfortable and well stocked with essentials. The kitchen is quite large and boasts a dining table that fit our group of 14 very nicely. The owner lives very close and is ready to help in any way. He will even help you build a fire in either of the 2 fire pits if you need him to!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at this property. Sam offered all the amenities you could think of and then some. The pool was great with lots of floaties to use, beach towels, even extra sunscreen. We cannot wait to come back! I highly recommend this house.

We booked this property to celebrate our 50th anniversary with our family. There was so much to do here. The weather was perfect so we were outside a lot. Most of our time was spent in the beautiful pool and hot tub. There was also a tree house and trampoline that the kids enjoyed. Our host had prepared the fire pit for us so we enjoyed and evening around the fire. It was a perfect 4 days! The host lived close and was very helpful. There was seating for everyone inside and outside. Our daughter loved the plethora of towels available. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils and cookware. Our son-in-law was delighted to be the first to use the EV charging station and it worked very well. I think our 5 year old granddaughter summed it up when she asked her mother, "When we move can we live in this house?!"

Our family stayed here over Memorial day weekend for a family wedding and we just had the best time. the house was beautiful and has everything we needed. The kids had the best time in the pool and jumping on the trampoline. Very clean and spacious and the owner Sam couldn't have been nicer. Came over to check on us and talked for a little was very helpful. a great place to stay .

There is something for everyone here! It was the perfect home for our family get together!

We had a lovely time at the home. It is big and beautiful. Sam is an excellent host. He was helpful and kind. The house provided us plenty of space, a pool, all the amentoties for a very comfortable stay.

This property was amazing! From the time we pulled in until we left it exceeded our expectations. The host was extremely communicative. Normally we are on the go the entire time we travel, but the house had so many amenities that we stayed in more than usual. It was clean and INCREDIBLY well stocked. The kids LOVED the pool & hot tub. The littles like the tree house and Playset. We all enjoyed the fire pit and corn hole. We played games and the kids enjoyed the rec room. We would definitely go back!

The pictures don’t do this incredible house justice! It is extremely roomy and has every amenity you could possibly need! The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful. The host went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. He stayed in communication with us before, during and after our stay. I would definitely stay again!

This house fit all our needs. It was spacious and well-equipped, down to the spices in the cupboard. We enjoyed the quiet country setting and enjoyed exploring the area. Our only regret was that it was winter and we couldn't take advantage of pool and huge yard! P.S. The bath towels were fabulous, better than the nicer hotels where we stay.

This property was very well appointed and comfortably fit our 14 member family.

It was spacious, comfortable, everything was well labeled so you could find what you needed.

The home and grounds were clean, neat and very nicely decorated. The kitchen had every appliance and dish/utensil that you could ever need. There was a vast library of DVD's available as well as a couple shelves of adult books were in the master bedroom walk in closets to enjoy. There were plenty of extra towels, pillows and blankets which was really a bonus. There was a nice sitting room/play room on the second floor with a pool table and a foosball table. The outside also had alot to enjoy. The owner had a bonfire set up for us and offered to make more for us. There was a pool (which was closed for the season). There is a nice large covered patio with plenty of seating and a grill. There is a trampoline and a tree house with 2 swings. Plus there were outdoor games and bikes available for us to use. This home also offers close proximity to several cities, including Lexington, for lots to do and good places to eat. Sam, the owner, was also very responsive to questions, very helpful with things to do and places to eat and just generally a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend this home/owner to everyone.

House was clean and we loved that we didn’t need anything but our personal items. Well stocked and very comfortable for our party of 10. Close to everything in Lexington. We also enjoyed the neighborhood and the peace and quiet relaxing around the pool. We even saw a few deer along the back of the property! Loved it, we will be back!

6 of my family was here for a wedding. The property was as advertised and close to the wedding venue at Bryan's Place. It was very comfortable and quiet. Lots of snacks and water for us when we got there. We were so busy we didn't get to use the pool but will do so next time. I was familiar with the Lexington area so this was great location for the wedding and airport while still close enough to the restaurants in Lexington. Sam the owner, ensured we had everything we needed. Checking in and our was very easy. Would stay here again.

Plenty of room inside and out for our group of 10. Very clean and the best equipped property I’ve ever stayed in. Sam even brought us homegrown tomatoes. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Sam!

