We stayed at this property 3 nights for a graduation with extended family. The property is nice, spacious, clean, and the neighborhood is lovely with a great little park within walking distance. Overall, our stay here was a lovely experience.

Disappointed in the outdoor furniture not being available or notified that it wasn’t, new fiber internet router buffering on the tv; also pictures showed lower level had a second tv that did not exist but overall we were satisfied with the accommodations. The recycle trash can had cardboard boxes that were not broke down so we broke them down so our recycles would fit. Thanks Tom

We stayed here over thanksgiving weekend near additional family and it was a great choice! Lovely home for a family to stay with gathering spots for conversation. Kitchen is well stocked with cookware and appliances. Clean and cozy. Our welcome instructions were a bit incomplete at first but the host was very responsive and helpful. Great stay by all!

Reviewer Comments: The major issue we had was the property information (including the code to the house) was given to another set of people that arrived the day after we checked in. They had the code to the house and attempted to enter it. This party was a group of older women some of whom had been drinking. One even asked my husband if we had any beer or champaign for them. It was a good thing it was raining or we may have been away from the home when the group of women started to enter the house. Fortunately, the issue was resolved by the property management team and the women were notified of their correct location. However, when I asked for a new code to the lock, I was told I would have to wait until the next day. To me that was not an option. I then asked for a new code immediately. The property management team asked me to wait 20 minutes. After 45 minutes had passed, I made another phone call to get the new code. It was then texted to me. This whole experience was pretty unsettling and could have much worse. The other issue was the bee's nest found underneath the siding above the patio door. I enjoyed the home and location, but there we some concerning issues.

This is one of the best homes I have EVER stayed at!!!! Very spacious and very accommodating! The back yard and patio are breathtaking at night! They even give you a little kit for the bathrooms and kitchen! I will definitely be back and stay here EVERY TIME!!!

House was comfortable and we enjoyed the stay. Conveniently located to many fun sites. House was not ready at check in time, but property manager took care of that.

We had an amazing time staying in this house. It was clean, the beds were so comfortable. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. Location great for getting to local attractions. Would highly recommend.

Our stay in Arvada was perfect. This home was clean and comfortable with inside and outside gathering spaces. It was the perfect spot to travel to Red Rocks, Golden and more. Old Town Arvada was minutes away and offered great food, entertainment and easy access to the G Line railroad. (Free to get downtown to Union Station and Coors Field!) We thoroughly enjoyed this home and would stay again when in Denver. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Perfect for our needs. Nice location close enough to airport and close to quality grocers. Quiet neighborhood, great yard space. House was clean and comfortable. Easy checkin and friendly communication.

The property group was communicative and the overall house was cozy and comfortable. We stayed during a displacement in between an out of state move and our new house in CO. Recommend this place if you have kids, pets and multiple cars.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were in town for a wedding and home was close to venue. Our flight got changed to an early morning flight and the property manager was very accommodating to allow us for an earlier checkin which was very much appreciated. Very cozy home to relax on our down time.

We were happy with house, though house could use some improvements. The place was nice and central location for visiting family. Lots of room for working remotely for a month monthly Manager were responsive to our request. House could use some upgraded towels, kitchen utensils, and pans.

The house was very clean and having a fenced back yard was so welcome as we traveled with our dog. It could use a new stove as some of the burners did not work and new cooking gear would dress things up a bit. Appreciated being able to cook in and not go out each night. Would definitely stay here again!

This home was a cozy place to stay in a Denver suburb. It worked well for us while we were there, not too far from downtown (20 mins)

Well, this could not have been any better:) A one minute drive from my niece and great nephews, 10 to 15 from my son and his significant other (SO) and my daughter in Fraser Valley could drive in:). Very happy with the location to be sure! Also, just minutes from groceries (Walmart, King Soopers), Starbucks, McDonald’s (which we like to hit as we leave for early morning trips) and all sorts of shopping. Only about a 20 minute drive into downtown Denver to meet friends for lunch at Tupelo Honey (yums…try it!) My great nephews ages 4 and 6 had a blast in the wonderful backyard playing frisbee with the pups. I was able to cook a wonderful dinner for everyone one evening and we all got to visit. Just a beautiful home inside and out. Please note that it is multiple levels and has lots of stairs. For me being from Texas where our home is one level……well you know knees! I am 68 so about three days of stairs was it. Plenty of bathrooms and we appreciated the backyard being truly fenced enough to let our medium size dogs off leash when we were out there. No problems with communications. I just did not check until time to put towels in washing machine so there was very little detergent for them. I am sure they would have brought some over. If it is available on our next Denver area visit I will definitely use it again!!

This was a beautiful home, very homey. We are in the over 60 age range and also have an older dog, so the stairs especially were a challenge for the dog and for me, but they were doable. Really the only problem we had was in the kitchen. The silverware was not clean and many of the pots and pans were not clean. Pulled a cookie sheet out of range storage and slid my hand into about two inches of grease. The dishes were beautiful but several were chipped badly and at least three were cracked all the way through. The non-stick cookware was scratched and chipped. We mostly eat at home so this was a little frustrating. Appliances were old but worked fine, except I wondered about the dishwasher since it didn't seem to clean the silverware, and we prerinse everything. The kitchen had so many spices which was a real plus! Overall we were really comfortable and enjoyed the home.

Excellent location. I brought a dog and there was a park nearby to walk her. Beautiful house.

the home does not have AC it has a swamp cooler locked at 78 degrees so we were uncomfortable most of the time. no instructions for wi fi no use of garage ( it feels like someone lives in this home when not in VRBO use )
