Přiletěli jsme po půlnoci a na ubytovani se dostali až ve 2 rano🙂. Myslela jsem si, ze máme pokoj s kouzelnou, ale ta byla společná pro 3 pokoje. Jelikož jsme rano jeli dal, tak jsem moc neřešila. Rano jsme se vystřídali. Snadné byla ve sklepního prostorách. Pro me dostačující - pečivo, sýr, sunka, vařené vejce, skyr, marmelády, nuttela, džusy, káva, čaj, voda, zelenina a trochu ovoce🙂

Chyběla mi ta koupelna s WC. Nevšimla jsem si při rezervaci, ze je společná. Moje chyba.

La habitación confortable con nevera y cafetera, a mi juicio le faltaba un hervidor de agua, pero muy cómoda.Se trata de una casa en la que no hay recepción, por lo que tú haces el self checkin y entras a través den código. Todo bien organizado

Echamos de menos algo más de variedad en el desayuno, en particular más fruta. Pero muy aceptable.

La única y que hacen sentir como si estuvieras en casa.

Que la pantalla no tenía bluetooth para compartir mis series, Netflix, Amazon, etc.

Prima kleine hotelletje/ guesthouse in het centrum, maar net buiten de betaalde parkeerzone met genoeg parkeerplekken om het gebouw heen. Kamer is verder simpel, ontbijt volgende ochtend ook, maar voor de prijs in orde.

Ik miste het persoonlijke van een guesthouse, doordat alles digitaal verliep. Natuurlijk werkt dat goed en probleemloos en vinden heel veel mensen dit prima

Great location in downtown, walkable distance to most tour pick-up bus stops. Kitchen avaliable, nice breakfast in the morning. Hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel avalaible. My room even had a coffe machine and a bathrobe

Found this an excellent option as a solo traveller! Staff were incredibly accommodating with my early arrival, allowed me to store my luggage before checking in so I could explore the city comfortably and helped me coordinate taxi travel. Complimentary breakfast is delicious and substantial! Bed was very comfortable and property is a short walk to the downtown. Overall best value of all the accommodations I’ve booked in Iceland, totally recommend.

The location and the quirkiness of the hotel was perfect. Short walk down to the sea front and the beautiful town with lots of amazing shops. Across the road from the best chicken wings place. Short walk to the bus station. The staff was very friendly and helpful - I text the owners and requested a kettle for the room to make hot water bottle and they replied within minutes and had one sent to the room for me. 10/10 on everything from booking to arriving to leaving. Oh and the freshly baked croissants made every morning was perfection and left the whole place smelling of freshly baked pastrys for hours later. There really is something for everyone at breakfast.

I genuinely can't find something I didn't like about the hotel or the staff. Maybe serve hot chocolate at breakfast? But that's not even something to complain about.

Very kind staff and lovely little room under the roof. Well decorated with plenty of coffee. The bathroom was just next door and clean. The guest house was cozy and I slept well. I will not hesitate to stay here again.

There was a heavy sewer smell in the building. Luckily not in the room. It should be an easy fix for the owners. Earplugs could be needed as the windows are thin and we can hear the road. It didn’t prevent me from sleeping well.

Tutto! Camera bellissima, pulitissima, dotata di ogni confort anche per brevi soggiorni. Super apprezzati soprattutto gli accappatoi oltre agli asciugamani in dotazione. Lo staff è super! Gentilissimi e disponibili. Per questione di orari, non avremmo potuto usufruire del servizio colazione, e mandando un semplice messaggio, siamo stati accontentati subito e abbiamo trovato la nostra colazione già pronta nel frigorifero! Posizione ottima per raggiungere fermate dei bus e il centro città. Il miglior rapporto qualità/prezzo della zona

la struttura è a pochi minuti a piedi da Hallgrímskirkja, da li si può proseguire e fare un giro a piedi vedendo le cose principali della città (neve e freddo permettendo) parcheggio gratuito in strada

secondo me a colazione le uova sode andrebbero lasciate nel guscio e dovrebbero essere calde (mangiare un uovo sodo freddo a colazione non è il massimo)

The room was dirty, garbage under the bed. The toilet and shower were not in line with the photos provided at the profile of the Guesthouse.

Overall good experience - location was pretty central and close to a few bus stops, and any main stops and landmarks were no further than a 15min walk. Room was warm and had all essentials. Expensive, but price seemed fair compared to other similar locations in Reykjavík. Breakfast was quite nice. The staff I spoke to during my stay were nice and helpful as well. Staff also communicated thoroughly through booking chat. Wasn't bothered by the shared bathroom as it always seemed very clean and I did not have to wait for showers as I had been going to the wonderful public pool nearby! Felt perfect for my extended weekend stay!

Check-in experience could be improved - there was no one there to greet visitors even during normal "office hours", so some things like where to store my bags before check-in time were left vague so I just left them in the sitting room and hoped no one would take them - if you arrive after check-in time, there should be no issues aside from the door from which you enter the property is not the most obvious one. Room was not very sound-proof, as I could hear the cross-walk sound signal from the outside and other people showering from the inside when I went to bed. Cold water from tap in the room had a smell, although I had read in guides that only hot water should smell, and the tap from the bathroom sometimes didn't smell and sometimes did, which did not feel safe to refill my water bottle. I asked if it was possible to pack some breakfast some 15min before regular serving time as my flight out was early, and I was told yes, but in the day of actually no, so that was unnecessarily confusing. These are mostly nitpicks - the stay was very nice.

Ok, you asked to write a review - no problem. I booked the room 1 week before the date and 2 days after I booked disaster (it's censured word which meet booking's our content guidelines as real word was banned) in my country (Israel) happened. I sent you a message on booking with all the explanation that all flights are cancelled because of bombing with all the screenshots of cancellations - you didn't reply, I sent you a request for cancellation - you didn't reply. Booking.com tried to contact you - you didn't reply. I sent you email - you didn't reply. At least, it was possible to reply in 5 days. And now you are sending me a message "please review your stay". My stay was extremely bad, yes.

Perfektní a milý personál, úžasné snídaně. Velky pokoj, pohodlná postel. Centrum Reykjaviku.

Trochu hluk z ulice. Zejména zvuk semaforu přechodu pro chodce.

A very simple, basic room. Walking distance from city center but in a quiet area. Bed was comfortable - I did sleep very well! Breakfast was ok and close to the bus station which is nice if you’re travelling by bus to/from the airport.

A bit cosier room. Too much perfume, smelled like they tried to hide an unpleasant smell..

Everything was perfect, I liked the addition of bath robe, warm room, good shower supplies, delicious coffee for breakfast, self check in option, sink in the room. Location is very close to BSI bus station.

Surroundings are a bit noisy (road crossing nearby).

-breakfast was great -very nice to have dining area coffee/tea station always well supplied -the hosts were friendly and helpful -enjoyed the access to outside sitting area -excellent location -sink and kettle in room -being able to leave baggage in the guesthouse - in a general area but which required a code access from outside

-sharing bathroom which was often occupied -expensive

Breakfast was fabulous. The women who maanaged the kitchen were friendly and willing to chat with guests who had questions about the area. Laundry facilities were much apprexiated.

The odor of the water in the bathroom, especially the small enclosed shower, was overwhelming. The sidewalks in the area were very uneven and hard to manage luggage over, especially the five uphill blocks from the recommended bus stop. The location was at least a mile from the more popular sites downtown.
