This condo is roomy! It is lovely, stocked with everything a large family with young children might need. We were there for a short visit with children and grandchildren and didn’t feel on top of one another. The walk to the beach is short. The Property Manager is extremely responsive. We felt the price was right and couldn’t have asked for more with our stay. Thank you for a great memory maker for our grandchildren!

The property was exactly as described. We had 4 adults and 4 kids and there was plenty of room. The king size bed was very comfortable. We made use of the extra beach items that have been left for others to use. Everything was within walking distance. Taylor responded so quickly before and during our stay. It was great all around.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo we chose. It was in the perfect spot to enjoy both pool and beach. Lots of restaurants and entertainment within walking distance. We would definitely choose it again!

Fantastic location, close to the beach and local restaurants. Close enough for me to walk with my 3 year old and carry my 10 month old. The bay is beautiful. The pool was great and never too crowded when we wanted to go. Lots of beach toys for my girl to play with. Plenty of space for us plus my parents. We would book again!

The place was very clean and accommodating. The location is great. We walked everywhere including the beach. Short walk to Pier 60. We enjoyed having morning coffee on the balcony and saw a dolphin in the bay. The beds were very comfortable. The only glitch was we arrived after midnight and kept driving down bayside drive to find the entry. The actual entry is on Hamden. It was dark and that made it hard to find. Free covered parking is a plus. We would not hesitate returning there.

The property was amazing and we had an excellent trip. The location was wonderful, close enough to easily walk to many of the destinations we were wanting to visit, yet far enough away to be able to enjoy the peacefulness of the canal in the morning and evening. There was plenty of beach gear provided and we loved having a beach cart to carry chairs and umbrellas for a long day on the beach.

Excellent property. It is exactly as it appears in the images and description. We were a group of three adults and three teenagers. Perfect for a spring break get-away. Excellent location for beach, shops, and restaurants. We would totally stay here again. A couple points for those who book (and I encourage you to do so): Pool is shaded. In the morning and early afternoon pool loungers have sun, but the pool itself does not. The door lock is tricky. The property manager is very helpful, but we never really figured it out. If locking while out of the condo is an issue for you, just make sure you have it figured out. Lastly, condo is very clean and cleaning fee is money well spent. With that said, this VRBO is different than others I have rented in that you need to wash and dry the towels before you leave. We did not have an early flight, so no issues for us. If we had a morning flight, this is a bit of an unreal expectation. I think starting the load of towels is reasonable, but drying and putting away is not, and charging additional fees for failing to do so is not a good business plan. Again, this is not a deal breaker for me, but not typical and not in the VRBO vacation spirit, in my opinion.

The condo was decorated beautifully and was extra roomy. The pool was small but nice and the walk to the beach was short. Everything you could need or want was at the condo. Beach towels & beach chairs (with carrying cart) were provided as well as many other beach items. We grilled hamburgers on the balcony with the electric grill provided. The ocean water is crystal clear in Clearwater and fun to swim in. Truly a great place to vacation.

Very nice, the bedroom doors need a little sanding they don't close. This was not a problem with our group.

We have regularly attended Phillies Spring Training for 30 years. We like to experience different locations in Clearwater Beach. Six of us agree this is the best location, close to the beach, restaurants and ice cream. Enjoyed the hot tub after some pickleball. Condo delivers as described and is well equipped for our 6 adults. Good to have two car spaces available with the guest pass. Fourth time staying in this building. Will probably return.

Overall, a great condo in a central location (overlooking intercoastal was relaxing and easy walk to ocean-beach); only a few things to note: on the first day we noticed that our barefeet were "black" from the filthy but beautiful tile floor so we then wore slippers inside all the time; also a few doors do not open/close easily or completely inside the condo and the big sliding door to the balcony was so heavy/hard to open & close, maybe needs grease or cleaning door-jamb); the kitchen area is modern & has everything you need; great to have 3 full bathrooms; lastly it was challenging on the 10 a.m. morning to check-out deadline to get all the towels washed and everything else done by 10 a.m. especially when the washing-machine & dryer (on normal mode, nothing special) take such a long long time to finish, so I had to wake up extra early that last morning to get all the jobs done and get out the door by 10 a.m., exhausting.

The online listing should have stated that this condo is a first-floor condo. Under this condo is an open garage. When the outside temperature is below 50 degrees the floors of condo are ice cold and water condescends on them because they are not insulated. Neither are the living room and master bedroom sliding glass doors which make those rooms cold as well. Water condenses on the sliding glass doors so you can't see out of them. There were a couple of extra quilts in the condo, but not enough to stay warm during the night. The king mattress needs to be replaced. The foam topper is thick so you roll into the middle of the mattress. The frame makes a loud noise when you roll over. The rule for the "heated pool" is that is unable to be heated more than 15 degrees over the temperature outside. Pool and spa were not cleaned during the entire time we stayed Christmas through New Year's. A large building is being built next door. Construction runs from 8 am - 5 pm every day. After nine horrible nights of sleep and not being able to use the pool most days, I asked for a partial refund because it was not worth nearly $460 per night. The best owner said he could do was to return the cleaning fee.

This condo was picture perfect, clean, and exceeded our needs. Modern with its 3br 3ba plan gave everyone privacy. Beautiful porch overlooking pool spa and water. Kitchen is well equipped. Very private. Loved our stay.

Our stay at Gary's condo was a great experience. The condo was exactly as described and was much bigger than the pictures show. We had everything that we needed and then some. It was a great location and quiet in the evening , even on a busy Labor Day weekend. Only a short 1 1/2 block walk to Gulfview Bld. The pool was nice, as well as the balcony which always got a nice breeze . The only negative was that the master bed could use some better pillows . We will not hesitate to rent this condo again next year - Thanks Gary and Taylor!!!

The location of this property was ideal. My only error in staying in Clearwater for a week was renting a car because after we arrived at the condo we didn’t use it until we drove back to the airport. Everything was walkable. The place was clean and was way bigger than it looks in the pictures. Excellent stay - highly recommend.
