O apartamento está em uma ótima localização das Caldas, é muito confortável e agradável. Infelizmente não conheci ao Luis pessoalmente, mas mostrou-se muito disponível desde o começo. Além disso, estavam disponíveis ovos caseiros e frutas da região.

Lots of space inside the flat (shower cabin can fit 3 people if need be :)) and great view from one of the windows: the apartment overlooks a beautiful park. Also: the design of the apartment is a nice combination of white and green. The owners (who are super-helpful and friendly) share a link to a cool app that you can use to open the doors - fun thing to play with. Additionally, since owners live on a farm outside the city, on entry they give you a bunch of fresh fruit and eggs plus some bottled water and some local sweets, completely for free. Last but not least: each guest gets a different color of bathroom towels so there's no way they'll get mixed up: this is very considerate; most of the rental places don't bother to do that.

The view from most of the windows is pretty bleak: basically just a wall - not a big problem, though. If you're traveling by car and want to use the underground parking spot that comes with the place, make sure to take a REALLY tiny car - you'll have trouble parking anything larger than a Smart for two :) Even though the apartment is equipped with a washing machine, the only place to dry your clothes is a bunch of wires hanging outside the kitchen window.

Very well distributed apartment with all your basics including kitchenware. Excelent location in front of Dom Carlos I park. Walking distance to fruit market and big supermarkets as well as attractions such as thermal hospital. Good homebase within 15 minutes to other villages like Óbidos.

Good location. Good facilities. Friendly host who looked after us well. When aircon failed he arranged repairs following morning - and left us with some lovely local cakes.

Parking in underground car park very tight. Lights only stay on about 30 seconds making access to car awkward. Our host reported this to apartment management but it wasn't fixed in time we were there.

the location is very good, especially if you are with kids; the park it just outside the house. the apartment has parking slot, which is important.

Very good location with a park nearby and easy access to the city center. Modern equipment: TV, internet, kitchen. We had welcoming fresh fruits and capsules for the coffee maker.

It was a bit chilly in the apartments in November.

Luis was extremely helpful and welcoming. We were later than stated arriving but Luis still went the extra mile to help my friend locate her apartment when a cycling event had closed many access roads. The apartment is lovely, clean and spacious. An excellent location directly opposite the D Carlos1 Park and two minutes walk from the fruit market. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

There was a little traffic noise from the road but this was not disturbing with the double glazed window closed.

The property is ideally located, a step away from the market and all the services, as well as the park.

It is directly on the street, which can be noisy at times, but it is manageable and the easy access to everything largely compensated for that