Sam was an excellent host. He stopped in to see if all was well. He had a campfire ready for us to light and was willing to stack another for the following evenings. We have young grandchildren so we could sit on the shaded porch and watch our kids and grandkids swim. 4.5 was the deepest and spacious enough for parents to play water volleyball while little ones swam. We loved the labeling of drawers and everything in between. Enough towels and even soaps were readily available. Highly recommend for families and friends. Thanks Sam!!!

The home was roomy with plenty of space for all of us. We had a family birthday gathering with a few side trips to The Bourbon Trail. The pool was much needed as the temps were greater than 90F every day. Sam (host) had the house and pool area stocked with anything you could have needed. He shared fresh tomatoes and pears which was a great seasonal addition. No hesitation staying here again. Thanks Sam.

Not only was the property 5 stars, Sam was the best host, kind, caring, and someone who truly makes you feel like your home and part of the family. He brought us fresh tomatoes from his garden and fresh from the tree pears along with taking the time to set us up a bonfire . The pool was perfect for the kids with plenty of seating, toys, and floats and he also had bikes and scooters to keep the kids fully entertained. When we come back to the area we will stay here again. We wish we could have stayed longer. We had nothing but the best experience here.

9 of us went away for a family mini vacation. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was well equipped to cook every night to feed a large group. The best part was the pool, which was beautiful and had a volleyball net, providing hours of entertainment. There is even music set up to be played outdoors. Sam, the host, had everything covered for us to have the perfect stay. Super nice guy who was easy to reach out to and very accommodating. He even gave us a bottle of wine to help celebrate our daughter's birthday! If you are looking for a relaxing place to get away from it all, this is it! The only downside was that our trip was too short. We will definitely rebook again. Thanks Sam!!!

Sam was very quick to respond to all communications. He was very accommodating and even went as far as offering to remove the trampoline from the property due to our concerns. The house was very comfortable for our group. The pool and deck area are perfect for allowing kids to swim and adults to watch them while relaxing in the shade. The younger kids enjoyed playing in the treehouse and we all enjoyed several evenings around the fire. In all our twenty years of family vacationing we have never before found a house so well supplied with soaps, shampoos, paper products, and cleaning supplies. We enjoyed Traveler’s (the neighbor’s cat) visits and the homegrown tomatoes Sam brought by were a special treat. This is a five-star property located in a country setting but close enough to the city to allow easy access to restaurants and fun activities if desired. We would definitely return if ever in the area.

My family, 7 adults and a 15 month old, visited Kentucky for the 1st time. We all loved the home and its amenities. You cannot ask for a better host. Sam's hospitality and communication is outstanding. We all hope to stay again. Thank you Sam!

Very clean! Lots of extras, we didn’t expect. The pool was immaculate. We are definitely going back!

My family of 7 adults and 4 grandkids (ages 5, 6, 7 and 8) stayed at this wonderful house for a long weekend. All of us simply loved the solar heated pool and were in it most of the day for all three of the days we were there. Sam was the kindest and most generous host I have ever dealt with in all the VRBO houses we have ever rented. He truly wants to make your stay a great one! There’s no need to pack pool towels, floats or toys because he has plenty at the house. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. I could go on and on but just read all the reviews and it has all been said…this is a great place to stay!!

This property had just about everything we were seeking for our 12 family members ranging from 5 to 74. The house was very clean and most stocked home we have stayed in during the last 10 years. The private pool was the number one attraction and was great for games such as volleyball and also relaxing to the outside bluetooth music speaker. We enjoyed the fire pit, tree/club house and swing, and corn hole. Also, the owner Sam made sure we were at home and invited to the neighborhood July 4th fireworks and even setup chairs for us. Sam's communication was superb! Thank you and this is a home that I would definitely stay at again!

Our stay was amazing!!

Not only was this property gorgeous, but Sam's hospitality was second to none! We stayed for just a few nights but cannot wait to come back and stay again. All the kids had fun as well as the adults.

The house is huge and housed our large family well. The pool is wonderful and was the favorite for all the grandkids. The area is great, beautiful horse farms, and somewhat close to everything you need (coffee shop, Starbucks, grocery, Walmart, Target). Mill Ridge horse farm tour was a great experience as well as Keeneland. The Ark Encounter is a little over an hour away and an amazing experience. Sam is a wonderful host and always responds promptly. Thank you!

Awesome property with wonderful amenities! Pool was awesome!! Home was immaculate and incredibly stocked with all the comforts of home. Loved the country neighborhood and enjoyed many walks around the pond! Our family had a wonderful time. We would definitely recommend this property and if ever in the Lexington area would love to stay there again!!
